- Sameer (3/5): The property did not meet our expectations at all and was quite different to the images posted. - The concept of the villas are good but they have not been maintained well There was no room service in the villas, no intercoms connecting to reception. Reception is not manned in the evenings and night. The upkeep and cl of the villas left a lot to be desired for. There were rats moving around in the villas, poor quality kitchen utensils. We took 2 villas and in one of them the stove did not work. The toiletries provided were of poor quality, no conditioner was provided. The bathroom is very open and had lizards and other insects in the morning.

- Cynara Ann (1/5): wouldn’t stay again - location was good, but still around a 1km walk to the centre, air con was cold in the room. i cut my foot extremely deeply on the pool tiles whilst swimming on the first night, the staff had mentioned this has happened often and they were so helpful in getting antiseptic and bandaids, the villas needed attention, grass overgrown and weeds everywhere just not good condition, the bathrooms were in need of renovation. breakfast was well below average.

It should be shut down!! - Nothing The state of the villa was in extremely poor and old, delerict condition compared to the photos on Booking.com website. The venue has no decent reception to check in guests, apart from a small desk in an open plan dining room. The villa room had so many mosquitos moving and biting us in the night. It was very uncomfortable and I could not sleep all night. The double bed was made up of two single beds joined together and was very uncomfortable to sleep on it all night. In the morning we were served with stale breakfast, the fruits were slimy as they had gone bad and the hot food had been recycled over a few days. Very unhealthy and unsafe to give guests food like this. The swimming pool, was soo dirty, it had not been cleaned for weeks, it had dirt and algae on the bottom. Very unsafe. We had booked 2 nights, but we had to check out after 1 night, as we couldn't stay there any longer. We lost our money as we had to book another hotel. This Villa should be closed down!! Guests should give honest reviews to save others from such an ordeal!!

- Helene Marijke (10/5): Geweldig en schoon verblijf, lief personeel! - We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf hier. Na onze vlucht verbleven we drie nachten om even bij te komen. Dit is inmiddels de tweede keer dat we hier logeren, en we vinden het opnieuw fantastisch. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig, maar prima verzorgd. Bij aankomst lijkt het een drukke straat, maar zodra je binnenstapt, kom je in een oase van rust. Alles is er heerlijk schoon, en als je iets nodig hebt, staan ze direct voor je klaar. Een echte aanrader! -

The hotel is withing walking distance from the main street, walking on the streets is a bit tricky, but you can get a Grab easily. There‘s barely any daylight in the bungalow and the walls are not very mosquito-proof (but there are mosquito nets over the beds).

- elizabeth (3/5): - The staff where lovley The tiles around the pool were so dangerous for adults and children. The bath rooms were so old and dirty. The toilets didn’t flush properly in two rooms, Kitchen was quite old and very unsanitary. I guess for the price we just expected it to be so clean and easy to have a family but was quite uncomfortable. We did also see the cleaners clean the floor they dusted the bed with. Shame as the staff were so nice.
- Andrew (4/5): Backpackers place at best. - The pool area was quite nice. Very basic dingy room, bathroom had limited privacy.
- Candice (6/5): Spacious villa friendly staff - Nice spacious accommodation cleaned every day, a little tired in bathrooms could do with an upgrade Lication wasn’t great traffic was heavy but you didn’t hear it from the villa not much in walking distance
- matteo (5/5): - Nice location and clean but the pictures are way better than reality. Not recommended. The villa is practically empty, no furniture and almost no space to chill. The common area is large but there are almost no sofas and only 2 sunbeds (for 6 people). The kitchen is very old. I would never come back here if I realized it was like this. Not recommended.
- Alessio (9/5): Relax and privacy in busy Seminyak - Nice and clean place, we loved the privacy, the quietness and the swimming pool. Very welcoming staff. Breakfast was ok, we would have appreciated a bigger variety in fruit on the buffet and no fruit juices available.
- rowena (10/5): Amazing, clean, hospitable. I've said it already but I would stay again. - Breakfast was amazing every morning! The omelette made fresh to order was a highlight of breakfast. The staffs communication and assistance was great. We had no problems during our stay whatsoever. We just wish we could have stayed longer. They were really kind and looked after our bags while we went shopping on our last day. Please stay here, we will stay there again when we come back! Honestly nothing, everything was great. Facilities were great.
- Janine (8/5): - A lovely resort..thoroughly enjoyed the cultural aspect of my room. Gardens and pool are great. A very quiet hotel. There weren't many restaurants to choose from around this hotel. This hotel does not have a restaurant.
- JNM (8/5): Heerlijke bungalow en vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Ik mocht later uitchecken door een vertraging van het vliegtuig - De ligging t.o.v de stad Jammer dat er gebouwd werd op het park.
- Pennywise85 (7/5): - - es gibt sehr viel platz - das große, offene bad - die beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten - der tägliche zimmerservice - täglich genug neues wasser - großer kühlschrank mit gefrierfach - gut ausgestattete küche - betten viel zu hart - wassertemperatur in dusche nicht regulierbar (heiß oder kalt) - frühstück sehr überschaubar und die warmen speisen meist kalt - schwimmen im pool nicht möglich, da hälfte vom pool nur 40cm tief ist
- Susan (9/5): Very comfortable stay with lovely staff who could not do enough for their guests. - Excellent location, friendly and welcoming staff, Villa was as expected. Cleaners were very friendly and cheerful, cleaned the room daily, and towel changes every day. The wifi was reasonable, only the odd occasion was it a little slow, but still able to stream adequately even with 4 adults using it at the same time. Location of the villas is great, and very quiet, hardly heard the busy traffic as these are set back in their own grounds. Breakfast was very limited/basic and little choice. The hot food was not always hot but lukewarm, and was mostly the same throughout the stay, so ended up ordering in most days.

- Kristy (10/5): Perfect - First time going to Bali and staying at Bali Royal heritage villa made it even better . All the staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond . Highly recommend and will definitely stay again .

- Robert (8/5): Nice older style wooden villas. - Large property with Nice old style wooden villas - hard to find any more! Nice big bathroom. Tea making facilities. Fridge. Quiet away from traffic. Location - it looks close to the beach on a map - but as you can’t exit the rear of the property you have to do a huge circuit around a big block to get to the beach..
