-Dormitories: Maximum stay of 7 days within a 28-day period.
-Private Rooms: Maximum stay of 14 days within a 28-day period.

Group Bookings:

-For dormitory bookings, we try our best to keep groups together but can’t guarantee it. To ensure you stay together, consider booking a private room or the entire dorm.
Cancelation Policies: - Free Cancelation Rate:
-Full flexibility up to 7 days before arrival.
-Credit cards will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.
-Cancelations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged 100% of the stay’s value.

- Gerda (2/5): Overprized basement - Staff, cat and location was nice. You basically sleep in a basement. Everytime someone in the restaurant above flushes the toilet, you hear it because the pipes go through the room. If you want to use the locker in your room you need to buy an extra lock for 6€. Generally you need to pay for everything extra. You need to pay for storing your luggage, a towel, etc. 80-100€ a night is a rip off. Also the beds are extremely squeaky and there is no closet or anything where you can store anything at all. Just gotta live out of your suitcase. The shower situation is horrible. Some of the stalls don't properly close. Also the walls don't reach the ceiling. As a woman, showering in a mixed bathroom like that is a test of courage. Also you can not adjust the water temperature.

- Paulína (2/5): - Ubytovanie nezodpovedalo fotografiám, ktoré boli zdieľané cez booking. Twin's cabin bola tmavá a malá miestnosť bez okien, kde sa ťažko dýchalo. Spôsobovalo nám to úzkosť. Najhoršie zo všetkého bolo to, že človek sa tam nevedel vyspať kvôli sústavnému hluku od večera, cez noc až do rána. Boli sme v rámci spoločných priestorov hostela aj svedkami záchvatu jedného z ubytovaných - bol zdrogovaný a spôsobilo to v nás ďalšie obavy. Nepovažujeme toto miesto za bezpečné. Takisto nás zaskočilo, že v kaviarni, ktorá k tomuto ubytovaniu patrí nemali v priebehu 2 dní ani jeden z čajov z ich menu. Spoločné sprchy neboli rozdelené na ženské a chlapské. Cítili sme sa v tej cabin ako vo väzení. Nemyslím si, že pomer kvality a ceny je štandardný. Ubytovanie bolo veľmi drahé vzhľadom na nedostatočné služby.

The storage was large but since it's in a trunk, it's loud to pull it out and open it. Would be a lot better if it were a drawer you could access it easily and wouldn't be as disruptive.

It was near both the metro and the tram so it was really easy to get around Amsterdam Our room didn’t have a window so it was a little stuffy, but the aircon worked and was great and in fairness we spent very little time in the room. I thought everything was a bit expensive, the cost of rooms, food in cafe, the towels or laundry, I’d say price was my barrier to full enjoyment, while it is really great place- I would’ve been very satisfied with everything with a decrease in price, by maybe 15-20%.

- Rachel (8/5): A good base for exploring Amsterdam - Location was good for us, a 20/30 min walk to the main areas of interest. The kitchen was clean, tidy and inviting with complimentary tea bags of which I enjoyed. Loved hearing the water on the canal whilst I laid in bed and the unexpected towelling robes in our room. There wasn't a fan in the room like the details say, we asked for one but there wasn't one available. The bed was high up (like a cabin bed) which was ok for the short period we were there but unsuitable for someone older like my mum. No where to hang or put clothes, just a chair and table. The shower was dark with black tiles and low lighting. The shower was a bit annoying too, as it times out really quick so you have to repeatedly press the button. Saying all this, they are all very minor points and it wouldn't stop us from staying here again.

The room was advertised as bright but when getting there the room was dark and there was no ceiling lights. The air quality of the room is poor and hurt my chest. The room was small and not nice at all. The room was dirty and you can tell the floor hasn’t beeen cleaned in probably years. The room also had a lingering offensive smell. Al hacer la reserva lees los servicios: Baño privado (ok pero la ducha no es como la de un gimnasio tienes que estar dándole al botón a cada rato porque sino se para y no es regulable, poca luz y el espejo es para personas que miden 1,80) Vistas a la ciudad (realmente a un canal), Vistas al río (pues eso), Ducha, WC, Toallas, Ropa de cama (ropa sí pero se les ha olvidado poner que para subirte a la cama tienes que trepar por cinco escalones que si quieres ir al baño por la noche te matas. En las fotos lo cortan) Enchufe cerca de la cama (esto es una mentira como una casa porque te tienes que bajar de la cama por los escalones para llegar al enchufe que está enfrente y al otro lado de tu pared) Zona de estar (realmente la mesa y esa silla incómoda molestan más que ayudan porque no hay espacio, mejor poner un armario o un perchero porque no hay), Calefacción (no vimos un regulador por ningún lado y las rejillas que estaban cerca de la cama estaban levantadas y si te descuidas te cortas) Secador de pelo, Ventilador (no), Acceso a pisos superiores solo mediante escaleras, Papel higiénico (qué menos porque NO HAY TV NI ARMARIO.)

- Recio (9/5): Excelente habitación y gran ambiente. - Llegamos caminando desde la estación central. Las instalaciones de la habitacion y espacios comunes muy buenos. El personal muy amable. La publicación dice que tiene guardaequipaje, resulta que son lockers que tenes que pagar. No esperaba eso. La ducha era una ducha ecologica que se cortaba el agua y tenias que volver a apretar el boton para que vuelva a salir, fue algo incomodo y tampoco podia regularse la temperatura. No fue tan grave pero prefiero una ducha convensional.

- Araceli (7/5): No és un hotel, és un alberg - És molt còmode poder tenir nevera i aliments per menjar allà. La situació és bastant cèntrica i a prop del metro per poder moure't per allà. Que no és un hotel, és un alberg, gens còmode.. Les habitacions dobles estan al costat del menjador i de l'entrada, sense finestres, sense vistes, amb soroll, llums i olors de la cuina, molt lluny dels lavabos i de les dutxes.

The beds were not against the walls making it hard to tuck you belongings away without them falling onto the person on the bottom bunk.

- Tenma (10/5): Lovely - It was just a warm atmosphere. I was expecting it to be social but nevertheless even on my loner trip it was still fun to stay and chill. Could have been more social but still a lovely atmosphere. I am unable to say anything negative cause I had a great experience.

- Juliana (5/5): A disaster - Location is not so bad, a bit further from city centre but it’s a nice walk/cycle to get there. The coffee they serve in cafe is really good. Young night receptionist was useless. He pointed where I needed to do my check in (it’s a self checking system) but as I was so tired I missed the information of which room and bed I was going to stay. When I asked him to check he was upset to do, then didn’t bother to even tell me where my room was, or explain the hostels facilities. Apparently you have to find such a things by yourself. I was so luck to probably get the best bed in the hostel located right underneath the exposed pipes from the floor above, so I had the pleasure to lay under that and get awake every time someone flushed the toilet above. Plus the door from the room is extremely loud, not only for its squeaky noise but it bangs every time someone comes in/out. By bed was right next to it. The result, I couldn’t sleep at all the first night. I complained about the door next day and they told me it was going to get fixed. They didn’t. There is only one USB plug for you to charge your phone by the bed and one other plug for the whole room. Big gaps between the bed and wall, no place for you to leave your stuff safe without fall from the bed. Toilets are always dirty, they were barely cleaned, I’ve noticed that by one of them that had a “brown stain” on it for the 2 days I was there. Dirty, clogged and faulty showers. Honestly this was one of the worst hostels I’ve stay, specially for the price I’ve paid

- Inna (7/5): - Расположение. Отношение персонала к личным просьбам. Белоснежная хрустящая постель. Цокольный этаж. Кровать второго яруса прямо под трубами. Душ, туалет и раковины - все это расположено в одном небольшом пространстве по периметру.. За нижний ярус нужно доплачивать. За полотенце - тоже доплата. Поэтому, советую путешественникам немного поднять свой лимит на проживание и поселиться в другом отеле.

- Claire (10/5): - Tout était super le personnel est très gentil et amical, l'auberge est propre ainsi que les chambres, les douches et le reste. La possibilité de cuisiner est un gros plus. Un chat tout doux se balade ça rend l'endroit encore plus chouette. L'emplacement de l'auberge est plutôt au centre ce qui facilite les déplacements. Pour résumer : sécurisé, propre, amical, bon rapport qualité/prix. Le seul point améliorable c'est le nombre de casiers dans les grands dortoirs, j'en ai eu un car je suis arrivée avant mais 4 casiers pour 12 dortoirs c'est peu. Mais c'est vraiment pour trouver quelque chose à dire car en soit les gens ne s'occupent pas des affaires des autres il n'y a aucun souci.

- Kirsten Deelen (10/5): Fijne plek na stadsdrukte - Leuke sfeer en interieur, openbaar vervoer en winkels vlakbij, ook prima om richting centrum te lopen. Doucheruimtes handig ingedeeld, ruime slaapkamer, vriendelijk personeel. Een fijne, rustige plek om bij te komen van de drukte in de stad. Niks, alles was goed. Helaas een paar snurkers op de kamer, maar daar konden jullie weinig aan doen. Wellicht een aparte anti-snurkkamer? :)

A disposición las 24 hs para hacerse algo de tomar o comer El personal predispuesto sobre todo Gaia. Que me ayudó con lavado y secado de la ropa No hay enchufe en tu lugar de cama y en el caso de mi habitación no tiene ventana para abrir y para ventilar . El check in es a las 16 hs Las duchas no regulan temperatura del agua o sale hirviendo o tibia a fresca en otras.
- Gabrys (8/5): Z przechowywaniem bagażu gdzieś dalej od centrum znalazła bym coś tańszeg - Blisko centrum, wygodne materace, czysto i fajna atmosfera Prysznice w jednym woda aż parzy a w 2 prysznicu zimna że musiałam się w nocy dodatkowo ubierać bo było mi zimno. Płacenie za przechowywanie bagażu.

- Richard (8/5): All in all, an excellent hostel - Quite good location. Really good lounge area with lots of seating and lighting. Nice vibe. Good, clean kitchen area with 2 big fridges and all you need for cooking, very impressed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Staff were helpful. I made a request when I booked on Booking.com which was totally ignored - instead, I got loads of automated pointless messages from the hostel filling up my inbox, so a point deducted for that. Check-in was unnecessarily complicated: I had to queue up for a stupid machine and then input loads of details only to be told "something went wrong" and to find a staff member. A waste of time. As in other reviews my (first) shower was boiling hot - but I changed cubicle the next times and the temperature was fine. Also the showers had a timed push-button which I hate (come on guys it's 2026) so point off for that

The location and facilities were good. The cleanliness was good Old type bunk beds in the room. Frankly, it should have been bunk beds with more private space.

- Clare (9/5): - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loads of facilities to cook and sit and chill. Everyone seemed really friendly and chilled out. Immaculate private bathroom. Bed was a bit low for us oldies. Pretty comfortable though. Great value for money in an expensive city. Definitely recommend.
- Cécile (6/5): Agréable et bien placé - L'hôtel est très bien placé, facilement accessible depuis le centre ville d'Amsterdam. Le personnel est très sympathique et le lieu est convivial. Il est possible de se préparer à manger sur place. Et le chat est très mignon ! Et la déco est très sympa. J'ai bien apprécié aussi de pouvoir prendre un petit déjeuner (en plus du prix de la chambre) sur place. Très bien le Granola Bowl avec des fruits frais pour commencer la journée. Il s'agit plus d'un auberge de jeunesse que d'un hôtel. Le prix est donc un peu élevé pour ce que c'est. Les chambres pour deux sont juste des blocs positionnés dans la partie commune donc cela peut être très bruyant le soir (merci à la personne qui a parlé et rigolé très fort jusqu'à 2h du matin dans la nuit de dimanche à lundi). C'est sans doute de ma faute mais je n'avais pas vu que les sanitaires étaient communs aussi pour les chambres doubles donc j'ai été un peu surprise.
