Johannes (9/5): Wirklich sehr schön! Wir kommen gerne wieder. - Sehr leckeres Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage, moderne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Toller Pool und schöner Spa-Bereich. Kostenlose Wasserstation. Unser Zimmer hatte teilweisen Meerblick, allerdings nur von einem kleinen Teil der Terrasse aus und nicht aus dem Zimmer direkt. Daher hätten wir auch ohne Meerblick buchen können. Abtrennung von Dusche und Toilette könnte hochwertiger sein, passt nicht zum Rest.

Myriel (10/5): Toller, erholsamer Aufenthalt mit stilvollem Ambiente. - Wir waren im Mai hier und es war noch nicht komplett ausgebucht, daher war es eine schöne, ruhige Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück ist wirklich grandios, es bietet wirklich für jeden etwas, sogar eine Ecke mit glutenfreien Produkten. Außerdem war das Hotel sehr sauber, hat einen angenehmen Duft und das Personal ist super freundlich. Der Pool ist schön groß und es gibt eine tolle Beach Bar. Wenn man abends im Hotel in der Beach Bar essen möchte, sollte man berücksichtigen, dass für Vegetarier die Auswahl nicht sonderlich groß ist und die Vorspeisen eher teurer sind. Nichtsdestotrotz ist die Qualität sehr gut. Wir hätten es gut gefunden, wenn es im normalen Hotel Restaurant auch ein a la Card Restaurant gegeben hätte und nicht nur ein 5 Gänge Menü bzw. Buffet ohne warme Gänge.

Wolf-Dieter (9/5): Top Hotel mit kleinen Fehlern - Ich bewerte dieses Hotel aufgrund des Preises in der Vorsaison!!!!!!!! Personal und Mitarbeiter super freundlich und professionell. Sensationelles Frühstück mit einer vielfältigen Auswahl, egal ob süß oder herzhaft. Abendessen mit ebenfalls herausragendem Vor-und Nachspeisenbuffet. 1. und 2. Gang werden aus einer Karte ausgewählt und sind top. Leider wird durch die Mitarbeiter nur auf Nachfrage kommuniziert, dass man auch eine große Portion bestellen kann. Getränkepreise (s. auch unten) bewegen sich auf einem normalen Niveau für ein 5* Hotel. Direkter Zugang zur Promenade am Meer, Sandstrände sind aber etwa 15 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Angenehme Atmosphäre im ganzen Hotel, sehr ruhig. Mehrmals in der Woche Musikveranstaltungen in der Bar. Schöner, nur zweigeschossiger Baustil im Gegensatz zu den Bettenburgen drumherum. Alles ist sehr sauber, da das Reinigungspersonal den ganzen Tag durch die Gänge und Zimmer wuselt. Zimmerausstattung ist gut, aber die die Zimmer wirken auf den Bildern größer, sind aber durchaus ausreichend. Die Balkone/Terrassen bieten leider so gut wie keine Privatsphäre. Hier fehlen doch einige Abtrennungen (Milchglas). Wenn ich auf der privaten Terrasse liege, möchte ich auch privat sein, ansonsten kann ich mich ja an den Pool legen. Der Spa-Bereich ist ganz schön, ABER ....Auf Nachfrage an der Info erhielten wir die Auskunft, dass der Saunabereich textilfrei ist, was wir positiv fanden, jedoch gibt es im Saunabereich keinerlei Hinweis darauf. So kam es doch zu einigen Irritationen und es saßen "Nackte" zusammen mit Personen im Badeanzug und sogar Bademantel !!!!! in der Sauna. Ekelhaft ist dann insbesondere, wenn die "Textilen" mit ihren verschwitzten Badeanzügen in den Pool sprangen. Massagen sind zu teuer, haben daher darauf verzichtet. Cocktails sind im Vergleich zu anderen Getränken überteuert und enthalten wenig Alkohol. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist in der Vorsaison durchaus okay, in der Hauptsaison jedoch für uns indiskutabel (fast doppelter Zimmerpreis)

Sonja (10/5): Perfekte Auszeit zum rund um wohlfühlen - Perfekte Lage direkt am Meer, überschaubare Unterkunft, kein zu hohes Gebäude Super nettes Personal, vor allem auch im Bezug auf Kinder Es war alles richtig schön und ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, was auch wirklich gut war, allerdings sind abends die Getränke exklusive (was ja fast überall so ist), aber dafür war der Abendpreis schon recht hoch.

