• Sara (5/5): Enkel te kiezen als je geen andere keuze hebt - Massage was professioneel en erg goed. Zwembad was ok. Ontbijt ook ok. Erg vuil in gangen en alle gemeenschappelijke delen. Versleten kamers. Airco werkte niet goed, was niet af te stellen. Alles was oud en versleten.

• Roald (4/5): - Review – The Heritage Pattaya Beachfront Resort Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, the location by the beach is convenient, and the general standard of the property is good. However, there are a few issues that noticeably reduced the experience: • There were no clear restrictions on smoking around the pool and sunbed areas. Cigarette butts were visible near sun loungers and on the grass. Having designated smoking areas would greatly improve comfort and cleanliness for non-smokers. • The beach area was very crowded and not well maintained during my stay. • Guests often came directly from the sea and entered the hotel swimming pools without showering first, mainly because there are no outdoor showers available between the beach access and the pool area. These are relatively simple improvements, but they would make a significant difference to hygiene, comfort, and overall guest experience. With clearer smoking policies and proper outdoor showers, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

Henkilökunta on mukavaa ja aamiainen erinomainen. Voin lämpimästi suositella. Viivyimme alkuperäistä pidempään, koska hotelli oli niin mukava.

• GIUSEPPE (9/5): A pearl of hotel in Kabinburi, in a vast and safe private area. Beautiful pool, and restaurant - Outstanding hotel, with a beautiful pool, and excellent restaurant. Had not enough time to try the spa but I will come back to do it.

• Ken Dhepp (10/5): It's a great place to stay for a few days, and don't forget to try the onsen and spa. - The breakfast selection is an absolute delight, featuring a diverse array of freshly baked pastries, seasonal fruits, hot dishes, and a customizable egg station. The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a welcoming and comfortable dining experience. They also offer discounts and benefits to their guests, making it an even more enjoyable experience. The pillows in the rooms have a loose filling that doesn’t retain its shape while sleeping. Additionally, the hotel shampoo makes your hair extremely dry, despite the hotel having its own bathroom and spa products.

I requested to have both rooms with twin beds, and the staff quickly accommodated my request, which I really appreciated. The staff clearly explained the services available. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we could see the pool from our balconies. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options. There was an American breakfast where you could order eggs at the counter, as well as boiled rice and cooked rice for those who preferred local dishes. The coffee was fresh and delicious, and we especially loved the strawberry jam. It was truly worth the cost to spend our nights here. nope

• Stephen (10/5): Great Place - would stay here again. - Firstly, this was the best Western Food restaurant I've eaten at in Thailand. All dishes were much better than expected. The rooms were good size and clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool was fine, the gym was great, the breakfast was superb and the Onsen experience was just a bonus. The staff here were very responsive to all requests and spoke excellent English. It is difficult to fault our experience here. Only one small suggestion would be for the gender specific Onsens to have some sort of towel wraps available. Not all cultures are comfortable to be naked in front of strangers.

The restaurant is so good. I felt so relax there. Staffs are so nice I think they have to insert more lights around walking on the tower cuz I walked outside alone it’s a bit scary. My room is far from elevator

Breakfast is great with a variety of different foods from Thai and Continental to choose from. Swimming pool and Spa services are great Rooms are big and every room has a Balcony. The owner was also kind enough to upgrade my room to a premium room. In all a great experience. Would certaily recommend

Amazing Thai and Continental Breakfast available. Thai Massage is also rejuvenating. The Massage Staff is very professional and Families can attend together. Unfortunately did not use the GYM so far, but from a distance looks great as well. In all, a great and pleasant Stay. ( One star extra for all the staff in the Kitchen and Reception for their smiling faces and ready to help attitude)

The staff were also very helpful. There's not much around the hotel although reception did recommend a couple of other restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

• Jason (10/5): Exceptional - I come from Australia and every time I travel to Kabinburi to visit family I always stay at this hotel as it’s clean with friendly staff, good price and a great breakfast.
• Andrew (5/5): Very Disappointing - The bedroom size and bathroom size are good, and there is plenty of easy parking There was no hot water, the bedding was ripped and dirty, there were lots of ants and other small bugs, the whole hotel is dirty, it’s surface clean but never deep cleaned, the breakfast is ok if your Thai, no good for any other nationalities, the staff don’t speak English, and don’t want to help customers, there’s no information in the room for the spa, and the WiFi is useless, had to use my phone internet for everything, the bar and restaurant is very expensive. The kitchen had no dinner plates and no toaster, the plug socket was broken so you can only use one thing at a time, there is a big balcony but no chairs or anything else on it, so unless you just want to stand on the balcony you never use it.
