The facilities are excellent, including a restaurant, bistro, pool, and a spa, all conveniently connected to the apartment/hotel area. One of the best features is that in winter, there’s no need for coats and boots, as everything is easily accessible indoors. Highly recommended for those looking for comfort and great amenities in one place!

• Arghavan (1/5): Bad - To be honest, we had been to this place a few times two years ago for half the price if I compare from now and it was worth the price, but the last stay we had two days ago was a very bad experience. The receptionist was very rude and when they couldn't explain it to us they told me that this is Quebec and you should go learn French and I think that is very unprofessional for a hotelier who is hosting his guests. Secondly, he entered our apartment without permission to kick us out of the unit at 11:10, which is also very rude, and then they called the wireless and stood at the door of the unit with 4 other men to kick us out. Their behavior was very insulting and incomprehensible. I am very embarrassed in front of my guests and I will add this, don't be fooled by the final price. $20 per person will be added to your final amount, which is not mentioned in the final total, and we had much better options if we had known that we had to pay an additional $120.In my opinion, a business of this size should not be left in the hands of an unprofessional person who could harm both the business and the guests.

• Maryse (8/5): - Was an amazing stay! Only down side was that I had prepared meals to heat in oven since we had rented the Presidential suite but the fridge and oven were to small to accomodate my trays. Keep in mind that kitchen appliances are not conventional size.

Nous sommes très déçus, nous étions 15 et personne n'a été satisfait. Rien à dire de négatif pour l'hébergement, tout était parfait, personnel très sympathique partout dans l'hôtel.

Sinon, si vous avez des voisins à l'étage supérieur, vous entendrez parler, marcher et sentirez les odeurs provenant de leur cuisine. Cela est très désagréable. De plus, le wifi ne fonctionne pratiquement pas, la télévision, elle, pas du tout et le stationnement est loin.

Les piscines et spas sont parfait pour relaxer. Endroit parfait pour les familles plein de choses à faire directement sur le site. En condo c'est le choix idéal pour être autonome avec les repas. Nous avons tout de même profiter du bistro avec d'excellents cocktails.À refaire en été et en hiver. L'hôte Christian nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous a donné les explications claires et les atouts du site, la famille au complet était bien reçu. Notre enfant a adoré le site! Tranquillité assurée.
• Mylène (4/5): - J’ai été très déçue de notre séjour. Le foyer ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre, pas de service pour nous aider malgré nos demandes. Tout est fermé à compter du dimanche - les activités sur l’eau, les locations, le spa, les restaurants, alors qu’on paie quand même les frais de séjour et la chambre au même prix! On avait pas été avertis pour ces fermetures, seulement pour les restaurants. L’eau de la piscine intérieure était brouillée et ne semblait pas très propre. De plus, nous sommes arrivés dans les condos et avions des voisins dérangeants, nous avons donc changé de chambre. J’ai demandé un ajustement de prix, mais la préposée m’a assurée qu’il s’agissait d’un « upgrade » alors que ce n’en était pas un, c’était une chambre de classe inférieure. J’ai trouvé ça malhonnête quand je l’ai constaté à mon retour. J’ai tenté de contacter les condos du Lac Taureau après notre séjour pour faire part de nos expérience, mais je n’ai eu aucun retour. Ils semblent porter très peu d’attention à leur service à la clientèle. Je n’y retournerai pas!

We will return even though we have to come a long wa - It was a beautiful wooden condo in a Canadian next to the lake. We had a balcony with lake view and the condo offered everything you need. The property offers a lot of activities, a pool, bikes, quads, kayaks etc. Also the restaurants provide good quality food.

Boating, park, trails, pools (outdoor and indoor), games rooms, beach, we could not have asked for more! Spacious condo. The restaurant was pretty good. Clean. We arrived early and had access to the facilities at noon. Perfect place for a family vacation, we should've stayed longer.

The restaurants are good, and the pools are quite nice also Basically, I reserved a one-night start and requested an extra bed for my daughter. Upon arrival, there was a thin, and very dirty mattress, not suitable for usage. After that, I have to say all felt dirty to me and I did not trust it anymore. We were forced to sleep with three people in one bed (and not a big bed either!). I complained the day after and was assured someone would contact me. Never happened. In addition, be careful with the prices on Bookings: these are not the prices at all since they add a 20$ extra feel per person. Avoid. See picture of mattress below.

• Marco (8/5): Unless the internet issue all the rest was perfect, this property is highly recommended! - Excellent location, perfect for family, very clean apartments and comfortable beds Internet did not work in one of the 2 apartments. We had booked 2 apartments, 1050 and 1051. In 1051 the internet worked perfectly while in 1050 it was impossible to connect to the WiFi. The management replied that the problem was not their responsibility, that it was an external signal problem. I am not an IT expert but the answer did not convince me, since in the apartment next door the WiFi worked very well. The 2 TV's with only 2 channels available

• Rachel (8/5): Great place with lots of free activities and a nice beach. - The place is beautiful and there are so many activities to do! A lot of them are free, and there are some extra you can pay for. The staff were awesome! We felt very well looked-after. Example: we took the paddle boards out and the weather got stormy, so they sent someone with a motor boat to check on us. The staff at the restaurant were amazing too. There is a 14% tip included, but they always let us know, unlike some places who try to get a double tip. We rented ATVs and had a blast, however, upon initial inspection, the staff member said there was a scratch on the door that was already there. He said he didn’t note it down because it was small. When we returned the ATV, he said we would be charged for making that scratch. He said he didn’t remember it being there before…this was very frustrating. Also if you want to have a fire, you must pay $40 for 1 bag of wood. I find this too expensive, so we didn’t do it. I also wish we had chosen a room with a kitchen since it would have been nice to prepare our own food. Restaurant is a bit expensive if you eat every meal there.

• Amogh (9/5): Excellent Location! - Excellent location. The views are amazing! Nice wooden interior. Very smooth check-in. The place is remote so it's best to communicate with the host about your arrival time. Host were very easily reachable via booking.com platform. There were clear instructions about how to check-in, rules, facilities, etc. You have everything you need for your stay. The place wasn't clean upto our expectations. There was dust throughout the condo, the bedsheets had stains! All instructions were in English and French but the instructions for jacuzzi/hot tub were in french only, so couldn't enjoy the tub! Too many instructions! Too many rules, don't do this don't do that, etc. Out of fear of doing something wrong, didn't use any item from the kitchen at all(we were for a very short stay of 1 night so worked for us).

Going during low season means less water activities but the pool and jacuzi and the fatbike were wonderful activities to enjoy with the family.

Couldn’t reach them to save my life before my stay but once we got there the service was really good. There is a pass through to the Auberge, pool, restaurant, bistro, etc which is handy in the winter.
