- Michael (10/5): Would definitely stay here again - Lovely room, well decorated, large with a great view, very comfortable, staff were amazing, good value Very limited breakfast, you get 1 choice out of about 6 options, still very hungry after it
- HELENE (8/5): - Very quirky and v nice and spacious It’s very loud at night with music from nearby bars.
Otherwise all good.

- Michael (9/5): Overall a nice experience - Beautiful rooms as I was in 2 of them, amazing staff, breakfast was minimal but sufficient, If you are planning an early night you might have an issue with the music downstairs which goes on until midnight
- Morgane (9/5): Beautiful place in the center of Pai - The staff was super kind and the room really well decorated. It's just above a restaurant/coffee and really convenient. We stayed 2 nights and would have loved to stay more but hotel was fully booked. Rooms are just above the bar and there is often live music. It's nice but can be disturbing for people looking for a really quite place.
- Rossella (10/5): -
- Cynthia (8/5): J’ai passé un séjour sympathique - La chambre est au-dessus du restaurant où il y a des plats pour tout le monde à des prix abordables et très bon
- Ben (7/5): -
- Phoebe (8/5): Lovely and central spot. - The location was very central, right by the main walking street in Pai. The staff were lovely and very hospitable, bringing us fresh towels and water daily, and a nice breakfast in the restaurant below was also included. The room was quite noisy until midnight/1am due to being so central, but we did know this prior to booking, so if you don’t mind sleeping with earplugs in, the proximity is great.
- Mengda (6/5): Beautiful room but extremely lound until midnight - Very cool room, nice breakfast Extremely loud, you hear everything. The bar behind it plays music until midnight, every night.
- Samuele (4/5): -
- Andrew (9/5): - Great room with plenty of character and well located
- Alessia (7/5): - Sehr sauber und top Location. Sehr laut bis 12 Uhr!
- Klaus (10/5): - Sehr schönes Hotel in Top Lage, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr sauber. Bar und Restaurant dabei. Kommen gerne wieder. Zu beachten ist, dass aufgrund lauter Umgebung (Bars mit Live-Musik) diese auch in den Zimmern zu hören ist. Gegen 0100h ebbt diese aber ab.

- Branover (10/5): Greatest value for money - Amazing All was perfect
- Branover (10/5): Wonderful - Amazing Nothing
- Graeme (7/5): Good - Location Music played until midnight in the bar below. OK if you don't mind.
- Mari (9/5): Superb - A pretty room on the top floor of a good restaurant, in a very central location in Pai. If you want to be in the heart of the action, this is definitely the place for you. If you want to sleep in peace, think about another option.
- Puttamon (6/5): Pleasant -
- Nia (9/5): Beautiful room - Beautiful room, love how it was decorated. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and the restaurant downstairs is nice.
Of course being above a busy restaurant with live music means you could hear it till late in the evening but as long as you don't mind that, I would recommend staying here.
Close to everything, right at the bottom of the walking street and next to the river.
Overall, a great stay!
- Clare (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent, just at the end of Pai walking street. We had tge room with a balcony, very good for people watching. The room was a perfect size and very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. There is a bar next door but it closes around 12.30pm.
- Johan (10/5): Exceptional - Location, staff , cleanliness 👍 Nothing
- Iona (7/5): Good - The bed was super comfortable, room was nice and big same as the bathroom and the place was on the best location just at the bottom on the walking street Loud music coming from the bar next door til early hours of the morning but if you have ear plugs your be able to get some sleep
- Sho (3/5): Extremely noisy - The room is next to a nightclub with very loud pulsing music until 2 am. Do not book if you want to sleep. The room is next to a nightclub with very loud pulsing music until 2 am. Do not book if you want to sleep.
- Sofia (7/5): Good -
- Simon (9/5): Superb -
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brian (8/5): Very good - Perfect location in the center of a lively town. I liked everything because I’m a music lover & a people watcher. Some people may be bothered by the loud bands that penetrate into the room at night. I love live music. My solution was to stay up until midnight, when the bars close & sleep late in the morning. Great experience overall.
- Andrea (7/5): Be ready not to sleep - The hotel itself is not bad, is modern, it has very good location and rooms are big and clean. There is a cute restaurant downstairs where u can have breakfast (is not included) -Is sooooo noisy. There is live music in the restaurant downstairs till midnight almost everyday and when it finishes u will hear the noisy from other bars. Is really complicated to sleep.
- My room was very dark and hot water is not super hot
- I have been 3 nights and they never cleaned my room.
