Grand lit Ascenseur un peu long lorsqu'il y a du monde (15 étages, c'est donc normal) et déception pour le petit déjeuner du dernier jour. Nous sommes arrivés vers 9h et il n'y avait presque plus rien. Dommage

Et en p’us l’accueil est très moyen. Les clients sont des ghosts si vous n’a besoin de rien allez dans cet hôtel vous pourrez passer tout votre temps sans croiser le personnel étrange quand même. Ils ne sont pas orientés clients du tout. La propreté est moyenne. Je suis vraiment déçue 😞

- Dominique (8/5): Agréable séjour - L'hôtel fait face à la superbe plage de Gwangalli Beach où nous avons eu la surprise de pouvoir assister à un super spectacle nocturne de drônes, avec les illuminations et jeux de lasers du pont en toile de fond. Nous n'avions pas pris l'option vue mer pour raison de tarif, mais avions quand même une petite vue biaise sur une partie de la plage . Les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables. L'hôtel dispose d'un unique ascenseur (panoramique) et le lobby est au 15ème floor. On l'attend parfois un moment. Les équipements de salle de bain, qui commencent à laisser apparaître des traces de vétusté, et l'espace sous le lit king-size méritent une attention renouvelée en termes de propreté.

L’hôtel est en face de la plage et est très bien situé pour assister au spectacle de drones Les chambres sont propres et les lits confortables. Le personnel ne parle pas très bien anglais mais utilise le téléphone pour traduire. La dame à la réception était gentille. La cafetière ne fonctionnait pas et, malgré la demande de réparation, aucune réaction de leur part. Les tasses n’ont pas été lavées en trois jours, les lits n’ont pas été faits. Les cartes ont été bloquées à 7 h 30, nous empêchant de rentrer dans notre chambre, alors qu’ils avaient nos informations de carte de crédit. L’air était malsain quand on se réveillait, et il était difficile d’ouvrir la fenêtre vu le bruit extérieur.

- Amy (2/5): Didn't stay - questionable fire safety measures - The location is good for people wanting to explore the Gwangalli area, and the bathroom was nice. We were really disappointed with this place - it looked great on the photos, but initial impressions didn't match up. The entrance was a long and somewhat dark corridor leading to an elevator (we actually thought we had come in the back entrance by mistake at first). When you go up to a high floor to reception, the view over Gwangalli beach is very pretty, but the overall impression we got was of a hotel trying to bank on the impressive view whilst feeling a bit shabby in other areas. Our room felt cramped, with a hard bed and flat pillows. We had just come from another hotel in Seoul at a similar price point and the difference in quality was stark. However, our main issue with this hotel was the fire safety policy. There wasn't a sign on the back of the door indicating where the nearest fire exit was, which sparked alarm bells. We then noticed a sign underneath the window providing instructions on how to use the 'fire escape device', which told you to put a belt around your chest, fasten the belt to a hook, and abseil out of the (tenth floor) window. I was travelling with my mother, who is nearly 70, so this was not feasible for her. Also, when we tried to open the window (which worked on some kind of electronic system rather than manually), it didn't work the first couple of times. My mother asked staff for more info/other options. However, they didn't seem to feel our concerns were valid. The vibe we got was that a fire is unlikely, so what does it matter? When we looked round, we did find a stairwell, but this wasn't signposted in the room or mentioned at all, and didn't reassure us enough to ignore our concerns about this place. I've stayed in hotels with a window escape before, but never as the primary option (and only option conveyed by staff), and was not comfortable with it at all. We decided not to stay and booked another hotel in Busan for a similar price but with greatly increased comfort in all areas.
- Spencer (9/5): The location and price are worth it! - Great location. It was close to everything we wanted to be close to (after a ten min walk from the station) Strong scent throughout the entire hotel. It looks as though perhaps they previously had water damage to the hotel.

The views from the hotel are incredible, big points for that. Loved the stay but had a few hiccups so wouldn't be able to say it was perfect. The rooms need refreshing, specifically the fixtures and showers. Not the most clean I've experienced. And the bed mattress was so hard I had pain in my shoulders from sleeping on them since I like to sleep on my side. I think this hotel could easily get a 4th star if these details are fixed.
- Eunmi (1/5): - 시네마 더블 룸(노뷰)에 투숙했습니다. 노뷰라는 것 까지는 애초에 안내되어서 받아들일 수 있었으나 환기가 되지 않아 하수구와 방에서 나는 냄새는 참기가 어려웠습니다. 환기가 안되는 구조는 숙박객의 건강을 전혀 고려하지 않고 그저 돈을 벌기 위해 룸을 판매하는 것처럼 보여서 평소 켄싱턴에 대해 좋은 이미지가 완전히 바뀌는 계기가 되었습니다. 침구의 먼지도 전혀 빠져나갈 구조가 없으니 투숙객이 다 마시는 상황으로 보입니다.

Rooms were very warm, would have liked to be able to have cold air from the aircon. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable to use.

- Maria Theresa (9/5): It's was a pretty good experience and stay. Food was okay and we will come back and stay the next time we are in Bus - Breakfast choices were pretty okay. During spring, since the weather is cold, the heater is on and it can get pretty hot at night. Even if you open the window, it still was hot because the air is being blocked by the thick curtains.
