The basic room is small with no windows but an upgrade to the deluxe is well worth the extra few dollars/pesos. Breakfast was above average and this place is a great location if you want to view the sights. We had no complaints regarding this hotel, will definately return when back in Cebu Can't really think of anything

Leider hatte das Zimmer keine Kühlschrank und es gab keine Wasserspender mit heißem oder kaltem Wasser ,was ich bei dem Temperaturen als sonnig erachte . No View heißt auch keine Aussicht. Es gibt eine Fenster welches zur Außenwand hin zeigt. Die Zimmer nach vorne haben eine Aussicht. Zu den Seiten hin nicht.

• Udayadittya (8/5): A welcome break overall, especially after our nightmarish experience at Moalboal. - Very close to Fuentes Osmena circle, shopping centres and restaurants close by, clean and efficient. Rooms could have been bigger, especially the premium deluxe rooms. The shower cubicle space is very constricted. Also the breakfast portions are rather small.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to Fuente Osmeña Circle, hospitals and several restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the check in process was smooth.

• Row1 (8/5): Good enough place away a little from the hustle and bustle - The security guards and desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy to get a taxi and drivers know where it is. For a newish hotel the bathrooms and cupboards are getting shabby. The elevator is very slow in coming so we generally used the stairs. Be aware that some rooms don't have windows. The breakfast staff are lovely but their attention to detail is a little lacking. All small issues

Elk hotel op de wereld geeft tenminste thee en brood gratis maar hier krijg je 1 ontbijt (je mag iets uit hun ontbijt menu kiezen) en voor alles dat je daarna wilt moet je betalen. Je krijgt zelf maar 1 kopje drinken. En als je een ontbijt met brood kiest krijg je maar 2 sneetjes brood. Wie eet er nou 2 sneetjes voor ontbijt?!

The staff greeted me warmly and consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. They assisted with my luggage promptly and without hesitation, always with a genuine smile that made me feel truly welcome. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing space to unwind after a long day. I also appreciated the calm and inviting ambiance throughout the property. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would happily choose to stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

• Susanne (9/5): - Wir hatten dieses Mal, anders als beim letzten Mal, ein Zimmer mit Aussicht gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit einer großen Fensterfront. Die Betten sind prima, die Aircon sehr leise und das Personal superfreundlich. Wir können das Hamerson sehr empfehlen und werden wieder kommen.

Hotel nears to Fuente Osmena, where Robinson supermarket, KFC, McD, Dunkin Donut located. it's about 5 mnts walking. and about 10 mnts to Basilica Minorel del Santo. Breakfast is provided in set choices with unlimited refill coffee. Maybe location too. when want to get out to catch some food in late night, feeling lazy to walk out even is 5mnts walk. Breakfast for American choices is very limited.
