Maybe it is worth correcting, as I found later that I could check in at any time. The room was spectacular! It's definitely worth every penny! The staff were fantastic and accommodating with dietary limitations. It was all fantastic!

- Robert (10/5): - Loved Karen, she was very helpful, friendly, and always had a smile on her face and was excited to see us when we returned from our outings. House was very clean and organized. An abundance of snacks were available to us at any time. Breakfasts were delicious and we did not leave hungry. Bus stop was right around the corner, very convenient and close by. Plenty of parking in the driveway and curb.

- james (10/5): Home from Home with a very sweet host . Thank you Karen for making our stay there extra special. - Upon arrival we were greeted very warmly . We were one of 3 couples staying New Years Eve. There are so many positive things to say about this charming B & B . It is very unique with a feel of being in Britain with its Victorian decor. It was spotless , cozy & warm. The beds were super comfortable & each room had everything you would need . The breakfast was spectacular . There was even a gathering place upstairs with a breakfast bar where you could eat your snacks & socialize with a drink . We would definitely return if we are up that way again. Central enough to get a short Uber ride into the city . Nothing ! It was exceptional . We would have like to have stayed another night .

La nostra stanza era spaziosa, luminosa, pulita e ben organizzata. Letto comodissimo, bel bagno con doccia grande. Posto auto sotto la stanza, strada residenziale e tranquilla. La padrona di casa è davvero il valore aggiunto di questo B&B, sempre sorridente, gentilissima e premurosa, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Colazione abbondante e con prodotti freschi, la sera precedente vi verranno chieste le vostre preferenze. Il sorriso della padrona di casa e la vicinanza alle cascate, evitando il caos del centro di Niagara Falls, rendono questo B&B una soluzione perfetta per la vostra visita alle stupende cascate del Niagara. The house is warm, inviting, and so peaceful. Karen’s breakfasts are outstanding, and she always checks in to make sure you’re comfortable and well taken care of. She’s incredibly sweet and thoughtful. We honestly can’t say enough good things about this place.

- Lee (6/5): Good location, consider other options - The owner was friendly and there were a lot of snacks and beverages available throughout the stay. The place needs some additional cleaning. There was a fair amount of dust in the room I stayed in. The walls are very thin making it very challenging to get sleep if you are a light sleeper. The owner should consider investing in additional towels and washcloths based on the needs of a variety of guests. It would be great to post the menu for the next day up so the guests can determine if they want to eat the breakfast.

- Silke (9/5): Ein schöner Ausgangspunkt um die Niagara Fälle zu besichtigen. - Sehr liebevoll individuell von der Gastgeberin zubereitetes Frühstück. Extrem sauber. Es gibt Snacks und Kaffee-/Tee, Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Obwohl wir sehr früh da waren, konnten wir schon einchecken. Der gratis Parkplatz ist super, da es in Niagara Falls sehr teuer ist, irgendwo zu parken. Klar, man läuft ca 25min zu den Fällen, aber es gibt auch den Bus um die Ecke - finde ich absolut ok (einige hatten dies ja negativ vermerkt). Eine hübsche alte Villa! Wir hatten das Kellerzimmer und dort sprang sehr häufig die Gastherme im Raum nebenan lautstark an.

- Nathan (9/5): Wonderful stay in quiet Niagara Falls area close to train station - We stayed here because of the proximity to the train station for us to make a day trip to Toronto while visiting Niagara Falls. We had a great stay. We had to leave before the breakfast time so we were bummed to miss out on that, but Karen was so kind to put together a bag of breakfast items for us to take on the road. She also graciously kept our suitcases for the day while we toured Toronto. The place is in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle around the falls, yet close enough to enjoy your time in the area. We loved our stay, just wish the pillows were a little softer.

The hot breakfast was the best I have had at a B&B and we were able to request it for the time that was best for us. The good sized room was very pretty and comfortable with all the usual amenities. It is in a quiet location just around the corner from the WEGO stop, away from the Clifton Hill crowds and a 10 min walk from the White Water Walk. There is parking in the driveway or on the street. The air conditioner was very loud but the fan worked great and was all that was needed.

- Frauke (10/5): Sehr schön. - Wunderschön ausgestattet, sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Zum Frühstück gab es das beste omelette was,wir je hatten. Ca. 30 min zu Fuß, zu den Niagara Falls. Top gelegen. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

- Reut (10/5): Lovely B&B and great host! - This is the sweetest B&B! Karen is a great host and you can really tell she puts her heart into the place. Since it's a small B&B every guest gets a personal service and attention. Karen made a great breakfast and even asked us when it would be comfortable for us to have it. Also the dining area has free coffee, water bottles and snacks which is a nice touch that makes this place feel even more accommodating. We stayed at the room on the main floor and it was spacious and beautifully designed, with a sweet private balcony too. I would definitely recommend coming here! Since it's kind of an old house, plumbing is a little bit tricky. The water pressure in the shower was a little bit low to my liking, and you need to make sure you don't throw any toilet paper in the toilet. Staying at the main floor we could hear every guest coming in and speaking in the dining area. We don't mind some noise but if you're sensitive to it maybe try asking for a room upstairs.
