- MichielA_13 (2/5): A complete waste of money - Not worth 100 bath a night. Everything very dirty, dont want to sit on the couch in fear of catching a decease. Matrasses are from the 18 hundreds, if your back is not broken already it will be. More mold in the shower than you can see the colour of the tiles. While eating breakfast you have to be Quick or the ants Will take of with your food before you Will be able to eat it. Trying to use the washing machine, but more water came out by the crane then end up in the washing machine. If you want to throw away your money, its best to throw your money in the really outdated swimming Pool. They can not drag me back to this place even if i was dead. Much better option is espana condo resort.

- Kate (6/5): - 良かった点 :未就学児を含む子供連れだったため、プールに大喜びで毎日遊んでました。またセブンイレブンがすぐそばにあり、生活必需品から食品まで買え便利でした。フルキッチン、電子レンジと洗濯機があり、長期滞在はもちろん家族連れにはストレスなく過ごしました。 悪かった点: 英語の出来るスタッフがかなり限られているため、チェックイン当日まで事前に、チェックイン方法やアーリーチェックインの希望に対する返答が得られず不安感がありました。ハウスキーパーは英語が殆ど出来ません。また建物があちこち古く、ソファに穴が空いていたりガラスにヒビが入っていたり。部屋の中にムカデやミミズも多く出ましたし、水周りも古かったです。

Next day morning when someone picked the phone he talked something in thai and disconnected the phone which was never Picked up again. .. even the booking company, which was done through ebookers didnt care to respond. STAY AWAY.. STAY AWAY .. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME & MONEY

