• Nir (10/5): Amazing apartment - The apartment is very big and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, and has everything you might need. The views from the room are extraordinary. Very clean, quiet and comfortable, everything feels new and warm. Staff was responsive to all are questions. Guest card is received with some discounts for activities in the area. The WiFi was not stable. There's a smart tv, but it's not connected to internet. It would be nice if it could be used for Netflix etc.
• JAMIE (10/5): Beautiful Apartment close to town - Very cute second story 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment with full kitchen. Beds were a little firm and pillows large but overall very nice accomidation.
• Catherine (10/5): Just perfect, a wonderful stay in a wonderful place. - Warm welcome, high quality furnishing, spacious, spotlessly clean. Amazing views from the balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed, Lovely modern bathroom, car parking on site, well stocked honesty shop. Peaceful location with access to all the facilities we needed, quieter and not as touristy as neighbouring towns and direct on the Zugspitze Eibsee railway and bus line. It is a struggle to find fault with anything, it was perfect.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and scrupulously clean. Carolin was very friendly and helpful and helped make our stay a memorable one. We are already planning a return trip and will stay longer next time. Nothing.
• Helen (10/5): Exceptional views - The Riffelspitze apartment on the first floor was a good size with a huge bathroom. It smelled so fresh and clean when we arrived. There were so many towels provided we didn’t use them all. The host included lots of treats including ground coffee, a postcard complete with stamps, and there was a foot spa treatment in the bathroom. There were plenty of kitchen utensils too, including a toaster and a food mixer. There was also a number of family games and DVD available. On leaving we were given a fridge magnet gift. The views from the balcony were exceptional, overlooking the Waxenstein mountain range and the Zugspitze. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We have stayed in Garmisch before but can only imagine staying here in the future. We are planning our ski trip now and hopefully can stay again.
• Alain (10/5): Fabulous appart-hotel with a fantastic view - We were a family of four visiting southern Germany in early November. We rented a two-bedroom appartment at the Ferienwohnungen Zugspitze for two nights. It would be difficult to find any better accommodation! All the important items and extra little attentions are there. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, there is a well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a living room, a fantastic view out the windows and free parking. The owner Carolin is responsive and has customer service downpath! The only negative is that the wifi has very limited range: it was good on most of the main floor, but inexistant in the basement. The area around the house is quiet. It is also not very well lit, so if you arrive at night, be aware that the house sits at the end of a ~40 meter driveway and is not visible from the road. Look for the entrance that has a post with the addresses 17 and 15 on it. There are restaurants within a 5-minute walk. We went to the restaurant Chapeau Claque - it looks like nothing, but we got fabulous service from this mom-and-pop bistro and excellent meals. Highly recommended!
• Rainer (10/5): - We had a three night stay in the property. We had chosen one of the cabins, which was an excellent choice for us since it was a charming woodcraft traditional setting, with a view of the mountains. Perfectly suited for two people. Check in by Carolin was very welcoming, with even a bottle of wine to enjoy as a wind-down from our drive. She was very informative about the stay and the area, and spoke excellent English. Grainau itself is a location of choice to visit the area - close to Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the Zugspitze, but without any of the tour-bus crowd. Easily drivable to the high intensity tourist spots like the royal castles. Grainau was certainly popular as a vacation spot, with basically all accommodations booked in the village, but didn't lose its charm. Restaurants, stores, cog-train and cable car were all easily walkable from our location. We would gladly stay there again.
• DA (10/5): - This was the nicest property we stayed at during our 2 week tour of Germany. Every possible need had been thought of and was provided for. The property was clean, well kept and has beautiful views of the Alps. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

Lovely host and the touches such as as the welcome drink, jams for breakfasts, foot tub with hand made oil, salt was truly appreciated. Wonderful views from the balcony even on a wet day. The pictures of the accomodation don't did the place justic.

• Eric (6/5): Zugspitze - We did not actually stay at the venue. The photos on the web site were not sufficiently specific and the cabin we subsequently booked was not suitable. The owner was brilliant; refunded our money and even found us alternative accommodation nearby. The apartments on site are excellent but the cabin we actually booked is not really suitable for a 6 feet + person
• Ronald (10/5): Excellent choice - We stayed three nights in the two bedroom apartment caled Schneefernerkopf. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way... spacious, super clean, comfortable high quality furnishings, stunning views, thoughtful touches, genuine hospitality, convenient location for driving to the sites around Garmisch or walking to a restaurant. • sarah (8/5): Gorgeous property but construction noise - We arrived at the main property, couldn’t find anyone and had to call, only to find our apartment was a 5 mom drive away. Gorgeous property with everything you can want but communication wasn’t ideal and also - not the hotels faullt but the owner should have advised - there was construction noise all day in the house across the road. The property was being extensively renovated and drills, saws etc going all day from about 7.30am. Probably should have stayed in garmisch as the location was much prettier and close to amenities.

Beautiful views, wonderful sauna, all the comforts of home! 5 minutes from Garmish, 5 minutes from Zugspitze! Located in an adorable town with a great German restaurant, a traditional backeri, a very helpful ski rental shop! Go! Enjoy! Relax and have fun!!
