Hotel did nothing to help with that but asked us to contact booking.com. Asked for extra pillow and was refused at first, stating what they gave shout be enough. Hotel is old and floor is dirty.

• Rhiannon (5/5): Overall our stay was fine. - The location is very good. The size of our room and the single bed was quite large (this is for the room that has one double and one single). There was a lift and from our room we could see the sunrise which was lovely. It’s on a main road but the sound proofing was actually pretty good! It was pretty mediocre. Staff were asleep in reception at night and into the morning, was a bit uncomfortable. Cracks and paint falling off walls. You let this slide, only just, because it’s a good location and well priced.

When I needed to be taken to the main street, the worker of the hostel took me there with my luggage. Great value for money. Staff were very pleasant. Wasn't walking distance to all amenities.

Boendet satte oss i en taxi (som vi själva fick betala) och körde oss till ett annat boende. På de nya boendet var de inte informerade och det fanns inget rum till oss där heller.

• Marie (5/5): Located in a noisy area, old and bit rundown. - The location is the reason why we booked this. Very near the market and restaurants. However, it's also right beside a major street, so we realised it would be impossible to get proper sleep. We paid for our first night's stay as per policy but had to move to a different hotel (so wasted our money) Noisy, dirty, and old. We found out that there are other similarly priced hotels that are better in the area.

• Drg (4/5): If you want to be close to Ben Thanh Market and don't mind cleanliness, then this hotel is for you. - The location is close to Ben Thanh Market and there are many restaurants and convenience stores around it. During our two-night stay, the bedroom and bathroom were not cleaned, only the bed was made. Even though we had told them the bathroom was dirty, they still didn't clean it.
