All the comforts, good restaurants nearby, close to the metro, easy check in, smart locks The windows offered pretty much no insulation from noise or light at night, not the best choice if you are spending a lot of nights and need sleep. The bathroom always smelled a little

• Andrii (10/5): Great value for the money - Overall, this is a good offer for its price. The apartment is located not far from a transport hub, which makes it easy to get wherever you need. Inside, it has everything you need; I especially appreciated the small touches like coffee, oil, and spices The apartment is located on the ground (semi-basement) floor, so you can hear noise from the road. The cups in the kitchen are very small, so to have tea you have to fill them twice

• Kristel (8/5): Hea hinna ja kvaliteedi suhe. Kõik vajalik olemas. Hea transpordiühendus. - Asukoht oli väga hea, kesklinna lähedal. Hea transpordiühendus, bussipeatus maja ees, rongipeatus 7 min kaugusel. Poed ja kohvikud-restoranid väga lähedal. Kuna esimene korrus, siis oli valgust veidi vähe.

• Iris (1/5): Kann ich nicht empfehlen - Das Verwaltungspersonal war bemüht eine Lösung zu finden und dabei freundlich. Durch einen Systemfehler war das Apartment nicht gereinigt als ich ankam. Davon abgesehen ist es deutlich dunkler/heruntergekommener als auf den Bildern.

Metro 5 minute walking, bus stop 50m from the apartment The Apartment Is really big and have everything you Need Check in super easy The Apartment can be way more clean, it was not dirty, but Just acceptable. Luckily we were 2 adults and a small child so we slept all in the same bed In the bedroom, but the Bedsofa in the living room Is super uncomfortable even for seating. Luckily we needed Just the bedroom but if we were 4 people as Is advertised would have been a huge problem because sleeping on that bed Is impossible.

I would have preferred if the door access app could be shared between guests, as I was worried about my phone dying and being locked out!

Also, the radiators were on in June which made the rooms hot and produced a lot of unnecessary noise.

• Menolda (7/5): We achieved our goal of staying close to my son in Berlin and had a wonderful vacation together. - not applicable. I liked the fact that we had a door/window to the inner courtyard. No people above us. The kitchen was small but usable. The bed was fine, but the pillows to bulky. Bathroom was good. The apartment itself was cold on arrival but was warming up fast by a good central heating system. The cleaning team that came in to clean the other apartments was very friendly and helped us out. People smoking in the backyard. The hot water was so hot that you could have easily burnt yourself. Especially in the shower. I think we wasted more water trying to adjust the shower than actually being under it. We needed more cups in the kitchen so we bought some and left them there. The light above the sink did not work. It was hard to contact the primeflat people; only by telephone and no one actually came by to check if everything was OK.

The flat was not so clean and the water of the shower was cold, which for autumn in berlin was not funny.

• Inger (8/5): Had a nice stay in a nice neighbourhood - We felt this place gave us good value for our money, and it is in walking distance of the railway station “Suedkreuz”. We had a room in the backyard - which was calm and quiet - except when the garbage cans were picked up at six o’clock Monday morning. The building seems to have a lot of private flats also, which gave us a good experience. Our room felt a little dark, but there were plenty of lamps we could turn on to create a cozy atmosphere. The shower was old. It worked totally fine but looked a bit shabby.

• Iv (1/5): The custommer is forced to send ID or passport via the site of the property owner to get the keys - Location Disturbing hammering noises of the heathing piping , could not get any sleep , so was forced to sleep on the couch in the living room. So now even my back hurts and the owner company force you to send personal information and id or passport via their website without giving the option of cancellation and not informing the custommer about the self check in in order to get the keys form a safe deposit bof without sending personal documents via the site , they say it is disclosesd in the user agreement..... and you get informed via email that there is no way you can check in without sending the documents. If you refuse ... there is no refund....
• Ignas (6/5): Good economy apartment for a short stay - Flat as described, good location to travel by train wherever you need. Welcoming goodie bag was a pleasant surprise. Tidiness could be better - apartment needs a deep clean - this was noted to the host, it was promised to be resolved. One side of the bed is worn and has low spots.

• Ozan (1/5): Bad - The place is not appropriate for a comfortable stay stay. There is one bedroom, and it is without heating. Respective room's window frame's top side was not stable and it was leaking cold and noise inside substantially. Each morning at 6.30 am, a truck comes to collect garbage, just stops next to this window and waking up is inevitable. Additionally as the flat is at ground floor, whenever someone comes in our out from the building, it makes substantial noise. There was another sofa in living room, which was turned to a double bed through a platform. The mattress on that sofa was a disaster. My parents stayed on this one, as the other room was too cold, and woke up with back pain. Other negative sides in summary; lack of adequate equipment such as dishwasher, a set of hair I found on the linen of bed, etc. I do not recommend.
• Andreas (8/5): So far so good. - Place is quiet and we found it cozy / "gemütlich". Very close to Südkreuz station. Checkin was very easy. Bathroom door didn't close. WiFi works but is on the slow end.