- Faran (2/5): Nooit meer van me leven - Bij ontvangst, ontvangt een schoonmaker je die geen engels kan, je niks kan uitleggen over de appartement en waar alles zich bevindt. We kregen 2 kamers die niet voor ons waren ik had namelijk een luxe kamer geboekt en nu zaten ik en me gezin op de 4e verdieping en me moeder op de 8e. Na toch tijdeljjk akkoord zijn gegaan met de kamers, omdat ze onze kamers hadden verhuurd en de volgende dag vrij zouden komen. Werden wij tot 2 keer toe teleurgesteld door de schoonmaker die valse afspraken maakte. Verder had de kamer zeer veel gebreken en was het smerig. De slaapbank had geen deken en de waterkoker werkte niet.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Good location, poor condition of apartments - We booked two one-bedroom apartments for 15 days, unfortunately have to say that we were very disappointed. The resort is ok but the apartments we got were very poor. General areas are clean, there are security officers, pool area is great and location good, close to the beach. Nice restaurants in the road leading to beach. 7Eleven in the Atlantis resort was great. We were aware that there is no cleaning included during the stay, it is no problem to clean the sand from the floor and take garbage out. However, it was uncomfortable that linen or towels were not changed. The owner does not take care of his property: apartments were unforgivable dirty, piles of dust, spots and splashes, greasy hand stains. Toilet seats broken in both apartments. Also in one of them, the flush handle was broken. The sofas were broken. In one apartment the balcony door lock was unsecure. Apartments smelled bad (mold?) and the other one started to smell like sewer after the shower was used. There was no safety deposit. Wifi was working fine in one apartment but difficulties in connecting in other apartment. Basically you have to be active and ask everything. We did not get wifi password for pool area and found the gym by accident :) The sign-in was complicated, ebookers advices to contact provider 48 hours prior arrival. Only phone number was given, no email contact was possible. I tried to call but we did not understand each other due to language difficulties. I ender up calling several times
- Chuck (2/5): Worst Possible Place in Pattaya - There is no staff at all on hand for checking in this place it is the worst possible place to stay in Pattaya. Located way out from everything. Total waste of money.
- Verified traveler (6/5): สระว่ายน้ำระบบเกลือใหญ่ มี7-11หน้าคอนโด - ได้ห้องพักตึกB วิวสระว่ายน้ำ ตามดีลตอนที่ซื้อพักได้ 4ท่าน แต่พอไปถึงกลับมีผ้าเช็ดตัววางไว้แค่ 2 ผืน ผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่ามากและบางมาก เหมือนผ้าเช็ดตัวที่ใช้สำหรับว่ายน้ำเท่านั้น ผ้าเช็ดเท้ามีไม่เพียงพอในห้อง ห้องน้ำ ฝักบัวน้ำไหลไม่ค่อยแรงเท่าไหร่ ห้องเล็กแต่ก็ถ้าพัก2 คนกำลังดี มี AIS wifi ให้ใช้ฟรี ห้องนอนนอนได้ 2ท่านเท่านั้น ส่วน sofa ที่บอกปรับนอนได้ก็นอนไม่สบายเลย เพราะว่ากางออกมาแล้วที่นอนไม่เสมอกัน เหมือนเอาไว้ให้เด็กนอนมากกว่าค่ะ มีหมอนอิงให้ 2ใบ และไม่มีผ้าห่มตรงSofa ให้ด้วย ตอนไป check in ลูกค้าต้องโทรไปเบอร์โทรที่อยู่ในใบจองซึ่งเป็นเบอร์โทรแม่บ้านของตึก จากนั้นเขาจะบอกห้องและจุดรับคีย์การ์ดค่ะ ที่จอดรถน้อย ในห้องไม่มีน้ำเปล่าบริการ แต่มีตู้เย็น ไมโครเวฟ ครัวเล็กเล็กมีเตาฟฟ้า มีระเบียงไว้ตากผ้า และเก้าอี้นั่งชมวิว มีเครื่องซักผ้าอยู่ตรงระเบียง ในห้องนอนไม่มีทีวี แต่มีแอร์ 2 ตัวในห้องนอนและห้องนั่งเล่น มีเครื่องครัวและจานชามช้อนแก้วให้ และโต๊ะทานข้าวเล็กเล็กสำหรับ 2ท่านค่ะ ตอที่ไปพักไฟในห้องพักเสียหนึ่งดวง ติดๆดับๆตลอดเวลา โดยรวมก็โอเคตามราคาที่ได้มา แต่ถ้าให้ไปพักอีก ก็อยากให้ตรวจสอบความพร้อมก่อนมาพักให้มากกว่านี้ค่ะ กระดาษทิชชู่ก็ให้ม้วนเดียวในห้องน้ำ
- Manja (2/5): Ingen service overhovedet - Ingen reception og måtte selv ringe til Thailand for at aftale mht. nøgle. Hotels.com ville ikke hjælpe med dette. Ringede et utal af gange uden held. Viste sig, at Hotels.com havde oplyst forkert nummer på min reservation. Havde jeg kunne læse mig til, at opholdet krævede telefonopkald til Thailand, havde jeg aldrig booket dette resort. Blod på lagen og hovedpude. Ikke gjort rent ved ankomst og ingen rengøring under ophold, trods lovet af Hotels.com. Ingen at komme i kontakt med fx. mht. at få fat på toiletpapir - nemmere at købe alt selv. Fangede også selv en kakerlak. Dårlig stil Hotels.com!!!! Kæmpe poolområde (ingen liggestole) med vandland til mindre børn. Tænker det er et ok sted til familie med børn, der klarer alt selv og ikke forventer fx. rengøring eller håndklæder.
- Janelle (10/5): Great place!! - The resort was awesome!!! The pool was amazing! It would be a great place for families. The room was quite spacious and very nice inside. I definitely would stay there again!! The beach is about a 10 minute walk away. The only downside is that the there is no real check-in place. When we got there we had to contact the owner by phone and she directed to us how we could get into the room. She did not speak English very well so it was difficult to communicate. We had a few questions and were unable to get them answered by her.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Close to Confirm Beach. Free parking. Free Wifi. - Poor check-in arrangements. I arrived middle of the night and got to know that there's no reception at all. All you got was a tel no. to get in touch w the condo owner/ agent who posted it for lease on online website like Expedia. I could not get in touch by the phone no. and hence could not check in the first night even though I'd paid for it already. My family ended up sleeping inside the car we rented.

