We recommend going on the wine tour to Pomona, a truly authentic experience. We had some trouble with one of the airconditions, but I am sure this is fixed now.

Holger (9/5): Sehr zu empfehlen für Urlauber, die es ruhig und abgeschieden mögen. - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und außerhalb der Ortschaft Castellina inmitten von Weinbergen Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft, ca.1 km, über eine holperige Schotterpiste ist für einen normalen PKW sehr grenzwertig.

Jean (8/5): Very enjoyable - Location was stunning, liked the views over the vineyards. Appreciated being able to go up to the winery to see the grapes being pressed. The entrance is too rough and bumpy, particularly returning after a day and dinner out, driving in the dark was very difficult. Coffee and tea should be available at no cost, as it usually is in other properties.

Jürgen (8/5): Leider wegen der Strasse nicht mochmal. - Sehr schöne , ruhige Anlage. Sehr gut zum Auspannen,.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit , das Frühstück ist ebenfalls gut. Der Schwachpunkt ist die ca. 1,5 km lange Zufahrt über eine Schotterstrasse. Diese ist leider in einem erbärmlichen Zustand und ähnelt teilweise eher einem ausgewaschenen Flussbett. Eigentlich nicht zumutbar und vor allem wenn man Abends nochmal nach Castellina möchte und im Dunkeln zurück kommt kaum zu machen. Das ist der einzige aber leider grosse Schwachpunkt.

FRANCESCA (8/5): Bella struttura ma serve più cura alla piscina - Struttura immersa nei vigneti in una zona tranquilla, vicina al paese di Castellina in Chianti. Appartamento pulito e con tutto il necessario. Da curare maggiormente l’area esterna, nonostante fosse molto bella, la piscina a disposizione degli ospiti non era molto pulita e non invogliava a fare un bagno. Con un po’ di attenzione in più sarebbe sicuramente un valore aggiunto.

kayreenz (10/5): Perfect Tuscany experience - Collelungo, a slice of paradise in the heart of Chianti country! We took advantage of the Prima Spesa service on arrival, a great selection that fed us amply for two dinners, two breakfasts, morning, afternoon and pre-dinner snacks, and we gave away the extras to our neighbours. Fabiola is an absolute gem. We hadn't realised that there were no taxis in Castellina in Chianti and Fabiola was wonderful helping us to work around that. You really do need a vehicle here, so don't be tempted to do without one! We had a fabulous stay, sampling not only Collelungo's fine wines but those on offer from other vineyards. We also highly recommend visiting the Pomona winery which Fabiola can help arrange. Thoroughly enjoyed our pool time also and have no hesitation recommending Collelungo to anyone wanting an authentic Tuscany experience. Fabiola est tres sympa, disponible. On recommande sans hesitation Ce n'est pas un manque d'appreciation mais un avis : mettre plus d'éclairage blanc (et non jaune) pour avoir plus de clarté ds l'appartement

Alles ist sehr gepflegt (inklusive Pool) und bestens ausgestattet! Uns hat vor allem der nette Gemeinschaftsraum mit Selbstbedienungs-Bar gut gefallen! Makellos!

Heide (6/5): Diesmal nicht schön - Hmmm? Wir sind das zweite Mal hier gewesen, da es uns vor zwei Jahren sehr gut gefallen hat. Diesmal war es anders... Innerhalb von zwei Jahren ist der Pool sehr unansehnlich geworden. Der Beckenrand ist grün, teilweise sind die Fliesen kaputt. Die Gäste behalfen sich selbst und entfernten mit einem Kescher immer wieder mal Laub und Insekten. Am Pool selbst gibt es keine Sonnenschirme und nur wenige Plätze im natürlichen Schatten. Leider hatten wir auch eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, die nicht ordnungsgemäß funktionierte. Sie ließ sich nicht ausschalten, lief sehr laut und knackte bis in die Morgenstunden. Ruhiger Schlaf war hier unmöglich. Für die sehr unbequeme Couch, auf der ich im Wohnzimmer geschlafen habe, wurde ein Aufpreis von € 30,- pro Tag verrechnet. Ich bin leider mit Rückenschmerzen aus meinem erhofften Erholungsurlaub nach Hause gekommen. Vielleicht sollte man auch nicht zwei Mal an denselben Ort fahren...

Stephanie (10/5): Un merveilleux endroit au calme, avec un très beau point de vue en plein dans les vignes du Chianti, parfait et centrale - L’endroit est magnifique au calme perdu entre les vignes. Il y a une très belle piscine de 12 m qui donne sur les vignes sans aucun vis-à-vis très au calme. Attention aux guêpes aux moustiques et au taons. L’agriTurismo est très bien situé pour les visites entre Florence, qui est à 1h et sienne à 30 minutes ainsi que san gimignano à 30 minutes. Spécial, dédicace pour la très grande gentillesse de Fabiola, qui sait très bien occuper de nous et répond à toutes vos attentes. Il n’y avait pas de climatisation dans toutes les pièces à vivre du gîte, mais uniquement dans la chambre. Ce qui est dommage car il fait très très chaud en août. Un ventilateur serait le bienvenu car en plus il n’y a pas de volets pour les pièces à vivre, ce qui empêche de se protéger du soleil. Sur la terrasse un peu plus de lumière serait bienvenue pour pouvoir manger le soir et mieux voir ainsi qu’une plus grande table quand on est trois.

