- JENNIFER NATHALIE (5/5): aceptable, pero dificil de trabajar en caso de que vayas y desees hacer tambien teletrabajo - me gusto la vista que tiene en la zona de la piscina y que esta muy bien ubicado el dia que llegue yo habia pagado por booking una habitacion deluxe , y me dieron una sencilla por lo cual tuve que reclarmar para que me cambiaran debido a que la habitacion sencilla no se ve nada comoda el internet no funciono bien ninguno de los dias que estuve el desayuno no es lo que esperaba , muy basico creo que las habitaciones sencillas son oscuras , pequeñas , tienen una vista a la calle de atras que es un poco fea, el escritorio si deseas trabajar no es adecuado para trabajar .

- Fabio (8/5): Ubicación estratégica para negocios y turismo - La ubicación en el centro y cerca a las actividades de negocios . La vista hacia la catedral y la disposición del personal. El desayuno es variado y el restaurante está en una terraza muy linda. La habitación es amplia y la cama es cómoda. No tuve señal de televisión por una falla que aunque reportada en la tarde, no lograría solucionarla en la noche. Los amenities del bbaño podrían mejorar, el baño puede iluminarse mejor (área del lavamanos) , el cierre eficiente de la puerta del ascensor debe repararse, el aseo en las paredes de zonas comunes de e ser más intenso (por ejemplo paredes fue del ascensor) .

- Lukas (5/5): - Gute zentrale Lage, sieht von außen modern aus. Schöner Pool auf dem Dach Zimmer wirkte recht alt und in den Ecken war es schmutzig. Vor allem das Bad war dreckig. Die Dusche war so verkalkt, dass kaum Wasser herauskam. Der Pool ist schön, wird aber von den Tauben auf dem Dach zum trinken genutzt. Man findet einige Federn im Wasser. Es gibt nur einen ziemlichen langsamen Fahrstuhl… Das Frühstück ist nicht wirklich gut. Das Essen, das eigentlich warm sein soll, ist kalt. Der Saft war ganz lecker. Ansonsten wirkte vieles leider ziemlich abgestanden und wir waren nicht sehr spät frühstücken. Quasi gegenüber ist eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Ich würde das Geld für das Frühstück sparen und zur Bäckerei gehen. Für eine Nacht wegen der Lage okay, aber mehr auch nicht. Es gibt aber bestimmt auch andere gute Alternativen in der Nähe. Wir werden das Hotel meiden

Très bonne situation de l'hôtel J'ai trouvé que les produits du petit déjeuner n'était pas de bonne qualité pour un hôtel de ce standing.Les fruits étaient sans goût ( pour le pays des fruits c'est qd même fort !),tous les autres produits étaient de médiocre qualité .

Nothing in particular comes to mind. I noticed that some rooms opened onto the interior. Be mindful of that when booking. I was glad to have a room with windows that offered an external view.

- Maribel Leonor (9/5): Una buena opcion para tu estadia - El diseño moderno del hotel, el personal amable, su ubicacion y vistas a la catedral y el mar. Durante mi estadia hubo un ruido permanente, por la cercania a la bomba de agua. Y el que mi cuarto no tuviera una ventana exterior para tener la luz del dia, porque daba a una escalera, pero aun asi el servicio me pareció muy bueno.

Beim Frühstück würde ich dem Hotel empfehlen ein paar frisch Früchte anzubieten, die haben uns sehr gefehlt. Sont aber empfehlenswert und vielen Dank für das tolle, aufwendig organisierte Sylvesterfest! Gerne wieder

- jean claude (8/5): - Excellent emplacement à deux pas de la cathédrale. Tout est accessible à pied. Une grande chambre confortable mais n’offrant pas de vue agréable. Le personnel a su se montrer attentif en cas de difficulté et à pris le temps de résoudre les problèmes. Le petit déjeuner n’offre pas beaucoup de variété.

- Elsy Margarita (6/5): - The hotel is nice and the rooms were cleaned. However PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE AREA, Do NOT go inside the water, it’s contaminated and can lead to serious health problems. The surroundings are also not very safe so if you plan to stay in the hotel and enjoy the amenities that is great, but if you want to enjoy the beach, go to beaches in El Rodadero. This part of town is not the best in safety and the beaches are dirty.