Philipp (10/5): Perfekt wenn man Ruhe und auch guten und gehobenen Service haben möchte. - Sehr schön und gepflegt. Sehr nette Personal, etwas teuerer aber man merkt das man dafür auch mehr Service bekommt. Das Essen war etwas zu teuer. Die Getränke gingen dafür wieder völlig in Ordnung.
Kathrin (5/5): Ernüchternd - Die Hotel Einrichtung und der Spabereich waren sehr schön. Das Personal ist nicht entgegenkommend bei Beschwerden, es wird sich nicht mal entschuldigt. Die Klimaanlage ging nicht, was man bei einem 5 Sternehotel erwarten kann. Im Bett waren ein paar Haare bei Ankunft.. Außerdem steht in der Buchung der Zimmerbeschreibung zweimal, dass eine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, es war daher sehr heiß und stickig im Zimmer… Trotz Beschwerde wurde uns nur ein Ventilator angeboten, was die Situation nur bedingt besserte. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und das Personal sehr nett, allerdings mussten wir uns von dem Frühstück an einem Tag mehrmals übergeben, da die Eier oder so wahrscheinlich nicht mehr frisch waren. Sowas darf nicht passieren, vorallem nicht in einem 5 Sternehotel. Diesbezüglich kam das Personal und das Hotel uns überhaupt nicht entgegen, es kam nicht mal eine Entschuldigung, und das, obwohl ich schwanger bin und äußerst vorsichtig bin, was ich esse und das auch immer vorher erwähnt habe, dass bitte darauf geachtet werden muss.. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig, außerhalb hat man keine Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen o.ä. Am Ende wird eine Spende auf die Rechnung geschrieben, die zwar freiwillig ist, aber vorher schon berechnet wird, so dass man sich gar nicht mehr traut, diese abzulehnen… Der Spabereich war sehr schön und erholsam, vorallem wenn man nicht so schönes Wetter hat.

Ellie (9/5): Luxury hotel with great facilities and excellent food. - The hotel is clean and well maintained. The spa facilities are good and their staff are very helpful. The food offered is great, breakfast is a range of hot food, cheeses, pastries, juices and a menu to pick from. Dinner is a buffet of soups, cheeses, breads and salads and a menu to choose a starter and main, along with a buffet dessert. There was a sunset view every night. The area surrounding the hotel was quiet during May but there were some cafe’s and restaurants open, serving great food. I would recommend getting a car to explore some of the local villages and beaches too. The first room we stayed in smelled like cigarette smoke and when we complained we were told that housekeeping had checked and it did not. The manager of reception then come to check and apologised and we were moved to an upgraded room with a pool and view. The communication could have been better with this but once the issue was resolved, the service was excellent.

Michael (10/5): - Man sollte darüber nachdenken einen Kaffeevollatomaten für das Frühstück zur Verfügung zu stellen. Das vereinfacht die Prozesse, garantiert heißen Kaffee und erspart Wartezeit.
Birgit (5/5): Enttäuschend - Das Frühstücksbuffett war hervorragend! Die Mitarbeiter durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war zum Parkplatz raus gelegen. Dadurch war während der Nacht und des frühen Morgens eine hohe Lärmbelästigung. Direkt vor dem Fenster parkte ein LKW eines Fahrradtransport Anbieters der lange Zeit während jeden Tages den Motor laufen ließ und man die Fenster wegen den Abgasen nicht öffnen konnte. Beschädigte Waschbecken und in die Jähre gekommene Ausstattung im Zimmer. Im Fitnessraum wurden Getränke und Tücher nicht aufgefüllt. Das Hotel hat kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Luis (10/5): - Absoluter Top-Service und sehr gepflegte Anlage. Auch das Frühstücks-Buffet ist wirklich gut, bei diesem Hotel fehlt es einem an nichts. Einziger Mangel: Das Zimmer hatte 2 Einzelbetten die zusammengeschoben wurden und, da sich auf Rollen befindend, nachts auseinanderschieben falls eine Person zwischen die Betten gerät. Für Paare nur bedingt geeignet.

Andrea (8/5): Bien pero no espectacular - El hotel está situado en una zona muy bonita y el área de la piscina exterior tiene muy buena pinta. El personal es amable y cercano. El desayuno es excelente, muy completo y variado; realmente de 10. También valoramos positivamente que el acceso de niños al spa esté limitado a una franja horaria concreta. El check-in fue muy rápido y poco informativo. No nos explicaron nada sobre el wifi, horarios y lugar del desayuno, ni sobre los servicios para familias, a pesar de viajar con niños. Nadie nos mencionó la existencia del kids club y, cuando quisimos ir, estaba cerrado, sin luz y prácticamente vacío; tuvieron que abrirlo expresamente para nosotros. En la habitación no había albornoces (sí zapatillas), por lo que tuvimos que pedirlos para poder ir al spa. Además, no disponen de tallas infantiles. La habitación estaba llena de hormigas por el suelo al llegar, lo cual asustó bastante a las niñas. Al haber recibido tan poca información en el check-in, ni siquiera sabíamos el número de recepción para avisar en ese momento. Al comentarlo al día siguiente, nos insinuaron que podía ser por comida de las niñas, cuando no habían comido allí y las hormigas ya estaban antes. Por último, las vistas desde nuestra suite no ofrecían ninguna privacidad: al abrir las cortinas por la mañana, un huésped de la habitación de lado podía ver perfectamente el interior, lo que obligaba a mantenerlas siempre cerradas.

