Et le soir il y avait la musique du lounge en bas de l’hôte qui se prolonger jusqu’à 23h30 et qui nous empêcher de travailler et de dormir. J’ai été obligé de faire une réclamation pour qu’ils arrêtent.

- Luigi (9/5): - L'hotel è posizionato in un bel quartiere, Gauthier, con molti ristoranti, negozi e servizi a portata di mano. Dispone di due ristoranti (cucina locale e internazionale). La strada è tranquilla e di notte si dorme bene. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort, il letto era ampio e comodo. Il personale dell'hotel è ciò che fa la differenza rispetto ad altri posti: professionale, gentile e pronto ad aiutare. Avevo prenotato un taxi la mattina presto e mi hanno fatto trovare la colazione da asporto! Grazie ancora! Nessun problema da segnalare

- soumia (10/5): Je recommande vivement cet hôtel confortable et calme où l'accueil est adorable - Accueil professionnel et sympathique. De la réception aux chambres l'hôtel est joliment meublé. Chambre confortable, salle de bain avec douche italienne moderne et propre, rue calme donc nuit paisible. Excellent petit déjeuner varié et fait maison. RAS

- Christopher (3/5): - They blame a bug to cancel my booking at the price they set up in Booking. I have work in marketplaces, and the price somebody sets, is due to their own choice. No proof of any glitch or from booking was provided. They after wanted me to pay more, and when asking, they never reply. Be careful with any deals on with them.

- Kwon (10/5): 가성비 좋은 도심 호텔 - 근처 호텔 중에 가장 가성비가 좋아 예약했습니다. 그렇기에 크게 기대를 하지 않았는데 경험해본 결과 기대 이상이었습니다. 먼저 직원은 지금까지 다녀본 여러 호텔 중에서 가장 서비스가 좋았습니다. 비행기가 연착되어 예약된 시간 내에 체크인을 할 수 없게 되어 전화를 하였는데 그들은 괜찮다고 체크인 24시간이니 걱정말라고 우리는 너를 환영한다고 말해주었습니다. 그 말은 급박한 심정이었던 저를 차분하게 만들어 주어서 꽤 감사했습니다. 무엇보다 실수로 치약과 칫솔을 가져오지 못하였는데 새벽1시였음에 불구하고직원분들이 제 상황을 알고 직접 구매를 하여 제게 주었습니다. 조식은 간단하게 나왔는데 제게는 오히려 장점이었습니다. 아침부터 많이 먹는 편이 아니라 잠에서 깰 정도로만 먹는 것을 선호하기 때문입니다. 이 가격에 조식 포함이라면 다시 모로코에 방문하게 되면 이 곳을 다시 들릴 예정입니다. 저는 좋았지만 다른 사람들이 시설에 대해 불만이 있을 수도 있습니다. 그러나 가격을 생각하면 시설이 이정도면 최선을 다했다 생각합니다.

- Fadwa (8/5): Séjour agréable et central - Hôtel bien situé, dans un quartier calme et agréable. J’ai pu tout faire à pied, avec beaucoup de restaurants/cafes à proximité. Bon rapport qualité/prix, chambre convenable et petit déjeuner correct. L’absence de séparation entre les espaces fumeurs et non-fumeurs, ce qui peut être dérangeant, surtout pour une clientèle européenne.