Cristiana Allegro (10/5): Relax, benessere, estrema cura per l’ospite - Mi è piaciuto praticamente tutto, l’accoglienza dell’osteria Fabiola, la pulizia perfetta di ogni spazio(comune e privato) la cura dei dettagli, dalla biancheria della camera ai prodotti per l’igiene. Cosa molto gradita l’acqua in omaggio detto il frigo, il graziosissimo bar self-service, la piscina ben curata e fornita di ottimi lettini. La colazione molto ricca con tutti prodotti freschissimi. Tutto molto bello, una struttura davvero completa. Niente, è un posto perfetto
Tommy (6/5): I liked many things about this place, but the shower situation was awful. - The location was great. I liked the room amenities and the area being quiet and peaceful. You could not control the shower temperature or force of the water. Sometimes it was barely enough water to shower. The person at the reception will try to sell you on a wine tour with her friend. There is an expectation that you remove all trash before you leave and put it in the proper trash can at the end of the street.

Sara (10/5): Relax 100% - Posto meraviglioso immerso nella natura e nel verde del Chianti. Fabiola, l’host, gentilissima. Abbiamo soggiornato nel weekend e ci siamo trovate benissimo. Appartamento pulito dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Piscina meravigliosa immersa nella tranquillità. Sembra un posto fiabesco. Un’oasi di pace per staccare dalla vita di tutti i giorni. Ci torneremo sicuramente!! 5 stelle più che meritate.

Servizi (piscina, lounge, locale bar non custodito, ecc. buoni). Stuttura immersa nei vigneti lontana da ogni centro abitato (1,5km di sterrato nel bosco per raggiungerla, di cui 400m oltre il cancello di ingresso). Chi la sceglie deve amare la pace e in questo caso va oltre ogni aspettativa. Migliorare l'Wi-Fi (non fruibile ovunque). Un televisore in camera. Piu' prodotti fruibili presso il bar, eventualmente un distributore automatico con articoli igienici e di primo soccorso, considerato che si e' lontani da ogni centro abitato e da ogni negozio, ma non un vero negozio o spaccio, per non alterarne la natura. Inoltre si potrebbero rendere almeno alcuni degli alloggi fruibili dai disabili (oggi non lo consiglierei a chi ha problemi motori)
Jera (8/5): - The place is gorgeous and very serene. I absolutely loved the atmosphere. It's very small so you feel like you're the only people here, which is nice. There are only specific times for check in so make sure you know that ahead of time. We had trouble checking in because our reservation was not in the Collelungo system. But I'm not sure if that was Expedia or the hotel. All worked out and we loved our stay. Highly recommend.

Olivier (9/5): Bonne situation pour visiter le chianti du Nord. - Le domaine est bien, dans les vignes. Bien entretenu. Il est situé au coeur du chianti du nord, bien pour découvrir. Le service (Fabiola) attentif et serviable. Notre logement était spacieux, en duplex mais la fenêtre de la cuisine trop petite. Nous avons moins apprécié le chemin d'accès de 1,6km qui couvre de poussière la voiture. Notre logement était un peu obscur, bien que nous avions une belle petite terrasse. La piscine est plus petite que sur la photo, et peu profonde.

É un po' fuori paese e se non si è in macchina non è comodissimo da raggiungere. Sono alloggi indipendenti con cucina, ma chi è di passaggio, essendo un agriturismo, dovrebbe poter avere la possibilità di mangiare in area ristorazione.

Olivier (6/5): A mixed bag… - Great location nearby a very nice little town. The check-in process was a little cumbersome, but the lady made up for it with the dinner reservation. The big down was the state of the pool, which was the main reason why we booked this place. I even asked 3 weeks in advance if it was open and I got a reply saying it’s open April - October. When we then arrived it was full of leaves & dirt. And they charge extra for pool towels…

The grounds are pristine and the view is magical. The stone building accomodation is beautiful and big. Has small kitchen and separate bedroom and living. Secluded and private accomodation, not everyone squished into one building. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would stay again. Better than the photos advertised. Check out at 9:30am Simple breakfast of crossaints, cereal ham and cheese, juice. If staying in Summer it would be hot with no air conditioning.

Tonny (8/5): - We hebben hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het Grand Appartement 'Panther: lekker ruim met 2 slaapkamers en zelfs 2 badkamers. Een heerlijk terras met prachtig uitzicht. Enige twee min-puntjes zijn dat er geen airco is (wel een goede ventilator) en het matras van het 2 persoonsbed in de grotere slaapkamer is aan vervanging toe, de ijzeren veringen waren (zachtjes gezegd) niet prettig in het lijf met slapen.
