Verified traveler (2/5): Pathetic experience - Room was unclean, unhygienic, dusty and dirty. Expedia must take accountability for wrongly advertised properties. I paid 1240 INR per night. In reality, this room is not even worth INR 200. I have the pictures to prove my point. Never coming back to Expedia if you don't make it up to me for such a horrible experience. I expect nothing less than a full refund of my money. And all so important to refund it from the hotel. Appreciate if Expedia contacts me for the pictures before contacting the property.
