- Thomas (10/5): Shiva is a mad dog - The staff. Shiva goes above and beyond to help you out. Maybe don’t get your washing done there if you wear top brand surf clothes. Whoever they send it to must mix the cloths with others. Two pairs of board shorts never came back at $100 Australian dollars each and good quality globe socks. I received back a 2 dollar shirt that belonged to someone else . Beside this incident I was so happy. Surfing was fun also!

The management is very commercial and not customer-focused. The room size is extremely small, and the bed was uncomfortable. The entire room had a bad and smoky odor, making it impossible to sleep through the night. Despite complaining to the manager, no action was taken. The toilet was not clean, and they provided a re-filled water bottle instead of a fresh one. Basic amenities like a dental kit were also missing. Overall, the stay was very disappointing and not worth the price. I strongly advise others not to book this place.

- Latha (1/5): Worst stay we ever had - No proper cleanliness and maintenance Nothing i liked we booked this hotel as we went earlier 3yrs back and near to the temple but the maintenance they are giving worst and there is no proper light in washroom and nasty washrooms door mats are not clean and if something asked they will tell they will do it and never turn up and not at all recommended to stay and when we ask to change the bedsheet which was dirty they are giving tornout bedsheet and everything is like worst and full of smell no ventilation in 5th floor especially

Bed not comfortable. Shower more like a big tap than a shower. Water provided wasn't a new bottle it had been refilled. Confused by the fact they have a valet on the lift, room service, personalised stickers on the soap but can't clean the room properly.

- Maruti (8/5): Yes. Go for it. - I spend 2 nights and experience was nice, near to station and restaurants. Meenakshi temple is also near to this hotel. They also arrange tour for other temples and sight seeing. Water was dripping continuously from shower.
