• Steve Coggan (9/5): Spacious room, good breakfast - Spacious good size room with sofa, comfortable bed. Served a good breakfast with a variety of choices. Bathroom could have been cleaner, showing signs of wear, badly scratched bathtub. Room not very private, being on the ground floor no net curtains, people using the adjacent pool could see straight into the room which wasn't ideal.

They also have a nice variety of breakfast foods and the cookies in the afternoon were a nice treat. There was a dog in the room next to ours that barked for quite a few hours.

• Andrew (7/5): It was good, other than the Sunday breakfast. Front desk staff was great! - Close to downtown, clean, comfortable Breakfast staff on Sunday was rude. A lady noticed a mess and went over grabbed a napkin, sighed and groaned extremely loud and slammed it in the trash very loudly in front of guests. It was super unprofessional.

Every person on staff that I encountered - Entire hotel was very clean, and I saw staff cleaning areas day and night Guests not familiar with Asheville will be very confused on how to get to the property due to its location and the road system around it. But we had no issues.

The bed didn’t feel clean and was stiff and hard, even squeaky from being worn out. The breakfast was processed prepared and not very enjoyable.

• Bobby (8/5): Very happy with the price and location. - The location was great. Continental breakfast was OK. Room and overall cleanliness was great. Would have been nice to have a sitting area for at least 2 people with comfortable seating. The shower was large and spacious, but there was enough shelving to place soaps and shmpoo. Also, grab bars would have been nice to help get in/out of the showers and to help steady oneself while bathing. The view out the window was the back of another business in the front of the hotel. Noted a front desk associate parking in the handicap spaces as well as on the front side walks, thus blocking guests from using the sidewalk. Also, ot much insulation between floors. The guest above our room was very loud when walking on the floor. We couldn't hear our TV at times because of this.
