• Katy (10/5): Perfect place for a few nights in a fine city - Really easy booking. Ciara gave us lots of advice on how to get there, where to park etc. Communicating with her was really easy and she was patient with any requests. Apartment is well serviced, clean, more spacious than you think and absolutely perfectly located. Walking distance from anywhere you'd want to go in Kilkenny. Showers were great - even with two of them on the go at one time. The code system is really easy is especially in a large group. Arif was really easy to deal with on arrival, leaving his job to come get us in. On check out, he was prompt, polite and accommodating. He was really helpful in Lanigan's Bar also, which I would recommend for people looking good atmosphere in Kilkenny. All in all, a fantastic experience. Unbeatable value for money. Perfect location. Easy hosts. Particularly if you are coming down in a big group looking somewhere to stay and a bit of craic, this is the place for you. Nothing

• Pavlína (8/5): - Ubytování pro čtyřčlennou rodinu splnilo naše očekávání. Místa bylo akorát, vše čisté. Cítili jsme se tam velmi dobře. Náš příjezd do Kilkenny byl v pozdních večerních hodinách. Klíče od ubytování jsme si vyzvedli v baru, který je v těsné blízkosti. Po uložení zavazadel jsme si po dlouhém cestování zašli na skvělé místní pivo. V baru hrála místní kapela, krásný začátek cesty po Irsku:). Doporučuji!

• Caroline (10/5): Great property, ideal location - We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. We parked in a public car park which was about a 3 min walk from the property. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return.

• AnneMarie (8/5): Lovely family stay in Kilkenny. - 2 large bedrooms with loads of beds. Enough for 9 kids to sleep in 1 room and the adults in the other. Very central. Beds were clean and comfortable. 2 toilets with showers in both. Couch was very comfortable. I was dealing with Ciara through messages, and she was very helpful. The kitchen, sitting room, and fridge were a bit small for our large group, but the couch was big enough for all the kids to sit on, and there were 4 high chairs at the island. Overall we were very happy with our stay.
• Julien (5/5): Emplacement bien, mais méthode de réservation et propreté de la chambre à revoir - La localisation en plein centre est top. Parking à côté du logement facile d’accès. Le principe de réservation. Il faut bien regarder les messages sur l’application Booking car il faut faire un virement bancaire + payer une caution en cash… je n’ai jamais vu cela sur Booking. Heureusement Ciara a été arrangeante car je n’avais pas vu le message. La chambre par contre n était pas propre… obligé de déplacer légèrement un des lits car j ai fais tomber un papier et la surprise: des ongles, des boules quies et de la saleté sous les lit 🤯😱

It's not really for families. - The manager responded quickly to our concern about the really bright green LED lights in the ceiling. Sound like lots of people staying there were also complaining about them. As my children pointed out as we walked in to the bathrooms, the look / feel / smell like hospital bathrooms. A shower gel dispenser on the wall would have helped, fresh towels during out 3 night stay would have been great. Not enough pillows or towels were given out. Really uncomfortable sleep with 1 very thin pillow and very bright lights inside the rooms that can't be turned off. Hardly slept for 3 nights.

We had booked the original location back several months ago and was confirmed. It wasn’t a comfortable place. It had standard furniture and enough beds but Just average.

• Anne (1/5): Didn't meet our expectations - The location is great and the room was clean. The staff in the bar area are lovely. Lots of electrical sockets in the room. This accommodation should only be classed as a Hostel and should reflect hostel rates as when checking in that is what all staff referred to it as. The photos of the room we stayed in were deceiving it is much smaller than it appeared. There are absolutely no facilities in the room not even a plug for the bathroom sink. The pillows disappear when you lay on them. We stayed in the 5 bed room thankfully there were only 4 of us there as we were tripping over each other there was absolutely no room to pass each other by. On the morning of check out a man knocked on the door while opening it it was bang on 11am thankfully we were all dressed and we were just leaving.
• Cork (1/5): - Location is great! Lanigans Pub is a lot of fun! The room is bare bones, but that's okay. we only planned on sleeping there. The staff aren't on site, and I couldn't get my phone to work with theirs. He said if we needed anything to come to the bar. When we went to bed that night, we found out there was an extremely bright green light directly over the bed, keeping us from sleeping. The bar was closed so we couldn't contact anyone. No sleep that night made for a miserable time.

• Michelle (10/5): - Ciara and all the staff in Lanigans could not do enough for us. We travelled.as a group of 2 adults and 6 children/teenagers and we had such a great time. While the accommodation is compact it is very well laid out with very comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Kitchen area was small but it had everything we needed and the 8 of us had breakfast every morning at the same time. It's location is just amazing just off one of the main streets and central to everything. Can't wait to return to stay in Lanigans again I would highly recommend it.

Thoroughly enjoyed and the staff we met were lovely very easy going The fact my accommodation was changed to a location further away from the city centre prior to arriving although it was switched back after I made certain points clear, it caused unnecessary hassle

Went to Lannigans Bar Sunday night and Arif again looked after our party extremely well Ciara was lovely to deal with on the phone and covered everything to make our stay fantastic Thank you so much, highly recommended and will book here should we return to lovely Kilkenny!! No onsite parking, but 5 mins away and cheap too Noise from above apartment early hours of the mornimg, but sorted immediately after a call to Arif, excellent customer service! No cooking facilities if you wanted to cook however a well stocked kitchette with crockery cutlery microwave fridge and kettle, spotless clean facilities Complimentry upgrade to bigger apartment
