Paid for bed and breakfast ,whatever we choose to eat was nicely done but very limited options if you take juice no coffee and vise versa, that was not very practical for us, kids got disappointed they did not have any pancakes which is their ideal breakfast, eggs in every choice I dont do egg and was only left with one option. A breakfast buffe would be ideal.
Leah (7/5): Clean and quick - The hotel was very clean, fresh smelling and friendly staff. One of the reasons we choose this hotel was the pool & hot tub. The sign said on the open pool area said closed at 11pm when we checked in so it was frustrating to go back at 8 pm and have it closed down for the night & the next morning prior to check out. We really could have saved $100 and stayed else where.

Scott (2/5): Great location, horrible hotel, horrible communication. - Soap scum in the shower, residue, and spots of blood on a pillowcase, the cleaning protocol is non-existent. Furthermore, a loose shower backplate constitutes a serious safety hazard that was ignored by both housekeeping and maintenance. After attempting to contact them a few times, there was no response whatsoever. I could not speak to anyone. They just completely ignore my phone calls. Apparently this is a common complaint for them because they obviously didn’t care.

Tina (8/5): Great place except for parking - Loved having someone at front desk for assistance The only complaints I have is for what is charged for the room a free easy breakfast would have been great! The other complaint is that I had to pay $18.00 per night to park in the garage. The second night there was an event and I had to park 2 streets over and walk out in the middle of the street through construction. I had to keep checking the garage to see if a spot opened up. I did not get a spot until midnight. That really was a huge inconvenience.

Also, I have an email confirmation from booking.com and a conversation between booking.com and Courtyard extending my two nights to three nights, yet Courtyard had no record and locked us out today.

The young woman who did finally get back was on a bathroom break. A company this size should have 2 people running the front desk. It was not her fault but rather managements for not staffing properly.

Jenny (2/5): - I showed up to check in at 10pm at night with a reservation confirmation booked 10 days earlier only to be told they were booked and did not have a room for me. They tried to send me 45 mins south to another hotel. The staff that evening were very non-chalant and when I walked out the front door into the night in an area with wandering homeless folks, the staff said “have a good night”. They knew I had nowhere to go and cared less. I was confirmed for 3 nights and the other two nights were good to go. When I showed up the next day to check in, the attendant was very compassionate and handed me a gift bag apologizing. Promised me a room with views, etc. I felt affirmed until I peeked in the bag upon arriving in my room. Fritos, Oreos, water, energy bar and a GC for a free appetizer with purchase of a meal at a local restaurant. A joke. A shot of whiskey would have been better.
Jennifer (8/5): - Great location. Within walking distance of a lot of different locations. Staff very friendly. The room was hard to keep cool due to the set up of the air conditioner. It doesn’t really make much sense to put a cabinet over it. That was poor planning. And the room was ok in the cleanliness area. We had French fries on the floor from the last guest.
Gianna (3/5): - I had a two night trip booked and confirmed traveled there and at 6 PM on Friday was notified that they were unable to fulfill my reservation for that Friday evening. The whole point of the trip was to be at that specific location. At 6 PM at night, I was offered an option 30 minutes away. The staff at the front desk was very nice and apologetic, but it is absolutely ridiculous that I was not informed until three hours after check-in. That is completely unacceptable.

The front desk staff didn’t just go through the motions — they made me feel seen and valued, which is something I rarely experience at large-brand hotels. I accidentally booked the wrong room type, but when I called down, they handled it seamlessly. Someone came up right away with new keys — no fuss, just pure professionalism and care. The room itself was spotless, crisp, and fresh — I was able to relax immediately, which isn’t always the case in hotels. Sometimes the air feels muggy or the cleanliness is questionable, but this was absolutely on point. I hadn’t realized how expensive last-minute stays in Seattle can be, but honestly, this hotel was worth every penny. We even got lucky and caught a little local festival that evening — the view was great, and the atmosphere just added to the night. The bar manager made me a perfect cup of tea and was so warm and welcoming. The next morning, we asked for a local recommendation at the front desk, and once again — they nailed it. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personal. Highly recommend this place. If you want a stay where you feel taken care of, Courtyard Marriott Everett is it.
Erin (10/5): - Very clean, helpful friendly staff, Starbucks in the building, comfortable room. Breakfast is extra, but for the price its a great value. The pool was out but I wasn't planning to use it.

Yolanda (7/5): Overall it was nice, it is just a few things that could be improved - It was nice in general Breakfast was dissapointing, very few options and all where cold. It would be acceptable if it was complimentary, but we paid for it. If I have known, I would have gone somewhere else. The water in the pool was slightly cold.
Wesley (8/5): - Wasnt expecting to have to pay $20 to not get my car broken into. Bad area but good thing is the police statiin was next door. Ghandi the front desk guy was amazing and Garet the bar tender was awesome. We had a good time. Pool and spa was not so awesome, kind of cheap and run down pool area. Issues with ice machine on 3rd floor.
