- Anastasia (3/5): Disappointing- Didn’t get close to what we had paid for, unhelpful and unresponsive customer support. - Location - short walk from the central station and walkable to most sights. Booked a premium room and paid extra to enjoy a long weekend away, staff put us in a disabled room with a view of pigeons / walls covered in bird poop, no shower door and constantly unhygienic flooded floor in the bathroom. Promised to compensate and refund half of what we had paid after I made a complaint - 2 weeks later and all we got is empty words.

- Sophie (8/5): Bon séjour - Hôtel très bien situé, près de la place Venceslas (en gros travaux en mai 2026) et à 10 mètres de la station de métro Muzeum de la ligne verte A. Très propre, très bon accueil et un très bon petit déjeuner. Globalement tout était correct même si le niveau de standing ne correspond pas à un 5 étoiles du fait de certains équipements pas assez modernes. Le principal problème est la climatisation qui est très vieille sans que l’on puisse par exemple choisir la température exacte de la pièce : on ne peut appuyer que sur un plus ou un moins sans savoir combien il fait dans la chambre, et l’appareil mural , vieillot , ne marche pas vraiment. Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et j’ai donc eu un peu de mal à bien dormir. De plus la climatisation faisait beaucoup de bruit quand elle se déclenchait. Il serait urgent pour un hôtel qui souhaite afficher 5 étoiles de la changer. La chambre supérieure attribuée donnait sur une sorte de cour intérieure très exiguë et son la chambre n’était pas lumineuse.

- Ingrid (7/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal gelegen. In der Nähe des Bahnhofs und man ist schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum. Frühstück ist reichlich und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Bauarbeiten vor dem Hotel mit verbundener Verkehrsumleitung war ruhestörend über Nacht. Die Bauarbeiten gehen allerdings so schnell voran, dass sie bis zur Hauptsaison sicher abgeschlossen sein werden.

- Marion (4/5): Prager ist eine tolle Stadt, mit wunderschönen Bauten und Historischen, aber dieses Hotel brauchen wir nicht mehr.. - Sehr kleines Zimmer mit Ausblick auf Mauern. Da es durch einen Lüfter auf dem Dach zu sehr lauten Geräuschen kam, war ein Fenster offen Lassen unmöglich. Parkmöglichkeiten eine Katastrophe. Es wurde auch nicht erwähnt das es in einer großen Baustelle liegt.
- Rafał (6/5): Dobrze zlokalizowany hotel. - Świetna lokalizacja (spacerem z dworca i blisko do atrakcji), czysto. Natomiast oznaczenie tego hotelu jako pięć gwiazdek to jest nieporozumienie. Sprzęty w pokoju już dosyć zużyte, pokoje i łazienka małe. Samo wejście do hotelu jest delikatnie ujmując mało prestiżowe i zastanawialiśmy się czy to tu. To absolutnie nie jest hotel 5 gwiazdkowy!
