Location was good as it is 10 mins away from the airport - Shuttle to and fro the airport was paid - and it was higher than Grab - 2000 for a deposit? we should be paid 2000 for staying there in an ESCAPE ROOM - Carpets and ALL the furniture in the room was stained - Walls damaged

• Lady VeShannah (8/5): Good for an overnight stay - The hotel is about a 15-30 minute drive from the airport. There is a hotel shuttle, but you need to arrange it in advance, or they may not have a driver available to pick you up from the airport. There is a small fee for the shuttle. The rooms have a SMART TV, which I enjoyed because I could watch Netflix. Breakfast is next door at the Kenny Rogers Roasters; it was adequate. The staff were all very friendly. They have to check your room before you can leave the hotel, so give yourself enough time.

The breakfast consisted of some thrown-together sandwiches with rice from a nearby place. Extremely noisy, both from airplanes and from the air conditioning in the rooms.

Other than that great place. Free breakfast was availed at Kenny Roger’s Roasters next door and was good and enough to satisfy my appetite. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This is one of the nicer hotels right near the Baclaran shopping area.

The hotel is located next to Heritage where you you can pay substantially more for a room in the heart of Manila, Pasay. The hotel is well maintained and also has an outdoor pool. Everything is walking distance including Jeepny’s, buses and trains. There is a massive outdoor market in front of the hotel surrounded by high end malls. Lots of food options with every cuisine you can imagine within walking distance. We even walked to Manila Bay from the hotel. However this location is not for someone sensitive to noise as your in the middle of everything.

My bottle opener went missing good which made it hard to open a bottle of beer . Who would.pinch a bottle opener .It was the incovience more than anything !!
• Paolo (8/5): Good location and friendly staff - Location is great for airport transfers, it’s about 15 min drive from the airport by Grab. Hotel staff organized airport drop off for us as well which was very quick and convenient. Pancakes for breakfast at Kenny Roger’s next to the hotel were great! Hot shower was good as well. Staff was friendly and polite. The room we had booked initially was not available so we had to discuss a bit with the staff to get some alternative, which took some time. 3-4 floors rooms were quite noisy at night due to the busy road and huge aircon system. Rooms looked a bit dusty, but beds were comfy and clean. Surroundings looked not very safe in the evening, but hotel itself is safe with the guards who also were very helpful and nice. It’s a good choice for overnight airport transfer anyway.
• Mazher (10/5): - Great location in downtown Manila. You are welcomed by smiling faces and friendly reception. The porter is eager to help with your luggage. The facilities are lovely and feel like an old style Marriott or Hilton. They have a balcony in front of the rooms that overlooks a swimming pool. The busiest street market is literally in front of the hotel and it’s walking distance to the Moa Mall and trains. Lots of transportation options are available and it’s next door to Heritage Casino Hotel. It’s a nice spot

• Alexandr (5/5): Rooms need the renovation. - All you need is near. 7-11, a big supermarket, huge foodcourt, 1.5 km near Mall Asia. The pool in the hotel is quite small, but it works. The mattress in the bed was a new one, very comfortable. The personell was very polite. The door in each room was quite difficult to open. It seems it was a flood. The room is really poor, the shower cabin releases water above the whole perimetr of the bathroom floor, the walls are dirty and weared out. It doesnt look like Courtyard hotel (I visited at least 5 Courtyard hotels worldwide - all of them were at list twice better). Look at the room photo below. The breakfast is in the nearest fast-food cafe (like KFC) - very fat and caloric... Definately doesnt cost the price applied for. Doesnt match the overall rank on Booking.com.
