• Fiona (9/5): Schönes, kleines und sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. - Sehr freundliches, entgegenkommendes Personal. Ansprechendes Design, familiäre Atmosphäre. Das Suppen– und Kuchenbuffet mittags hat uns gefallen, war auch im Arrangement mit nur Frühstück inkludiert. Schneller Thermenzugang, Frühstück top! Wir bekamen leider eines der schlechtesten Zimmer, obwohl wir vor Monaten gebucht hatten. Also mit „Blick“ (fast Souterrain) auf den Parkplatz, was morgens recht laut war (Lieferanten…) - das fanden wir schade. Nespressomaschine am Zimmer ist super, aber Kaffeekapseln extra verrechnen müsste mMn nicht unbedingt sein. Ansonsten war alles wunderbar.

• Юлиана (9/5): Приятен престой - Чудесно разположение- топла връзка между хотела и термите.Наличие на голям паркинг.Много любезен персонал.Отлична хигиена.Термите са добре структурирани и има разнообразие на съоръжения.Най-впечатляващ е ресторантът- чудесен готвач и отлично обслужване! Непременно посетете винарната на брата на собственика на хотела!Беше прекрасно преживяване- приятен разговор, отлични вина и чудесна атмосфера! Странна беше липсата на вода всеки ден, като комплимент . Другата изненада - капсули кафе само срещу заплащане и пълна липса на чай!!
• Dominik (8/5): Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. - Das Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die Therme und das Frühstück. In der Speisekarte waren Deutsche begriffe wie zum Beispiel Möhre statt Karotte oder Schmand statt Creme fraiche/Frischrahm Beim Abendessen gab es jeden Tag die selben Hauptspeisen.

• Nataša (10/5): Divan, romantičan, okrepljujući vikend! - Lokacija je izuzetna! Doručak je odličan, raznovrstan, hrana je generalno jako ukusna. U sred dana se služi supa/ čorba po izboru, kolač i voće u bistrou, gde može da se jede u bademantilu. Sve je prilagodjeno uživanju.

Das Frühstück Buffet war ausreichend sowie bemüht um den Gast ! PARKPLATZ VORHANDEN, NUR DIE Zeit war zu kurz. Kommen wieder als Gast Der Parkplatz, ziemlich eng , aber für ein normales Auto Ausreichend.

Speisen im Restaurant hervorragend, nur die Vorspeise und Salatbuffet ein bisschen zu gut gekühlt als kleine Kritik.... Hervorragende Weine aus eigenem Haus! Kühlschrank/Minibar kühlt nicht wirklich....

• must (10/5): - Die Freundlichkeit des Personals! Die schöne Thermenanlage! Die herrliche Landschaft, in die das Hotel- und Thermenensemble eingebettet ist. Die köstlichen Speisen, das mehrgängige Abendessen, das Frühstück mit Eierschwammerlomelett und dem guten Kaffee in Kaffeekännchen. Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Das großzügige Zimmer mit der phänomenalen Aussicht ... Alles, was wir oben geschrieben haben. Weiters das Bistro bei Tag und am Abend, sehr schön designt, romantische Beleuchtung. Die Therme. Die freundliche Bedienung!! Die Sauberkeit und den besonders guten Duft des Zimmers.

• Evelyn (7/5): Erholsam , war aber im gesamten schon einmal besser - Das Zimmer war ebenerdig , Terrasse zum Parkplatz . Sitzen in der Sonne nicht möglich. Das kleine etwas , war für mich immer die snackecke . Diese ist nicht mehr vorhanden, schade ,fand es immer super etwas Obst und diese tollen Riegel . Die sonnenterasse im Kowald Bereich im schaffelbad war wegen Renovierung geschlossen , hier war es immer sehr ruhig und gemütlich . Diesmal hat mir halt diese mal gefehlt

First its cosy, wooden floors, Olt antique style with rooms 4 meters high, all equipment inside very high level, not the usual cheap stuff. The beds, pillows, Matratze, best quality. Bathroom, kitchen best quality and made with love for the guests to feel cosy and like at home.

