• 日野 (8/5): また長崎に宿泊するときは利用すると思う。 - ロケーションがよいし、とにかくリーズナブル。 ホテルの駐車場が立体駐車場につき、普通車程度しか利用できないようでミニバンの背の高い車は不可っぽい。近隣の橋本大波止駐車場を利用した。提携駐車場とかがあればよかった。 今回は利用しなかったが朝食もおいしそう。でも少し高いかな。

• Kazuyuki (10/5): 良かったのただ一言 - 立地条件。JR長崎駅から2つ目の路面電車停留所の正面。長崎港のすぐ近く。レストラン、ショッピングセンターなどのすぐ近く。以前は長崎駅前の正面歩いて5分くらいの同クラスのホテルだったが今回のベルビューホテルのほうが気に入った。 特に取り上げるものはなし。
• Hannah (8/5): Nagasaki Stay - It was very close to Dejima, JR train lines, Bus Stations and Tram lines that you could get to anywhere withing Nagasaki easily. The wharf was close and a quiet reprieve before heading back for the night. Close to shopping and a bus ride away from Peace park, and the major tourist hubs. Room was a little older and the having a room facing main street can disrupt some but nothing ear plugs couldn't fix. Earplugs were the only none offered amenities so be sure to bring your own.

Mc Donalds), and lots of chairs & tables to rest & eat) just across the street. Tram station in front of the hotel to bring you from Nagasaki Station to the hotel, very convenient. Big lockers to store luggage in case of early arrival or late departure. Nice view from our window. Nothing to dislike! However, we were wondering whether the check-in / check-out computers (staff are available, but not necessarily involved in the check-in / check-out process) are as flexible as staff might be when it comes to checking out after checking-out time. So, if, let's say, we check out 10 minutes late, would we be charged extra? Human staff normally are flexible and do not charge extra for the 10 minutes, but what about the automatic check-out?

• Kiyomu (8/5): 朝食が良かった - 朝食は一般的なバイキングではなく、種類は少ないが、少量が紙皿やカップに入れてあるものを取る方式で、初めての経験でした。食事は美味しさのレベルが高く上品で、料理を取り散らかした後もなく、とても良い印象 賛否分かれることですが、チェックインはモニター入力で、スピーディではあるし、スタッフがいない訳ではないが味気ないのは否めない

• martin (10/5): Excelente relación precio calidad en una bella zona de Nagasaki - Muy buena ubicación, cerca del puerto, de Dejima, de restaurantes. No tan cerca del museo de la paz y del epicentro, pero fácil para llegar. La zona es tranquila pero tiene todo lo necesario. Hay transporte público en la puerta. No tiene estacionamiento propio. Estacioné en uno a una cuadra con el que tienen convenio. La habitación estuvo limpia, cómoda, con heladera, pava eléctrica, etc. Lo necesario para estar cómodo, además de los amenities que tienen casi todos los hoteles japoneses. La recepción está las 24 horas. Tiene además varios servicios como lavandería, guarda equipaje, etc. Es muy completo a un precio accesible.

• Naoko (10/5): 再訪するなら、またココに！新しさはないけれど、必要なものは全部ある快適ホテル。 - ・チェックイン、チェックアウトがセルフで迅速、便利！ ・チェックイン前、アウト後の荷物預けも駅ロッカー並みに便利。 ・出島、眼鏡橋が徒歩圏内、大型スーパーもコンビニも近くにあります。 ・駐車場も近隣にいくつかあり、ＧＷというハイシーズンでも１日1,000円程度でおさまりました。 ・レンジも自由に使えます。 実は12年前にも泊まったことがあり、そのときも「新しくないけれど、建物を清潔に丁寧に使っていて、気持ちのいい対応をしてくれるホテル」の印象がありました。そんなよいところは変わらないまま、チェックインの利便性などが増していて、とても良い滞在になりました。 この値段で、この立地で、この便利さ。何もありません！

• tetsuhiko (1/5): - 東京からvファーレンの試合地元の友人と応援に行きました。あいにく大雨の天気で、試合終了後、服ビショビショ状態。地元友人も服がビショビショ。チェックイン後、友人と部屋に着替えに行こうとしましたが、宿泊者以外は部屋に入れないと、かなりキツく言われました。ただ単に友人も着替えがしたかったわけで、長時間滞在、当然のことながら宿泊は考えていませんでした。それでも強く懇願すると部屋の前までついて来ました。30代位の眼鏡をかけた男性スタッフでしたが、大変陰湿な印象でした。先日はJR九州ホテル長崎に宿泊し、大変親切なスタッフでした。今まで出島ビューホテルかなり利用してましたが、もう利用したくありません。今年の8月に私が幹事で9名の利用予約お願いしてますが、ビューホテル長崎利用はそれを最後にしたいと思います。

• Pascaline (7/5): Réduction des coûts peut être, sécurité des clients non...plus de personnel - L'hôtel se trouve à 2 arrêts de tram de la gare, pas trop loin du port ce qui fait un emplacement idéal. Le petit déjeuner traditionnel japonais ravi les papilles. Le manque de personnel, quand nous sommes arrivés à 10h il n'y avait personne. L'hôtel met en place un système de conciergerie mais à vous de vous débrouiller. Au moment du check in, il y avait une employée qui aidait en cas de problème avec la borne automatique mais pas plus. Nous avons vécu le pire des cauchemars, l'alarme à incendie s'est déclenchée à 2h du matin (rien de grave un humidificateur d'air mal utilisé par un client), les consignes n'ont pas été traduites en anglais ni aucune autre langue. C'est un client qui nous a fait la traduction alors que nous étions au 11eme étage. C'est une situation rare, mais faire un message en anglais serait le minimun. Nous n'avons vu personne de l'hôtel dans les étages ...

• kazutaka (8/5): まあまあ良かった。 - 大波止駅が目の前で立地は良い。私はバイクで行ったのでバイクが駐輪出来ないのは困ったが近くの駐輪場を紹介してもらえたので良かった。 最上階だったのが理由なのかわからないがシャワーの水圧が弱かった。バイクはホテルには止められない事。GWだったので料金は普通より高かった。