Julienne (9/5): Ruhiges und modernes Hotel - Das Morgenbuffet sowie die Einrichtung des Hotels hat uns beiden sehr gefallen. Es ist sehr ruhig rund um das Hotel und man kann sich sehr gut entspannen. Der einzige Minuspunkt: Wir mussten Tagelang unsere Badetücher mehrmals benutzen, es war praktisch unmöglich diese beim Poolboy zu wechseln, da Pro Tag anscheinend nur eine gewisse Anzahl gewaschen wurde, dies führte zu viel Ärger bei den anderen Gästen.
Helmut (10/5): Traumhafter Urlaub! - Meine Frau und ich haben unsere Flitterwochen hier verbracht und es war unser bisher schönster Urlaub zu zweit. Noch nie hatten wir so ein freundliches Personal in einem Hotel gehabt - beim Empfang wurden uns am Auto direkt die Koffer entgegengenommen und einige Mitarbeiter konnten sogar sehr gutes Deutsch sprechen. Sektempfang in der Lobby, dann unser Zimmer in Empfang genommen und das war einfach traumhaft. Alles war vorhanden, genug Platz und extrem sauber - Es wurde auch 2x am Tag gereinigt. Im ganzen Hotel hat es zudem noch extrem gut gerochen und der ganze Flair war einfach himmlisch. Alle gut drauf und total entspannt. Beim Frühstück fehlen uns die Worte - noch nie so eine große Auswahl an frischen Produkten gesehen bzw genießen dürfen. Eier wurden in unterschiedlichsten Varianten für einen frisch zubereitet- bei mir war es das tägliche Omelett;) Nicht weit weg zum Strand, Poolbereich war völlig ausreichend und die Strandbar auch sehr aufmerksam. Alles wurde einem direkt an den Tisch gebracht und man konnte alles entspannt auf das Zimmer buchen lassen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Eins, zwei bodenständige Gerichte wären toll gewesen. - sehr wenig Plätzchen für Raucher (ausschliesslich bei der Poolbar an einer Ecke). Sonnst wirklich alles super!

Anja (9/5): Klasse! - Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt. Überall riecht es sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist grossartig, sowie auch das Essen im Restaurant. Das Spa und auch der Fitnessbereich hatte alles was man benötigte. Rundum ein tolles Hotel in einer ohnehin traumhaften Ecke Mallorcas. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Das einzige was nicht so gut war, sind die Matratzen, die für mich einfach viel zu hart waren und leider auch nur aus zwei zusammengestellten Betten bestanden, die auseinander rutschten. Ich würde auch empfehlen eher ein Zimmer mehr in Richtung Meer zu wählen, es lohnt sich!

Our room was excellent with an amazing sea view that really couldn’t have been better, and all the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The restaurants at the hotel were also brilliant, and the pool area & communal areas were all spotless & very relaxing. We will absolutely be back!

Roosa (10/5): Great resort with friendly staff - The room, common areas, spa and pool area was tidy and cleaning staff was always extremely helpful with clean towels etc. Staff overall was friendly and accommodating and always made sure we had everything we needed. The weather was good during our stay so we only visited the spa a couple of times. German guests used the spa naked, this felt a little awkward for us but other than that it was a nice spa.

maria cecilia (10/5): Para repetir - El personal muy amable. Desayuno muy variado de buena calidad. Las habitaciones son confortables y con una decoración cuidada, muy fucionales. Baño con ducha excelente. Piscina con vistas, y hamacas cómodas y suficientes. Aparcamiento gratuito en la entrada del hotel. Hemos cenado en el restaurante a la carta con vistas al mar (Bácora) en dos ocasiones, con excelente calidad de los platos, muy buena atencion, y actuaciones en vivo buenas. Muy recomendable. El spa es precioso... pero cuando te metes a la piscina "caliente", el agua está fría, nada relajante, no te apetece quedarte. Luego pasas a la sala de relax para quitarte el frío... y está puesto el aire acondicionado a tope. Una pena, he visto que muchas personas se han quejado de los mismo y no lo solucionan. El hotel dice que la temperatura está así por la normativa, pero hemos estado en otros hoteles con spa en Mallorca y el agua está caliente de verdad.

The neighbourhood is more or less average, but the views of the sunsets are absolutely stunning. The food is very good and the variety of the breakfast buffet ist great. Svenja (10/5): - Staff has been second to non: incredibly nice, attentive,very helpful and in a good mood every single day. They do not try to upsell anything which has been the case in many other resorts. It's a modern and clean hotel. Rooms are clean and have a modern tranquil look. The location itself is very quiet. Only downside would be that a car rental would be needed if you want to see many places across the island as it is not that well connected by public transport. The local bus only runs once an hour. Half board: very good quality food but after a week, the choices at the a la carte dinner get slim.
