• Kaitlyn (1/5): TERRIBLE - NOTHING I shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes for the desk clerk to finish smoking her cigarette to get checked in. I had to call the office phone and she answered from outside while smoking and argued that I wasn’t there for 10 minutes that it only takes her 6 minutes because she smokes short cigarettes. The lobby reeks of cigarette smoke. I go to run our shower and Our drain stopped is is completely rusted and out of the hole full of hair!!! I have a picture of how I found it and then I just had to kill a ROACH in our room and I have video of it. I want a refund
• David (3/5): I didn’t realize it was pet friendly hotel and there were 2 dogs that barked until the fell asleep, I’m assuming. - Good location The room we stayed in 105 smelled bad. We stayed in the same style room 2 weeks prior with no issue.

• Edward (1/5): Worst dump i have ever stayed at. - NOTHING! Horrible, Horrible, Horrible "Security door" doesn't lock, anyone can walk in the side door. Filthy tub, loose shower handle, doors auto slam all night, pool is 1/4 full, breakfast was cold and disgusting. And most importantly... overpriced... by a LOT.

• David (8/5): - Location Light wasn't working in the shower. I reported it and it never was looked at during my three night stay. Housekeeping never came to replace the towels or make the beds. There were white stains on the sofa,I'm not sure what it was so we just stayed away from it. The cushions on the couch were torn open. Sad because I have stayed here every year for the last several years and it has really gone downhill.

• Elizabeth (7/5): It was a very nice hotel. - The property was very nice and clean. The staff was very kind and sweetie! I like the idea I was able to get water or juice and coffee anytime! Breakfast could have been a little longer. Also the beds was very very hard. The couch bed look like it had blood on the mattress cover. Also the pool was nice but had a light out of it on the side of the pool.

• Carrie (9/5): Great hotel right off the interstate. - Right off I-10 but it’s very quiet in the hotel. Close to fast food and even Walmart for necessary items. Close enough to Baton Rouge but not in the big city. Coffee, tea and juice is available 24/7.

The breakfast the first morning was awesome. Fully stocked even with a busy hotel. The floor in my room didn't feel clean. It looked clean, just didn't feel clean. Every time I would put my feet up on the bed, something was always left behind on the bed. The pillows were very small and uncomfortable. The refrigerator had a bad wobble to it. The room had a smell to it as well. ( Not terrible, but I think either someone has smoked in there before or it had been remodeled over mold) The pool area was nice, but it had a light with a cord pulled out and set up on the side. ( still attached in the water) The second morning the breakfast area was not stocked and the attendant was sitting in the foyer with and talking to other employees while everyone was looking for food.

• Quan (10/5): Big Win- Great Stay - Family friendly hotel! The staff members were extremely kind and courteous both over the phone and in person. I only wish I remembered names. Although every staff member we came in contact was nice and very helpful, there was one young lady that stuck out. She had fun color styled hair! Not only did she go out of her way to make sure we settled in nicely, her positive vibes could be felt during every encounter throughout our stay. Our room was clean and stocked upon on arrival and was replenished immediately when requested. We are not breakfast people but we did enjoy the 24/7 Folger's coffee machine throughout our stay. You can have your pick of espresso, coffee or cappuccino. It was a delight! It remained stocked and clean the entire time. We can't wait to return!
