- Alessia (10/5): appartamenti comodi, silenziosi e centralissimi - Persone molto disponibili e flessibili ai cambi di programma (per chek-in). Sono stata molto bene,anche se solo per una notte. Gli appartamenti sono curati, pulti ed ospitali, molto comodi e silenziosi, nonostante si trovi al centro della cittadina. Anche questo è un punto di forza. Qualche utensile da cucina in casa sarebbe utile trovarlo, per piccoli ristori (caffè, te, ecc.)

- Ruth (8/5): Central Location in Livadia - This is a good, central location, quiet, and friendly people. The stairs were a bit of a problem for us old people with luggage, and the parking was difficult. Because there was a market on the street nearby, and because it would have been hard to carry the luggage, we had to park in their garage, and I could not get out without help.
- Alex (8/5): - Comfortable room and central location. The kitchen is missing utilities, making it useless.