- Chuck (2/5): Worst place to stay in Pattaya - This place is basically a Condo that has not sold so they are trying to recoup their money by renting them out. Do not expect anyone there to check you in. The beach is a long walk away across a busy road. Taxis pass you by and ill not stop. I will never book there again.
- Nadine (6/5): could be improved - Wasn't clean and you can't fit four people in this apartment. The sofa bed can't be slept on and counted as bedding for two. No sheets provided for the sofa bed or towels for four only two. Dishes still drying in the rack and overall very dirty. Location is very far from Pattaya central
- guy (8/5): résidence idéale pour vacance en famille - Il est dommage que sur le site il ne soit pas précisé que c'est des appartements loués par des propriétaire privés. Nous avons mis 12 heures pour joindre la propriétaire au téléphone et elle ma parle pas trop anglais. Il n'y a pas de réception. Sinon après ces problèmes réglés idéal pour les enfants la super piscine, accès facile à la plage , petit restaurant sympa autour de la résidence super pour passer des bonnes vacances en famille.

- Giles (8/5): Enjoyable and affordable, good for groups/family's - Good sized room. Easy check in - Nice space. Facilities are good - however in the kids water play area needs a good safety check... a rope mesh net that had been repaired but now broken again open at a drop straight down into a shallow water.. accident waiting to happen. That is more the complex management's fault and a general Thai problem that they fail to observe standard safety practice.. Otherwise completely enjoyed the time. One thing to assist maybe a short page of info in the room - on where things are around the area and in the facilities such as the gym and opening times, WIFI password just to make it easy.

WIFI à payer sur place et très très cher !!!!! Piscine fantastique, c est d ailleurs le seul point positif. Je déconseille sauf au famille avec enfants en bas age qui ne souhaite pas bouger

- Thitima (6/5): บรรยากาศและสระว่ายน้ำดี แต่ไม่ประทับใจห้องพัก - ชอบบรรยากาศดีเหมาะกับการพักผ่อน และสระว่ายน้ำสะอาดมีเครื่องเล่นสำหรับเด็กๆ สะดวกเนื่องจากเลือกพักห้องติดกับสระว่ายน้ำ.เดินทางสะดวก แต่การเช็คอินต้องโทรนัดหมายแม่บ้านก่อนเวลาเนื่องจากไม่มีพนักงานต้อนรับ และวันแรกที่เข้าพักห้องมีกลิ่นอาหารบูดแรงมากมาจากตู้เย็น และตู้เย็นมีคราบสกปรก จึงไม่สามารถนั่งที่ห้องรับแขกได้ค่ะ มีโทรตามแม่บ้าน2ครั้งเพื่อมาทำความสะอาดตอน10โมงเช้าของวันรุ่งขึ้น และบนที่นอนมีเศษเส้นผม เหมือนไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดก่อนลูกค้าเข้าพักค่ะ และผ้าเช็ดตัวสกปรกมีคราบและขาดเป็นรู. แม่บ้านก็มาเปลี่ยนให้ใหม่ เป็นจังหวะที่ครอบครัวเรามาพักแล้วไม่ประทับใจห้องพักค่ะ อยากมาอีกนะคะแต่คงต้องคิดอีกทีค่ะ

