Breakfast expensive but outstanding Pool is a lovely sun trap and perfect for relaxing after wandering the city. Do try the bicycles and enjoy a ride along the coast. Would be helpful to know in advance this is a dry hotel - although I accept many would not book if they knew and they would be missing out. There is no alcohol in restaurants or minibars but the hotel allow guests to take theirs in and will drive you to purchase it - so buy it beforehand!

- Nadia (8/5): Correct mais je m’attendais à mieux pour un Four Seasons - L’emplacement, la disponibilité du personnel , la terrasse du restaurant Bémol au niveau de l’accueil à la réception , un peu froid … Une résa au restaurant qui n’avait pas été respectée … nous avons dû patienter ( avec notre bébé ) pour avoir la table que nous avions réservée dès le matin …

Пешком по набережной можно прогуляться до маяка и мечете Хасана II. Все достопримечательности находятся в нескольких минутах на авто. Безупречный персонал. Приветливый, Внимательный и очень отзывчивый! Прекрасный spa и рестораны, где работает шеф - повар Александр!

- Sergey (8/5): Смешанные эмоции за большие деньги - Отель расположен на берегу океана - шикарный вид и удобный выход к океану через собственный маленький садик. Отличная зона отдыха у бассейна и сам бассейн. Релакс и чилл. Номера большие и комфортные очень удобные кровати. Дружелюбный персонал. нам сделали апгрейд одного номера, что было приятно! Из всех больших сетевых отелей топ уровня, в которых мы останавливались - это был самый дорогой и самый худший по уровню отель. Завтраки просто не соответсвуют уровню отеля. выбор блюд зоны шведского стола, как в отеле уровня три звезды. большой выбор по меню, но его приходится долго ждать. персонал через каждые пару минут назойливо интересуется все ли хорошо и мало что происходит. много суеты, мало дела. в общем очень смешанные эмоции остались. Второй раз не поедем.

Мы брали два номера, поскольку дети взрослые Сотрудники заранее уточнили у нас, хотим ли мы смежные номера и по приезду предоставили нам такие, это было очень удобно и заботливо. Номера большие, чистые, есть все необходимое. Кровать очень удобная. Сотрудники реагировали на каждое пожелание. Очень рекомендую! Единственный минус, это слишком много ароматизаторов в общих пространствах.

- Balasa (8/5): - The place of the hotel is magnificent. Although the price for the room was very high, the breakfast was not included . Be very careful when you book the room!
- Jennifer (2/5): Disappointing, out-dated property and it is a dry hotel. - The bathrooms in the hotel room and the hotel gym were very nice. I did not realize the property was alcohol free. When I went back (after booking the reservation) to look at the booking.com entry - it stated in the very fine print at the bottom of the description, This should be called it more boldly. We went on NYE and expected to dine at the hotel - but it's no fun doing a New Year's toast w/o alcohol. The property was also much more dated and I expected more for the amount we paid. Overall, our trip to Casablanca was disappointing. The concierge tried to be helpful, but gave us pretty poor and un-researched recommendations - for example, sending us to another hotel for a brunch - when they did not tell us the brunch at the other hotel was over $200 a person.

- pascal (9/5): Un bellissimo albergo ma forse un po troppo costoso - L’albergo è posizionato molto bene con vista sul giardino e sul mare. La camera era molto grande e molto confortevole. La prima colazione che ho pagato a parte (41€ a persona !) era buona ma non valeva questo prezzo quando sappiamo che il costo della vita in Marocco è molto più basso che in Europa. La localizzazione era anche buona per fare anche belle passeggiate sul lungo mare. È troppo costoso per il servizio malgrado che l’albergo è molto bello ma sono prezzi alti per un paese come il Marocco
