I called the office & was told if I booked direct with them I would have got renovated rooms but as I booked through booking.com we were given the rooms we got. Very disappointed the rooms were very tired & in need of some very loving care.

Petrina (9/5): We had an overall enjoyable stay, the staff were very helpful with everything. - The location was fantastic, the pool was beautiful and the staff were amazing. The room was made and cleaned every day to standard. The grounds were beautiful and tropical. We saw the groundsman cutting the grass with shearers one day and congratulated him on the wonderful job he was doing. We found the bed to be very hard, and the shower head was very low for us tall people, however, the room was value for money.

Cherese (9/5): Good value for money, staff helpful and friendly. - We have been staying here at this hotel for 15 years we live the pool, gardens and location We arrived quite late and the room was not very good it was old and not up to our usual experiences it had not been updated in a long time, there was a big puddle water from air conditioning unit which had leaked into floor and tv cabinet it was a safety issue for slipping on wet tiles and electrical issue from tv etc. There was mould and paint peeling from this issue so it had not been fixed for some time . We did raise the issues and they kindly upgraded us to a better room.

Nikayla (10/5): Relaxation that keeps you coming back - Originally we had booked at a resort, but the beds were so uncomfortable and was so loud we couldn't sleep, so we changed our booking to the Three Brothers Bungalows as we had stayed their the year before. The moment we got there we relaxed. From the check in to check out, the service was just as we remembered. Staff amazing, room fantastic and the whole location perfect.The walk ways make you feel as if you have transported to a quiet regional village when in reality you are a 2 minute walk to the famous Y Bar and busy streets of Legian. The vibe around the pool is fun, kids laughing and people of all ages enjoying the weather. We have already booked for November.

Peta (7/5): Good place to stay for the price we paid for two rooms not sure I’d stay again though - Location is great, the rooms were spacious. The outdoor shower on the the ground floor room was nice. Pool and security were great. Pool was good and swim up bar. The mattress in one room (40) was horrendous like it was 40 years old. No water in room 40 not even for the bathroom or hand towels, face washers, or soap. The reception staff smiled but that’s about all. I handed in the keys and she she smiled and that was it, didn’t even ask how was the stay.

Chickalupo (8/5): Bintangs by the pool - The Three Brothers was great. Loved the pool bar. Great for sipping on a few beverages. Breakfast was good. Located in an awesome location... Staff are always 🙏 welcoming and helpful. Awesome setting.. Be back in August.. I don't watch much TV. But the TV channels were terrible. I like to kick back in my room sometimes. Have room service and watch a movie. Wasn't very good. No intercom either. To order.

Tracy (5/5): The money was taken out of our account a month before arrival but the hotel had none of this so couldn’t issue a refund - The pool and food The location of the room , dark untidy, unkept dingy, bushy area back end of the hotel , broken shower, no shower curtain , water hit wall across from room, no phone in room , no safe, very dirty mattress , hair on pillows, dirty plates of food sitting on bottom of steps for more than two days, complained was given new room but just next door and not much better.
Shane (10/5): Three Brothers Bungalows - I loved the landscaped gardens and air-conditioned rooms. The smoking balcony was convenient for me and it was only a short walk to the pool and restaurant with nice food and prices. There was complimentary bottled water every day and we had the Gojek app on my phone which home delivers from the supermarket 24hrs and they have every type of drink/snack/toiletry required to supplement the room. The deliveries were only AU$1.50 and most of the items were AU$1-3.. The app also has a GoCar section that let us order taxis that were reliable and inexpensive. The staff were lovely and kind and helpful at all times. I thought there could be more toiletries in the bathroom as we needed hand soap and a cake of body soap but we just ordered it from Gojek GoMart home delivered.. The fridge worked very well but our freezer did have excessive ice build up. We also needed larger cups for sinking our duty free drinks but we improvised with the 4 small glasses and 4 mugs provided.
April (9/5): Two nights in family room, great value short stop over - Beautiful gardens, family room is huge! Great location with loads of shopping and restaurants close by. Would stay again. More inside seating in the family room would be great. Drainage in the upstairs bathroom could be improved.

Jennifer (9/5): Apart from the 2 issues stated above, we had a lovely 2 weeks - Beautiful gardens. Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was great. you can enjoy juice, toast, egg station and chicken sausage and other different daily extras. We were surprised that there was no phone in room to contact reception in case of an accident, slip etc. The fridge was small, old and noisy, especially at night.

Les rideaux sont plus des voilages... la lumière vous reveille si vous etes sensibles... la clim un peu vielle qui fait un peu de bruit.

Ralph (9/5): - Die Anlage ist wunderschön - Einzelvillas tlw. mit mehreren Zimmern in einem alten traumhaften Garten - wie man sich Bali immer vorgestellt hat. Es gibt nicht mehr viele derartige Anlagen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind vernünftig ausgestattet, es gibt einen schönen Pool. Wir fühlen uns seit vielen Jahren hier immer wieder wohl. Ruhige Anlage, aber mitten im lebhaften Kuta, nicht weit vom Strand, für Familien sehr empfehlenswert. Das Frühstück ist gut, könnte aber noch etwas abwechslungsreicher sein - ist aber kein Grund, die Anlage nicht zu geniessen! Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.
Brooke (10/5): Location is fab. Staff are so kind. Gardens are lovely. Beds are comfy. Pool with pool bar to relax by and for the price - The greenery, the staff, the Doonas and pillows Nothing yet. The breakfast is basic. But they cook your eggs fresh. There’s toast, fruit, cereal and hot food. That’s all that’s needed.

wallace (10/5): - The location is perfect and It's quiet. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. I stayed in 3 different rooms over the past month and all have been clean and comfortable. That you cannot charge your food and drink at the pool to the room. Not a major issue.

Andrew (10/5): - Three brothers is in a good location, easy to reach from the airport and has lovely gardens and a pool for relaxing. Room was spacious and clean. Our room was near the fish pond, so we did have a lot of mosquitoes, so advisable to use bug spray.
