Der Pool ist klein, aber schön. Die Zimmer sind nicht riesig, aber ausreichend groß und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Beim Frühstück hatte man eine große Auswahl. Die Bäder waren recht klein und insgesamt sind die Zimmer schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Unweit der großen Malls und Hauptstraßen liegt es in einer seitenstraße so dass es nachts nicht sehr laut ist. Die unmittelbare Umgebung zeigt sich im typischen indonesischen Flair. Das macht es sehr authentisch. Das Personal ist super freundlich, die Unterkunft schön sauber und das Frühstück wirklich top! Beim nächsten jakarta-stop definitiv wieder!

The gym at the pool level was adequately equipped and provided a good option to kill time. The food at the restaurant was decent with a wide spread for breakfast. The roads leading to the hotel was really narrow. Taking a walk at the surroundings was a challenge due to the close proximity with vehicles. Might be better to stay indoors at the pool or gym

The check in was smooth, they’re very helpful, the breakfast was also tasty. We supposed to check out on 10th of October but due to our flight was on 9th, we requested that our breakfast of that day to be able to be used for lunch or so on 9th. But the restaurant does not serve lunch and we can’t eat dinner due to the flight schedule so there’s no other choices but to waived it. The staffs didn’t seems don’t care at all as he didn’t bother to suggest a way out to us. It’s a shame.

In the room they should update and install more plugs, only two available or at least chared plugs pin. Nowadays ppl have so many devices for download. Extra bonus: a fridge.

- Mariëlle (9/5): Great place to stay in Jakarta for holiday or business, especially for longer stays. - The staff was extremely kind and always willing to help with different issues, such as ordering a taxi, or even bringing breakfast to my room when I was ill. The hotel has many facilities, including a kitchen and laundry facilities, great for longer stays. I also really liked the free easy access to drinking water. The rooftop is also great, especially at night, where you have a splendid view of Jakarta. The kitchen does not have many (clean) cooking utensils, making cooking difficult. I also missed a 'desk' area, where you can sit at a desk and work in silence (with power outlet). There is a standing table in the lobby that allows this, but it is not a quiet place and makes focusing difficult.

- Marcel (7/5): Perfect as a base to explore Jakarta. - As a tourist it is never easy to decide which hotel to book in Jakarta, so this was a bit of a gamble. A very good one. The location is simply perfect. Within five minutes on foot, faster than taking a taxi, you reach Lotte Mall where you can find everything from breakfast to dinner. It is the perfect starting point to explore Jakarta further. The hotel itself is much bigger than it appears on Booking, and that turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The swimming pool is ice cold. The restaurant feels rather cold and impersonal. The staff are friendly and the food is fine, but the atmosphere is not very welcoming. We stayed with four people in two rooms for two nights and had no hot water for both days. We reported this to the staff. The problem was not solved, although they did offer us an upgrade and another room. For us this made little sense, since on the second night we only needed the room to shower before our 23:50 flight. Still, I believe that a hotel of this level should not treat the absence of hot water in multiple rooms as a minor incident. If several rooms are affected, something is technically not working as it should. I expected a partieel refund, because you book a room to 1) sleep en 2) to shower.

Second night we were there, we couldn’t sleep due to some ignorant & inconsiderate bunch of guests stayed until late, making a lot of noise on the roof top which is just above our room. They were dragging the chairs a lot, one guy kept punching a table for their stupid game, and they kept shouting..😡😡 We couldn’t put up with all the noise, so my hubby had to approach them and asked them to be quiet as the rest of the guests tried to get some sleep. As my hubby walked away , some of them started to laugh at my hubby. They thought it’s funny..😡 We reported to the reception the next morning, they said they would suss it out & discuss it with the management. Hope they do something to prevent that happens again, by at least put the signs out on the roof top to ask the guests to not make excessive noise after 11pm at night. Rather than that it’s a pleasant stay with a little bit of city view from our bedroom window. It would be lovely too if the hotel provides a shower cap for ladies in the bathroom

But, it would be - The property was clean, well maintained, and what I like most is quiet. The staff were friendly throughout the stay. I also appreciated the comfortable bed. No Netflix and TV channels are boring. It would be nice if the room had an option to access Netflix or other streaming services, as well as washing machine .
