- Claire (8/5): Overall, it fit our needs for what we were doing for the weekend - It was convenient as it was in between our two activities for the weekend. Good little breakfast in the morning. It was a little outdated. The room definitely needed a good cleaning as there was a layer of dust on the toilet paper holder, on the frames on the wall and the top bed covers had stains. Dead roaches all over the stairwell in a live roach walked across the backsplash at the coffee station.

Upon check in was told they had no queens left due to a tour at tbe MAC ctr. Was given a suite instead. Problem was there were 3 adults and one had to sleep on the dirty couch Didn't open the couch due to not knowing if it was dirty also. Asked for addtl bedding. So 1 person had a very uncomfortable nights sleep. The king bed was actually very comfortable Lack of communication between staff members on different shifts

Front desk told us about a local festival we didn't know about and we went for dinner, listened to the music, and checked out the crafts. It was wonderful after traveling. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a good breakfast before we continued on our way. My friend made the Belgian waffles like a chef! We could hear our neighbor's loud voices before we fell asleep, and the bathroom door didn't shut tightly.

- ROBERT (8/5): My stay in Prestonsburg KY - Great location and parking. It was nice to have a gravel parking lot adjacent to the facility. I drove a truck with a long trailer hauling two ATVs. Seemed like a secure location. The room was really small with only one queen size bed. Nice, but small.
- Scott (2/5): - The sofa in my room looked like someone had been murdered on it or someone had urinated on it. The bed spread and bed sheets had cigarette burns. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Windows were in such poor condition they were clouded.

- Overbee (7/5): - Initial check in person was fantastic and extremely helpful Breakfast food would run out very early and would not get restocked this was mentioned by another guest on Sunday morning to the staff who argued with the guest stating that the breakfast items more than meet the Continental breakfast requirements there was only some gravy and biscuits left the kids wanted eggs and cereal which were all gone before 8 am for a breakfast that ends at 10 also went to use the sofa bed and had no bedding called the front desk and had to go downstairs to get the items and make the bed I am use to it being made in the couch or having the bedding in the room already our room also had water damage on the ceiling of the bed

- Michele (7/5): Our room was clean and neat. What we needed for a one night stay - The property was fairly close to what we were in the area for. The AC unit was loud and noisy. We were on the ground floor, which you usually are when using this site, in our use, we have found Very noisy !

I understand it happens but when I directly point them out to the front counter and nothing was done about it even when first shift came back in to take over and still nothing was done about it, that's a problem.

- Carty (1/5): I wouldn't waste my money. - Location wasn't bad. -Bed was basically like sleeping on a rock. -The pull out had hair and grime on it. -The room smelled like they sprayed a gallon of fruity pebble febreeze to cover the smell. -The desk clerk was literally asleep when I got there. Covered up in a blanket in the office behind the desk in plain sight. Had zero interest in checking me in. Went back to sleep after. I left about two hours into it, never even turned down the covers. Considering asking for a refund.

There was some ceiling damage from what appeared to be an old water leak over the coat rack area and one of the three lamps in the room did not work. This doesn’t speak well for regular maintenance but neither of these items impacted our stay. Room was quite large and everything worked that I needed to work.
- nan (6/5): Not really impressed. - The room was extremely tiny. There was no place to relax except for the bed. With the room being so tiny, the air conditioner blew straight onto the bed. The pillows were mushy and offered no support. The breakfast sausage had no flavor and neither did the bacon. The eggs were good. But the sausage gravy and biscuits had very little flavor. On the upside, parking was good. The counter staff was friendly and helpful.

- Jfeliciano (8/5): My travel experience to prestonsburg Kentucky - The location of the hotel was great. Only 3 hotels to choose from this one was the best price. Had to get a second room and was glad they had some available. The first thing is that some of the fixtures in my room needed to be fixed. Second, the phone system needed to be addressed it didn't work in the morning. Breakfast was not good. Very little to choose from. Housekeeping didn't clean the 2nd room that I purchased for my wife's and mother in law stay. No tag was placed on the door. Was very disappointed this time.
