Wir erhielten viele nützliche Hinweise für unseren Aufenthalt. Das Appartment war sauber, geräumig in ruhiger Lage. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber.

• Andrea (9/5): HIghly recommend - a wonderful hotel. Great location, insanely clean and lovely staff. - Friendly staff, the hotel was the cleanest hotel EVER! Room was huge with shutter blinds which was excellent. Number 2 tram just around the corner and will get you to all attractions in the city quickly. Nothing! Only a bonus would have been: as I had forgotten my USB charger at home, some in the room would have been helpful like many other hotels do now.
• Adam (10/5): Miło, czysto, pozytywnie - Komfortowy, przestronny apartament, przemiły personel, znakomity dojazd do głównych atrakcji miasta a jednocześnie cisza i spokój w kameralnej atmosferze z dala od zgiełku ruchliwych ulic. A do tego bardzo wygodne łóżka z regulowaną twardością materaca - idealne aby odpocząć po intensywnym dniu. Trudno znaleźć coś, do czego można się przyczepić.

• Wolfgang (7/5): Gute Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung(mit kleinen Einschränkungen) - Gute Lage. Supermarkt und Strassebahn 5 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Matratzen waren nicht mehr fest genug, so dass Personen mit Rückenbeschwerden bei einem längeren Aufenthalt Probleme bekommen können.

L'appartamento ha reso il nostro soggiorno in una città mai visitata prima come se ci fossimo da sempre. Caldo, pulito, acqua calda sempre a disposizione e tutto il necessario per cucinare poiché la sera cenavamo a casa. L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un residence perciò ci si senti sicuri, a pochi metri c'è il tram 2 che porta direttamente in centro e altri mezzi di trasporto comodissimi. La zona è sicura. Tornerò sicuramente a Vienna.

There was prompt reaction time to my requests and a genuine concern for my satisfaction. Trams to the city center are just steps away from the complex, and there are shops and a good local restaurant nearby. I highly recommend Fleger Apartments ❤️ Nothing 👍

• weiß (8/5): Super Unterkunft wenn man nicht direkt im Zentrum wohnen möchte - Die Appartements sind mit Liebe eingerichtet und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet was man braucht, man merkt die jahrelange Erfahrung! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und noch nicht abgewohnt obwohl schon vor langem eingerichtet. Die ganze Anlage inklusive Innenhof ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig! Aufgrund der guten Verkehrsanbindung super für einen Wien-Aufenthalt. Alles bestens, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!

• Nicolas (9/5): Awesome apartment from which to explore Vienna 30 min away from downtown - The apartment was very nice, convenient, well equipped and clean. The staff was very friendly. All awesome. The only negative was that it was 30 mins away by public transport of most of the areas of interest for tourism in Vienna. It was a convenient trip though. There is a tram a block away or a subway 10 min walk. On the other side both the subway and tram take you directly to areas of interest. Since it is at the border of Vienna, I enjoyed running in the forest outside, which is a short distance away.

Room decor slightly dated (1990s?) but in the best possible way. Charming and nostalgic. Everything beautifully maintained, clean, and comfortable. Heated bathroom floor. I loved it. Close to metro and shops. Very fair price. Totally satisfied. I couldn’t fault a single thing.

The receptionist was really, really helpful and kind, unfortunately we couldn't arrive on time for the check-in but she waited for us, they understood our situation! The host was very friendly and showed us city map and where Xmas markets are located. The apartment was very cozy, warm, we have everything we needed. The lady at the reception was very helfpul, she arranged the parking for all of us for the whole duration which made things lot easier. And the cherry on top, I've left some things in the room and they sent them back to me via post almost immediately, free of charge. Absolutely recommended!

• Yulia (10/5): Just like home - I arrived really early in the morning, and knew I would have to wait till 2 p.m., as arranged, but the hosts were so kind as to let me leave my luggage. The check-in later was fast and uncomplicated.
• Noriyuki (10/5): Quality Time - The lady at the reception was very kind. She tells me some museums according to my taste, then I visit House of Music and Collection of Historic Musical Instruments. Location is easy to reach Doebling and Grinzing and Heiligenstadt. Those places are suitable for walk and eating. Also Schoenbrunn and central city is easy to access. Apartment has a good atmosphere and room is clean and kitchen is prepared. It’s nice.

It was definitely worth having the kitchen as I felt at home and could make my own meals when needed. Nothing to say here. I'd stay again!

• Kakifong (9/5): Very enjoyable stay - • Spacious • Quiet • Hardness of mattress was adjustable! • Price was higher than my usual range of expenditure, but I did get what I paid for. • I booked the accommodation due to its proximity to a tram station. However, the tram service turned out to be very unreliable (especially on weekend nights after some demos somewhere). Alternative transport would be 10 minutes' walk away, making the location less convenient than expected. • Heating couldn't be adjusted. • One of the bed lights couldn't be turned on because the cable was hidden and unplugged.

Good size apartment, clean. Enough towels for 1 week. Supermarket around the corner, others less than 10 minutes walk. Neighborhood playground less than a minute's walk away. Quiet place within a residential area. Station little walk. Station at a short walking distance through the district. Public transport is very good! Also nice to see the neighborhood. People are very friendly to help. Mattresses could be better. Bit noisy, hear children running. We also have children and have accepted this. Extractor hood filter may be cleaned.

Located in a historical backyard, only 5 minutes to tram, 3 minutes supermarkets, 30 minutes with a romantic walk up to the hill to the castle hotel. There are everything you need for the short or long stay in the apartment. the rooms are cleaned, bright, spacious, and nostalgically elegant. The lady in charge is the most graceful and warmhearted lady i have ever met during travels. She can help you with all kinds of requests, no matter if they are accommodation related or just travel/ cultural related in general. Definitely will visit here again.

• Piros77 (10/5): Exceptional - Although it is located in the 16th district of Vienna, the surroundings streets are clean, safe and quiet. It's close to the U3 station Ottakring. My apartment was right next to the reception, but it didn't bother me. Even though there was some problem with the hkt water, they did everything to solve it as soon as possible. The apartment was clean, slacious and comfortable, the kitchen and the bathroom were well equippdd. -

Just be precise with your time of arrival and departure, the reception might be unattended otherwise