• Manuela (9/5): Beautifully place to stay at the Loipersdorf thermal bath - First they gave me a warm welcome, the room was very clean, comfortable bed, all the facilities are stylish. The room also had a balcony.. For breakfast there was offers a nice variety. And dinner was just excellent! There could be a welcome water on the room and free coffee..

• Bjorn (10/5): Top choice amongst the options available - Modern, comfortable, great sleep and and very nice staff. Breakfast stands out - delicious! All was great, and I would definitely stay again! Yet, there are two things the management might want to consider: 1. In this price range, guests should be offered complimentary bottled water in the room. Only minibar re. paid water doesnt feel right - other reviews confirm this. This is a simple management decision on how to position the hotel category - maybe save that cost elsewhere! 2. Breakfast table allocation is weird. "You can't sit at those window tables because these are reserved for our full board guests" is not a sentence that goes down smoothly. Better give your guests more freedom and re-dress used tables quicker. Anyways, these are just friendly thoughts to make and already great product even better. I highly recommend to anyone to stay at this beautiful hotel.

• 523krzysztofg (8/5): Holidays at thermal pools ;-) - We arrived at the hotel with a larger group of family members. The hotel is located in an Austrian village between few other hotels in a walking distance from a thermal pool complex where you can spend whole days chilling out. Apart from the thermal complex there are plenty paths in forests around where you can practice nordic walking or bike riding so every member of the family had something to do there. Good combination of passive and active holidays. The staff at the hotel is very helpful willing to fulfill your every wish. The hotel restaurant is very nice and meals are vaired every day. Whole place is very clean. Rooms are modern and spacious with a nice view for the pools and a valey. You are going to like it. Our family can truly recommend this place as almost perfect one for an escape from a crowded city.
• CD753 (10/5): Excellent Spa Hotel - We have visited Austria and stay in Burgenland spa hotels in various places over the last 10 years. This year we visited 3 different locations an can say that its very difficult to judge which is the best. The service and facility levels are so high, you end up with minor things and personal preferences tipping the fine balance. So whilst maybe not my favourite hotel of this type it is right up there at the top. We had a room overlooking the spa, the views were good from the balcony, the room was clean and modern looking and had good air-con. The breakfasts were good and the evening meals of excellent quality, although as with most hotels who try very hard to make the food appealing to the food lover, I found them a little fussy. In some other hotels they offer on the menu a simple staple meal as an alternative, but not here. The Loipersdorf Spa is connected by a series of corridors to the hotel and your rate with probably include access to the basic spa and the adults only area. The spa here is certainly the biggest we go to and has everything you could wish for in terms of saunas (all temperatures), steam rooms, hot and cold pools. Shy Brits should note that in some areas you have to bare all to take advantage of the facilities. The surrounding area is good for walkers with some excellent walks over rolling countryside straight from the hotel.History lovers are well serves buy some of the close by castles and old towns.

• kk418 (8/5): relaxing weekend get away - My boyfriend and i wanted to get away for a weekend to completely relax and enjoy ourselves. Our whole stay was very nice, good staff, fancy room, excellent food. only problem was that when we arrived there was no parking lot available anymore so we had to park in the area of the Therme Loipersdorf. to sum up: we had a great time there and enjoyed ourselves as much as possible.
• hplangersyquia (10/5): Such a relaxing weekend! - My girlfriend were looking for a relaxed weekend where we could completely switch off and regenerate, both physically as well as mentally. The Hotel Kowald offered exactly the right package, made up of the spa, a wonderful room (spacious, clean and beautifully decorated) as well as delicious food. We did not have to do more than enjoy. Very highly recommendable!
• EarthtravellerUD (10/5): Ticks all my boxes! - I have been to several spa hotels in the recent years, but I must say the Kowald was really excellent. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable and had pleasant views over the hillside of the Loipersdorf area. The breakfasts were very generous and the choice of evening meals had an international cuisine flavour to them that more often than not is difficult even to cater for in what is a medium size hotel. If you couldn't find anything (impossible in my case) there was also a vegan, vegetarian or traditional menu to chose from.The lunchtime soup also provided was always a welcome. All the spa facilities were very well connected to the hotel. Well done The Kowald. Very efficient, kind staff. You made our stay there wonderful. We will certainly be back there again.
