• YUKA (7/5): 景色だけ。サービスは期待以下 - 観光地に近い。レギスタン広場やシャーヒズィンダ廟にも徒歩で行ける。目の前にモスクがあり、景色はいい。 部屋は綺麗で清潔感があった。 朝食のクオリティが非常に残念でした。種類が少ないだけでなく、魅力的なメニューがありませんでした。床には前日のディナーの残りと思われるゴミが散乱しており、清掃が行き届いていませんでした。卓上の調味料も空のままでした。 また、滞在中に非常に気になる場面に遭遇しました。メールで予約していた高齢のご夫婦が、ホテル側のミス（オーバーブッキング）で部屋を用意してもらえず、大変困惑されていました。土曜日の夜ということもあり、代わりのホテル探しが難航している中、スタッフの対応は極めて不誠実に見えました。後ほどそのご夫婦に偶然お会いしたところ、このホテルに紹介された他のホテルの物置小屋のような（客室ではない）場所に泊まらざるを得なかったとのことです。 日本ではこのホテルからの景色が有名で、楽しみに訪れる方が多いだけに、非常に残念な対応だなと思いました。 他の口コミでここは景色だけという意見をいくつか見ましたが、納得です。 サマルカンドは街を歩くだけで素晴らしい景色に出会える場所です。無理にこのホテルにこだわらず、サービスの質の良い他のホテルを選んだ方が、旅の満足度は格段に高くなると思います。

• YOKO (10/5): 憧れのホテルに泊まれて嬉しい - 部屋はサイトに掲載写真と同じような可愛らしい内装で大変良かった。部屋の中からの景色は中庭だったが、外のテラスのテーブルと椅子は誰でも利用できるので、部屋の窓の景色は特に重要視しなくても十分だった。朝食会場も最高の景色で、コーヒーメーカーもデロンギ社だったので美味しいコーヒーを朝食に飲めました。スタッフも優しかったです。 ないです

• Natalya (8/5): Великолепная локация, красивый и удобный отель, но не более чем на 1-2 ночи - Великолепная локация. Виды из отеля просто захватывают дух. Очень красивый дворик в отеле. Номер симпатичный, чистый. Кровати удобные. Постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные. В номере все необходимое. Персонала почти не видно, видели только при въезде и выезде, и было как-то скупо с эмоциями. Завтрак неразнообразен, часть тарелок пустые. Посуда чистая, но мокрая, приходилось выливать воду и протирать салфетками.

• EMI (9/5): - 立地がとにかくいい！ビビカナムモスクのすぐ隣で、シャーヒズィンダまでも10分ぐらいです。建物と景色が写真のままでテンションがあがります！ 朝一シャーヒズィンダを見に行って2時間ほどある朝食時間の終了30分ほど前に戻ったら、朝ごはんのおかずはほぼなかったです。補充はされないみたいなので朝ごはんを楽しみにしている場合は早めの時間に行った方がよさそうです。 また、一階だったのですが、窓の目の前にテーブルがあって到着した時におじさん達がくつろいでいたので、カーテンを開けられなかったりはしました。

• MISAKI (4/5): 夜ゆっくり休めず、ちょっとガッカリです。 - モスクが目の前で非常に写真映えします。スタッフさんも初日からとても良かったです！朝食もバイキング形式で、どれも美味しかったです。景色を見ながら優雅に朝食を取ることができました。 今回私は２泊しましたが、建物自体が古いのか、2晩連続でゴキブリが出ました。それも複数です。なので、あまりゆっくり休息ができませんでした。次回からは海外旅行に殺虫剤を持参しようと思います！ お願いすればお部屋交換が出来たかもしれませんが、ロケーションも良く人気の宿なので難しかったと思います。

• Olga (10/5): - Это один из лучших отелей Самарканда! В нем прекрасно все! Но. конечно, самое главное - это расположение. Между стеной отеля и стеной мечети Биби-Ханум - метров 10. Выходишь из отеля - и сразу оказываешься в сказке. На купола мечети можно любоваться и из окон ресторана за завтраком, и с территории. Очень атмосферно, красиво. Сама территория отеля и номер - все аутентично, наполнено национальным колоритом. Но при этом все очень комфортно организовано, все бытовые современные удобства есть. Номер чистейший, очень красивый и колоритный. Фотографии на сайте соответствуют действительности. Завтрак разнообразный, вкусный. Персонал очень дружелюбный и внимательный. Рекомендую! Понравилось все, недостатков у отеля нет.

The plates and bowls were never wiped so they were wet when you tried to get breakfast. The staff did not care if there were vegetarians, they just mixed the food.

• Gorkem (9/5): Perfect stay in Samarkand - I believe this is the best place to stay in Samarkand. The rooms are comfortable, and it offers a great view of the Bibi-Khanym Mosque. We stayed on the second floor and were able to check in at 4 AM without any issues. Registan Square is 10 mins away. If I return to Samarkand, I would definitely choose to stay here again. Absolutely a gem. We had no issues or disappointments with this stay.

• Astra (8/5): This place is the place to stay for the view and location. - This is the place to stay if you are in Samarkand. Walking out of my room every day to the view of Bibi khanym mausoleum was just awe inspiring. It never got old. For the price this place was a gem. And the location makes it easy to basically walk to every thing you might want to see in samarkand. Also the breakfast buffet on the 2nd floor looked out on the mausoleum and was such a treat. Breakfast was generally good. The rooms feel a little tired and are dark. Especially the triples on the ground floor which are in a corner and have no real view. Maybe not such a problem in the hot summer, but I was here in March. the staff were not as friendly as other places I stayed. In fact I really didn’t see them for most of my stay as you don’t have to traverse the check in area to leave the hotel. I guess also when you have the best view in town, you don’t have to try as hard.

• SATOMI (3/5): 詐欺 - このホテルの部屋、ロケーションに惹かれて事前確認と予約後の予約確認書で条件を再確認して予約したにも関わらず、条件と全く違う部屋をアサインされた。 ブッキングドットコム のカスタマーセンターに連絡するも対応するとの返信のみでそれ以降、一切連絡なし。 アサインされた部屋は、まるで業務用部屋。 窓があっても開けれない、カーテンは開閉できるカーテンではなく、光が入る箇所は一切なし。カーテンをあげると景観はレシェプションのバックヤードが丸見え。バルコニーなし、中庭見えない、窓開けれない、外の光なし、テレビなし。レジェプションに交渉するもトップにもブッキングドットコム に連絡することもせず、気に入らないなら返金するから別のホテルを探して移動してくれと。それを言われたのは22時。2泊刑務所のような光のない部屋で泊まりました。 こちらの予約確認書を提示するも見ることもせず、俺は悪くないと。部屋のキーは調子が悪いからと私にマスターを渡し、このキーはどの部屋も開けれるからねと。 呆れる言動ばかり。 ブッキングドットコム からは一切対応、返事なし。

• WENYAN (7/5): Location. Yes! Service? Nah... - Location. Location. Location. The breathtaking view of the Bibi-Khanym Mosque is what gives this hotel its value. Service. 1. When checking in, we were told to pay in cash in dollars, which we were never informed of. 2. The first night's shower water was cold. Therefore, the next morning, we reported this issue to staff 1 at the reception, who ensured to turn the water temperature higher. However, when we got back to the hotel at 7 pm, hoping to take a bath before going out again at 9 pm, we discovered the water was still cold: NO CHANGE THE WHOLE DAY. Although Staff 2 at the reception turned up the temperature, it wasn't until 10 pm when we got back that we finally had warm water for a shower. 3. During the second day's breakfast, we discovered the expiration date for the packed croissants was nearly TWO MONTHS AGO. However, the reply we received from staff 2 was that we had read it wrong and that it should be 02/01/2028 instead of 02/01/2026. The packed croissants continued to be provided with breakfast. My dear fellow, the picture is provided for your own reference.

• Tomoko (6/5): よい滞在にはならなかった - ロケーション。サマルカンドを歩き回るのに良い立地です。清潔感がありお部屋は素敵です。滞在日シャワーのトラブルがありましたが対応されてました。 クレジットカードのトラブルがあり、現地通貨の持ち合わせが全くなく、とても困っており、チェックイン時にレセプションにいた英語を話す中年男性に日本円10000円を両替してもらえないか尋ねたところ、500000sumだと言われ(2026年3月17日時点]、ポケットマネーで両替された。足元みられ気分が悪かった。
