Kateřina (1/5): NEVER again, you won´t get what you´re paying your money for. - Nothing. The owner did not care to show up at all. The room description and it´s equipment was a complete lie. Got nothing for what we paid and what was "said to be there at our disposal" apart from 4 beds and a private bathroom (we paid for a room with a balcony and a kitchenette + basic utencils). Travelled with a kid with special need we require at least a tiny kitchenette - and pay for it, of course. Here, a perfectly equipped kitchen was at the ready, but only for serving breakfast (just coffee and cakes served on paper plates the lady washed afterwards and re-used them), but could not be used by guests at all after that. We aksed for being able to at least heat up the food for our kid, however after doing so, we were always reminded via a whatapp message that we are not to use the kitchen, the last day/night it was locked completely because we were the only guests there... Among other flaws I should name a wardrobe full of blankets with no space for our clothes, no place to hang towels, a tiny wiggly table and 2 chairs for 4 guests, no shelves, no room for bags and suitcases, no place to hang the bathing suits to dry, no broom nor dustpan, a tiny fridge for 3 rooms to share (up to 10 people), one boiling kettle in the hall for all the guests to share... I guess I could go on ...
Paul (9/5): Super friendly and accommodating - Highly Recommend! - Excellent location, very central to either the sea, mountains and the beautiful city of Teramo. The large breakfast room is tastefully decorated and very well organized.
