• Chantal (8/5): Solides Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Für eine Nacht war es wirklich gut. Das Hotel liegt sehr weit außerhalb von der Stadt. Man läuft ca 25 Minuten bis ins Stadtzentrum. Zudem gibt es nur einen Mini Aufzug, der auch nur bin in den 1. Stock fährt. Wenn man ein Zimmer im 2. Stock hat, muss man das Gepäck noch hochtragen (war für uns nicht weiter tragisch). Zudem liegt es genau gegenüber von der Notaufnahme und auch nachts hört man sehr oft den Krankenwagen.. das sollte man vielleicht wissen😊

Bien que situé dans un quartier de Palerme un peu « brut », cet hôtel nous a paru bien agréable et surtout l’accès en ville à pied était facile. C’est ce que nous cherchions… Nous dirions que nous avons vécu « le vrai Palerme » à travers cet hôtel, très chouette ! Rien…
• Sanja (7/5): Loša lokacija, ostalo solidno. - Osoblje je ljubazno i spremno da odgovori na svaki zahtev. Organizovali su nam taksi do aerodroma. U svakom momentu odgovore na telefonsku poruku. Sređivali su sobu i menjali peškire svaki dan. Hotel je u ružnom i prljavom kraju grada i u bučnoj ulici.

• Adrianus (10/5): Ze maken de naam meer dan waar! - Het personeel is zeer gastvrij en hulpvaardig! We zijn last-minute bij dit hotel terecht gekomen vanwege een geannuleerde vlucht. Van begin af aan waren ze betrokken om alles zo goed mogelijk te regelen. Super!

• Sabina (6/5): Nichts für unseren Geschmack - Die Bilder auf booking und der Herr am Empfang. Taxi wurde bestellt für uns und Flughafentranser hat auch gut geklappt Es ist zu eng alles in den Zimmern und in der Nacht war es sehr kalt. Frühstück gabs sehr spät, deswegen haben wir keines bestellt. Die Dusche war nicht sauber und die verschmutzen Ränder nicht schön zum ansehen. Der Bereich bis zu den Zimmern ist teils im freien, wenn es regnete, wurde man nass beim vorbeigehen. Es ist uns auch zu laut gewesen..man hörte oft einen Hund bellen.

• lucia (10/5): - Albergo nuovo, pulito e con un bagno veramente accogliente. La camera era grande e addirittura la nostra, Eravamo in tre aveva una camera matrimoniale divisa con uno spazio staccato dedicato a letto singolo. Come se fosse un piccolo appartamento. Ogni zona aveva il suo televisore. Non è in una zona centrale ma comunque comoda al centro della città in più non c'era mai difficoltà a trovare parcheggio. Zona comunque comoda ed economica. Letti con materassi eccezionale in memory. Torneremo sicuramente. Presenza di bollitore in camera ma con cialde caffè e filtri tè a pagamento, mi è sembrata un po' un'esagerazione.

• Giovannino (8/5): - Hotel semplice ma di buon gusto. Personale cortese, camere ben arredate e pulite. Ottima posizione, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La colazione, seppur ottima e abbondante, ha un meccanismo particolare e la prima volta si può rimanere spiazzati. Ordinando 10 componenti dal giorno prima, è possibile che venga subito servito il caffè espresso, assieme a tutto il resto. Per cui, se non lo si vuol bere freddo, è la prima costa da consumare. So potrebbe trovare una facile soluzione al problema. Resta comunque un semplice appunto risolvibile. Per il resto, siamo stati molto bene.

• OLGA (8/5): Short stay in Palermo - We only stayed for one night. The place is a 10-minute walk from the train and bus station. The room was small, but there was enough space for two people. The welcoming staff was friendly and helpful. The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear noise from neighbouring rooms. However, as the rooms are located in the courtyard, there is no street noise.

• Christian (5/5): La posizione la spacciano per centrale, ma direi proprio che non lo è rispetto al centro storico - La possibilità di trovare qualcuno alla reception e la porta aperta nel momento in cui volessi uscire dall'hotel. SI non si tratta di un errore di battitura...Ci hanno chiuso dentro senza che si potesse uscire e abbiamo dovuto aspettare l'arrivo del receptionist alcuni minuti. Prima volta che mi capita di dover chiedere a qualcuno per poter uscire da una struttura.

Ogni tanto si sentivano le ambulanze, difficile x il parcheggio, Wi-Fi in camera quasi assente, sono stato due ore fuori sotto la pioggia x avere più campo Wi-Fi quasi assente in camera, parcheggio.

Posizione non molto distante rispetto al centro ed all'università, invece ideale per l'ospedale Giaccone. L'unica piccola pecca, la mancanza di un parcheggio privato, ma nelle adiacenze si può parcheggiare in strada o in parcheggi a pagamento, uno dei quali a poche decine di metri della struttura.

• Gerlando (8/5): - La suite è spaziosa e confortevole per 4 persone, vicina alla zona degli ospedali, che nel nostro caso ha influito per la scelta. Zona rumorosa e camera per niente insonorizzata. Quartieri adiacenti degradati al punto che qualcuno di diverte a lanciare uova dal balcone sulle auto in transito.

• Ayse (9/5): Cosy, cute hotel in a good location - We had two adjoining, very cosy rooms for the three of us. The place was very clean and orderly. The noise from the water pump can be bothersome sometimes, otherwise, we had a perfect stay. Thank you! The funny escalator could accommodate one person only, no problem really.
• O'Neill (6/5): - The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Transfer to and from airport available. Breakfast at extra cost mainly bread and jams. 20 minute walk approximately to Quatro Canti, ok during the day, dark streets at night though. The area is right across from a hospital, sirens constantly going day and night. Very very poor WiFi. Streets around the hotel are very dirty, not much to do in immediate area. Hotel closes at 9pm and the keypad to get in after that time did not work properly, , very dangerous trying to gain access while being watched by drunks outside the hospital across the road, quite frightening.