- Verified traveler (6/5): ไม่ค่อยประทับใจ - เช็คอินยาก ไม่มี พนง.มาบริการ ห้องไม่ค่อยสะอาด ยังมีขวดแชมพูคนก่อนวางอยู่เลย ห้องน้ำไม่สะอาด ของใช้ค่อนข้างครบ แต่ไม่มีเครื่องใช้ในห้องน้ำ และน้ำดื่ม อุปกรณ์ของใช้ไม่ค่อยสะอาด มีคราบมากมาย โซฟาเบดสกปรก ห้องมียุงเยอะมากๆๆมีน้ำขังระเบียง สกปรกมาก ไฟเสียในห้อง ไม่มี พนง.บริการ รู้สึกไม่ดีไม่ประทับใจเลย
- Traveller (8/5): คอนโดดีแต่บริการและความสะอาดและบริการต้องปรุง - คอนโดดีราคาถูก สถานที่และสระว่ายน้ำดีมากๆ เจ้าของให้ความช่วยเหลือดีแต่แม่บ้านที่ดูแลไม่โอเค เราไม่ถึงไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ต้องรอจนหกโมงเย็นถึงได้อาบน้ำ จานชามไม่สะอาด มีน้ำเหลือใว้ในจานทุกใบ ไม่มีน้ำดื่มในห้องไม่เป็นไร ออกไปซื้อเข้ามาได้แต่ ในห้องทำความสะอาดไม่เรียบร้อย ช้อนมีคราบใข่ ทีวีใช้งานไม่ได้
- Nattapon (8/5): แนะนำพัก - ที่พักดีมาก สระว่ายน้ำกว้างมาก เงียบสงบเหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน
- suppachok (8/5): - ที่พัตอดสระว่ายน้ำ ดีมากๆ แต่ โซฟาเบด แข็งนอนยากมาก
- Quan (10/5): ชอบมาก ไปอีกแน่นอนค่ะ - จองห้องพักที่เป็น Access Pool ดีมากค่ะ สะดวกสบายมาก เจ้าหน้าที่พูดจาดีค่ะ ห้องพักสะอาด จะไปพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ ที่สำคัญสระว่ายน้ำและสวนน้ำใหญ่มากค่ะ เหมาะกับเด็กๆ เพราะจะมีส่วนที่ไม่ลึกเหมาะสำหรับเด็กๆ ค่ะ
- ice (10/5): โรงแรมเหมาะกับคนมีรถ - สระว่ายน้ำดีมาก เครื่องเล่นเยอะ ทำความสะอาดอย่างดี สวย เงียบสงบส่วนตัวดีค่ะ ไกลจากเเหล่งของกินแต่ด้านล่างมีมารทให้ซื้อของ จะไปพักอีก
- Bjørn Ove (8/5): Dårlig renhold - Fint og barnevennlig. Reint bassengområde. Hyggelige vakter. Men veldig dårlig renhold på rommet, vi kom til et skittent rom og skittent sengetøy. Toaletter og dusjen var full i skjit og tett sluk. Vi ga beskjed og de lovde og ordne opp men det skjedde ikkje. Vi lå der i 16 netter og så ikkje snurten av de. Ikkje var det nok sengetøy , dyner og puter til alle heller.
- Alexandra (2/5): Waterpark grappig maar verblijf heel slecht! - Voor 4 personen geboekt maar er was alleen voor 2 personen beddengoed aanwezig. Uiteindelijk werd er 1 laken gebracht, verder alleen 1 douchelaken en 1 baddoek aanwezig. De kamer stonk enorm naar urine, douche was vies en geen enkele schemerlamp werkte. De afwas van de vorige huurder was niet opgeruimd.
- Verified traveler (8/5): สระว่ายน้ำสวยมาก เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัวที่มีเด็ก - สระว่ายน้ำสวย ห้องพักควรปรับปรุงโซฟาเบด และความสะอาดของห้อง หากเน้นเล่นน้ำสระ ที่พักนี้เหมาะ เพราะไกลจากหาดพอสมควร ที่จอดรถไม่เพียงพอ หากเป็นวันหยุดยาว
- Verified traveler (8/5): ห้องพักสไตล์คอนโด สระว่ายน้ำสวยมากๆ - ห้องพักอยู่หาดจอดเทียนสาย 2 ต้องติดต่อเจ้าของห้องก่อนเพื่อขอเบอร์โทรแม่บ้านเพื่อรับกุญแจ ห้องค่อนข้างสะอาด พักได้ 4 คน แต่ที่นอนโวฟากางมาแล้วนอนลำบาก แต่ในห้องมีที่นอนปิกนิคให้นอนได้สบายๆ ห้องพักมีไมโครเวฟ เครื่องครัวให้ และหน้าคอนโดมี 7-11 สะดวกมาก ที่สำคัญคือสระว่ายน้ำสวยมาก ใหญ่สุดๆ อย่าลืมเอาชุดว่ายน้ำมานะครับ
- waantop (10/5): บรรยากาศดีๆ มีสวนน้ำ - สวนน้ำสวยและใหญ่ เด็กๆ ชอบ ผู้ใหญ่ก็ชอบ มีเซเว่นอยู่ใกล้ที่พัก หิวเมื่อไหร่ก็แวะไป พนักงานดูเป็นกันเอง ห้องพักดูดีเป็นสัดส่วน มาคราวหน้าก็พักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน
