• Christine (10/5): Excellent stay - The location was amazing. The apartment was very comfortable. Although I could hear the cathedral bells ring from here it was pleasant and didn’t stop me from sleeping. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which gave us lots of space for our luggage etc. We would book this place again for sure.
• Sonja (8/5): - Locatie is geweldig. Appartement is ruim en schoon bijna van alle gemakken voorzien. Personeel vriendelijk en reageerde direct op verzoek, ook zeer betrokken. 3 van de 4 pannen niet geschikt voor inductie. Afzuiger doet het niet.

Abbiamo chiesto di prenotarci un taxi per il ritorno e subito ci ha contattato. Appartamento pulito e rifornito di ogni cosa utile. Ottimo tornare saponi in bagno e acqua al nostro arrivo. Letto e cuscini super comodi Terrazza super con spettacolo cattedrale. Pulita e in ordine. Da migliore forse insonorizzazione con l'esterno. Non è una via trafficata pur essendo in centro ma potrebbe essere utile capire come migliorare questo aspetto.
• Lorenzo (8/5): Centrale, luminoso e silenzioso - Stavamo nell’appartamento con due piani e terrazzo privato: L’alloggio era in posizione centralissima, molto pratico per raggiungere a piedi tutti i posti di maggior interesse e supermercati. Si affaccia sulla corte interna: quindi silenziosissimo. Una sera abbiamo avuto problemi con altri ospiti che hanno fatto molto rumore: abbiamo prontamente riferito ai proprietari, che si sono attivati subito e risolto la situazione. L’alloggio è luminoso, spazioso, ben fornito e pratico da accedere. Provvederei forse a migliorare le pulizie dei pavimenti: l’esplosione del caldo ha fatto anche sì che ci fossero delle formiche dentro all’appartamento. Sistemerei alcune finiture, come per esempio alcune cose del bagno o delle porte.

• Alison (9/5): Fabulous stay in a beautiful and vibrant town - You couldn't get a better location. Right in the heart of the Old Town. Close to fabulous eateries and a great supermarket only 5mins walk away. The apartment was well equipped for our family of 5. One of the kids slept on the sofa bed in the lounge area and they said that was more comfortable than the beds! The owner was so kind to drop off some extra bedding for the sofa bed as Booking.com didn't specify we needed the extra bedding (so be sure to do that when you book if you need it). Due to its location there is no parking but we parked in a garage (San Bernardo) that was 15mins walk away. It was Easter so it was very busy so the closer carpark (Cano y Cueto) was full. Also due to Easter and especially Good Friday there were people walking through the streets below what seemed all night - it got quieter as the week went on but it was all part of the atmosphere. It was a little pricey too - but again location and time of the year warranted that.

• Saskia (9/5): Zeker de moeite waard om weer te boeken maar dan met max twee of 4 personen. - Locatie was perfect! Het appartement was heel schoon, wel een beetje klein voor 5 personen. De service was top. Als je een bericht stuurde dan kreeg je ook snel antwoord. Het twee persoonsbed was minder. Mijn ouders hebben echt rugpijn gehad. Maar dat zal denk ik per persoon verschillen.

• Niels (9/5): Ik zou zonder aarzelen weer kiezen voor dit appartement - Een mooi en schoon appartement op een prachtige locatie midden in het hart van het historische centrum. De host stuurde mij op tijd een welkomstbericht met daarin de benodigde gegevens. Tijdens het verblijft hielden ze contact en vroegen of alles naar wens was en dat stelde ik zeer op prijs. Soms wat last van geluiden buiten op straat, maar daar kon de host niets aan doen. Prima geslapen.

Leuke patio, mooi dakterras. Vlakbij ALLES! Ruim, netjes, goed bed. Bij vragen goede en snelle service van de beheerder. Ideaal is toegang zonder gedoe met sleutels. (9/5): Komfortables Apartment in perfekter Altstadtlage - Wohnung (Apartment für 6 Personen) liegt zentral in der Altstadt und nur ca. 300m von der Kathedrale entfernt; Zugangscode für die Wohnung (schwarzes Digitaldisplay) wurde vorab per Whatsapp verschickt; bequeme Betten; gut ausgestattete Küche; toller Blick von Dachterrasse auf Glockenturm der Kathedrale TIPP für Flughafentransfer: Taxi (28,95€) ist bei 4 Personen günstiger als Bus (Unterstützung für die Rückfahrt zum Airport bekamen wir vom Vermieter); ÖPNV-Tickets haben wir nicht benötigt, da alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist; touristische Highlights unbedingt vorab online buchen (Metropol Parasol zum Sonnenuntergang und anschließender LED-Show ist spektakulär)

• Emma (6/5): Nice apartment, but an unfortunate issue with bedding - The apartment was in a great location and we really enjoyed the roof terrace. It was unfortunate that the sheets didn’t fit the bed, and we had to remake it ourselves. We flagged this on the first evening, and asked for correct sheets to be supplied the next day. When we returned in the evening, the new sheets were even smaller than the previous! The third day, I asked that they leave correct size sheets, and I’d make the bed myself, but this didn’t happen. When I followed up on the afternoon, they said to look in some cupboards myself (but there were none there). We finally had (almost) the correct size sheets for the final night of our stay. I am generally very relaxed and accepting of minor issues, but this should have been a simple fix, and it didn’t seem to be a priority for the host to have it rectified. The bed and the shower are the most important aspect of any stay. If it wasn’t for this issue, I’d have given them a very good review. It really did impact on our overall stay in Seville.

• Neal (4/5): Worn unit, with poor host communication and VERY loud building. - Good location (although one cab driver refused to go all the way due to the narrow streets) Shower door not cleaned, building noise is very loud (not street noise), communication with host was poor. Unit is worn. Lots of bugs (looked like mites. Repairman arrived 10 minutes after we arrived, unannounced with not prior communication from host, to fix 4 broken outlets and spackle over holes in the wall that appeared to be from previous window coverings. No prior notice or follow-up from host. After he left we found that the stovetop and exhaust fan had no power. When we contacted host they had more questions (!!!???) and we decided to not spend our time trying to get the host to address the issue.

• Pete (10/5): Great stay in Seville! - The apartment was clean and comfortable in a central location to all the activities we wanted to do! Check-in was easy, in that we received our code morning of our arrive, making the property and apartment easy to access. Once inside, the apartment was more spacious then I had hope. Everything was clean and comfortable! Loved having the washer inside the unit and we had courtyard, so we were able to easily dry our clothes. A/C works very well! The shower could be designed a bit better. The barrier could be extended a bit more or something else to prevent the water from going outside the shower.

• Peter (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf! - Locatie midden in het centrum was geweldig. Alles binnen loopafstand in een schitterend deel van de stad. Mooie smalle straatjes en uitzicht op de grote kathedraal van Sevilla. Was ook echt een super contact met de host. We mochten al vroeg onze bagage in appartement stallen en ook bij vertrek waren ze hier heel behulpzaam bij.

• Charles Napier (9/5): Lovely apartment situated in an excellent location. - The apartment was very comfortable, bright and spacious, and was situated in an excellent location to all the local attractions and eating areas. We were disappointed on arrival to see a dead cockroach on the floor which had attracted a large infestation of ants. However, once the landlord had been contacted, they quickly rectified and cleaned up the area. Although there was a stove, there was no oven or microwave available for use.

• Jonathon (6/5): - Location was great, check-in was easy, and having access to a washer in the room was extremely convenient. The rooftop terrace also offered stunning views. However the shower was moldy, and there were ants everywhere crawling in and out of little holes in the walls. Also the wifi would only work in the living room area (not the rooms or bathroom) and even then it would go out at times. If you’re in the middle of a long trip and need to do laundry I’d recommend this location, otherwise I’m unsure.

• Sarah (8/5): Very good - The location was great, and the rooftop was really nice to spend time lounging. The living area was perfect for the two of us. The bed was comfortable but a bit hot. There is a kitchen sink but no soap or sponges.

Huge, modern apartment (with a washing machine) in a good location & well decorated No luggage storage available after checkout. No coffee/tea provided (this feedback has already been given to the property which they acknowledged & indicated they would take on board for future guests). During our stay there was noise late at night from one of the other apartments in the complex
• Deb (9/5): Lovely apartment in the heart of Seville. - Great location close to the cathedral and many restaurants. The apartment was lovely and the views from the rooftop terrace were spectacular. It was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was off the main bedroom which meant you had to check if anyone was in there before leaving the bedroom. Not a major issue.
• Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Great place; central and comfortable. No on-site Reception but the Management was flawless. The rooftop had wonderful views. Good that there was a washing machine but some detergent would've been handy.
• Melanie (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect right in the heart of old Seville, only a minutes walk to bars and restaurants. The apartment however is peaceful and there is no noise from the outside street. There was nothing to dislike.
