• Mica (1/5): Terrible - Do not book this place, my passport was stolen from my room. The staff have been very unhelpful during the whole process I am in the process of reporting to the police. The manager who was in Canada at the time told me that I am scamming people ???when I was trying to get in touch for him to help me try and retrieve my passport back by speaking to his staff. He also told me that he does not care for a bad review as it is off season now and there will be new management. Horrible experience which is impacted my holiday.

Had paid extra for a deluxe room, got a standard room, presumably they gave our room to somebody else. No tv, just 4 holes in the wall where the bracket to support it should have been.

• Cheryl (9/5): I enjoyed my stay there. I took a Grab ride to the beach daily, plus ordered Grab meals to stay in. Very handy. - I liked the atmosphere, lovely pool, lovely hosts. Nice surroundings. There is no sign at the entrance. It took me a while to find the property. It’s up a dirt track on the right hand side of Soi Bell road. You go to the end through a white gate.

And when you come home late, you're ultimately at the owners' house, so the dog may be startled and bark.

• Theopi (5/5): Δε θα ξαναεμενα - Το καταλυμα ειναι σε εναν δρόμο με πολλες ερφασιες τριγυρω. Δεν ακους τον θορυβο αλλα οι δρομοι ειναι σκαμενοι. Ο δρομος που σ δινει το google maps σε παει απο εναν πολυ κακο δρομο ενω υπαρχει ενας απο την παραλια προς τα πανω πολυ καλυτερος. Στις φωρογραφιες φαινεται μεγαλο ξενοδοχειο με επισης μεγαλη πισινα κατι που δε βρηκαμε οταν φτασαμε. Δεν υπηρχαν ποτηρια στο δωματιο ουτε καποια αλλη παροχη. Το μπανιο μυριζε πολυ ασχημα λογω αποχέτευσης θεωρω που γενικά μυριζει σε πολλα σημεια στην Ταυλανδη. Πολλες φορες ξεχνούσαμε την πόρτα ανοιχτη και βρωμουσε ολο το δωματιο, δυσκολα να κοιμηθεις. Επισης να γνωρίζετε οτι θελει deposit για το κλειδι 120bat.

It wasn’t too bad as we don’t mind walking that much but it was 25 mins to get to the closest street with restaurants/bars on so it was a bit out of the way.

Le confort, le calme, la nature! - Emplacement dans un quartier local très mignon et loin des foules, bon rapport qualité/prix, superbe piscine, le calme qui y plane, le bungalow + grande terrasse, la nature, … un petit trésor caché! C’est exactement ce que je cherchais pour terminer mon séjour à Phuket, donc rien à dire!

Cute animals. Nice garden. Room rather hot in daytime. Repetitive noise from machine (swimming pool). No room service. No shampoo/soap. No breakfast option. Staff: elderly lady Tom Bakay very unfriendly with aggressive tone. She behaved disrespectful. Service is very poor. Dogs are very nice but dirty with ticks. Location is far from everything. The noise from the machine was annoying in the early morning. I will not come back.

• John (3/5): Terrible - Nothing Website says this place has 2 restaurants...it doesnt have any. No restaurant anywhere near. Website says this place has a bar....it doesnt...no bar anywhere near. Tv in room didnt work...not even connected to anything. Safe in room didnt work. No money kept at reception so need exact money if getting food delivered. Room wasnt exactly dirty...but it wasnt exactly clean either. Spotlights in room were pointed directly at the pillows on the bed and they were so high up it was impossible to move them. Room wasnt cleaned, bins werent emptied during entire stay. Pool is tiny compared to photos. I felt like I was an uninvited guest at someones home who was forced to let me stay. So far from everything...packs of dogs roam freely at night on the way into and out of town...have to walk around half kilometre before reaching any kind of human habitation. Do yourself a favour....Dont Stay Here.

• Tattur (9/5): Very comfortable bungalow - I had very nice and comfortable bungalow with a terrace. Staff is very nice and the pool is great size and on the sun all day. If you don't have a motor bike it is not close to center and beach. Would be great if they are serving breakfast.

• Jason (9/5): Lovely people, our kind of place but reading the reviews I can see why it wouldn’t be for everyone. We have our own scoo - Nice and quiet. Lovely pool. Cosy style for the evening and a sun lovers paradise in the day. Fabulous animals and fabulous staff, especially Tong. Rooms are dark if that bothers you (it didn’t bother us but it might some people). Lack of basic necessities such as toiletries and where they are supplied they are extremely low cost. The place was obviously once to an extremely high standard but it definitely is now in need of a bit of money spending on it. Again not a problem for us but it might bother some.

The wooden accommodation hut was also very nicely decorated. Could not have asked for more. Nothing bad to say

• Rosa (10/5): Exceptionally beautiful - Such a beautiful place to stay! The location is out of the way but the staff helped us getting a scooter. If you get a scooter Patong is like 20 minutes away. We wanted to stay in a quiet place away from everything and this was absolutely beautiful. The beds were not the most comfy ones. But the location and the staff make this place!

• Nidhi (1/5): We wish we hadn't fallen for its pictures or reviews! - The property was nothing like its reviews or even pictures. The resort is tiny and has no facilities. The room felt dingy, not aired; the linen didn't feel fresh. We didn't feel comfortable staying there even one night -- even though we had paid the entire amount (for 3 nights) upfront! -- and had to go hunting for another property at the last minute! The resort was empty -- seemingly we were the only occupants. We expressed our concern politely to the staff and cancelled our stay. Unfortunately, though the owners are being rather uncooperative -- in fact pretty sharp and rather rude. Its been 9 days and we're still chasing them for a refund, for we did not use the place or any facilities -- we did not even unpack our bags there! We've called repeatedly and sent emails, yet here we are! Booking.com has been of no help either -- making us retract from using the platform in any subsequent travels!

• Anonymous (10/5): very well run fun hotel that I would return to in the area - lovely staff - Tiffany, Neow, Mario and Thong were all very helpful. it’s nice and quiet so only 4 bungalows so is made to feel like a good family atmosphere. food offered on request, laundry available, even had a party when there for everyone. very nice hotel to stay at in a lovely viewpoint. staff will offer to take you to places if you’re unable to travel can be difficult for cabs to find as it’s location is a bit secluded. location is defo improved if you have transport already.