-Because room can be a little bit cold in the night, towels dont dry well. They gave me one new towel once.
- The price is high to be not super confy room
- Lisa (7/5): Good - Great location, good food in the restaurant downstairs. Cozy. No window in my room, but aircon worked great.
- Graham (3/5): The noisiest place I’ve ever stayed in. Good if you want to party all night. Very bad of you want to sleep at night - Just to point out the biggest problem. It was impossible to sleep for more than a few hours with all the noise, but:
The service staff in the cafe-bar downstairs were kind and friendly when dining there but they were also tasked with the hotel reception tasks, which were managed as through the cafe as if one was paying very busy staff for a drink.. So there really was no proper reception staff (not the fault of the staff that were there).
The room was big, and could have been alright (though very little furniture or storage).
The location was great for walking street and if you want to go to one of the dozens of loud music venues in the area. Besides the awful, 24/7 noise, the security amounted to a small cheap padlock 🔒 that could be cut really easily.
It was so noisy it was impossible to sleep before 1 am (from the multiple loud music, especially from the live music bar next door. And then loads of drunk people making loud noise on the street next to the room right through the night. Then very loud traffic noises (all the old scooters and trucks) from 6 am.
So not a place to stay if you want to sleep.
For me, the worst part is that, even though I was staying for 9 nights and requested a less noisy room after my first night, they just replied “We’re fully booked” and although I kept trying, including getting one of the staff to assist me, I got no apology and they made zero effort to assist. In fact, the last time I tried, after four days, they replied “We’re fully booked. You can cancel”. But everywhere else in Pai that was decent had no availability (which I knew would be the case, and had booked at Soi 1 6 weeks before).
Eventually I did cancel the remainder of my stay, which was two more weeks, and had to leave Pai much earlier than I intended, going to Chiang Mai instead, and was very disappointed.
I had booked a ‘Superior’ room and even offered to pay the same for a standard room at the back of the property so I could sleep. The management honestly didn’t care at all, and that’s part of the reason for such a low star rating from me (and others, if you read through the reviews - I wish I had first).
- Larastone87 (10/5): Exceptional - gorgeous place to stay. Great location and lovely staff. nothing.
- Kfir (8/5): Very good -
- Booran (4/5): Disappointing -
- Lisa (10/5): Cool location in Pai - The room was uniquely beautiful. The location was centrally perfect. The staff where very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this accommodation if you want to experience the real Pai. The room could have better sound proofing for the music at Hostel next door.
- Candela (9/5): Superb - The room was beatiful The noise from the bar
- Oscar (8/5): Very good -
- Elmer (8/5): Clean & spacious with Friendly Staff in great location. - Clean and spacious room with friendly staff.
Great location. A little noisy from the pub next door until midnight.
- Michelle (9/5): Superb -
- Rosemarie (7/5): Disappointed - Charming room & layout. Very private with small courtyard entry into room.
The live music in restaurant was muted by the wooden doors, brick wall in courtyard. Lots of mosquitoes!!! Suffice to say, we had mozzie spray 2 be used on our skin, that we sprayed around the room.
No sugar. No teaspoons 2 mix coffee in cup.
TV didn't work even though tried 2 tune in channels, unsuccessful. Next morning advised the lady who checked us in. She came 2 room advised us YouTube is only free channel, others are payment.
The lady advised us that missing items would be rectified.
After being out all day 9.15am - 7.30pm. Came back 2 hotel 2 find no fresh towels, no coffee, no sugar, no teaspoons, no bottles (2) water.
Bottled water is always supplied in Thailand as drinking water is not recommended 2 drink.. Therefore, I had 2 go & request towels & water. The coffee, sugar, teaspoons I forgot 2 request which added 2 my annoyance.
TV... Tried YouTube.. started in English then defaulted 2 Chinese language... not impressed.
Not sure if recommend this place. Personally, I wouldn't stay again
- Paul (10/5): Perfect Beachside Retreat with Culture and Friendly Staff - We loved our stay in Hoi An! The hotel is right on the beach with a fantastic pool and bar, perfect for relaxing without leaving the property. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We were also close to the town centre, which was wonderful for exploring local culture, delicious food, and vibrant bars. The hotel’s food was great, and my wife and I enjoyed an incredible hot stone massage. We’ll definitely be booking here again when we return to Hoi An.
- Nitai (4/5): Not for people that want to sleep - The room was spacious and in good location there was terrible noise of live music up until 2:00 a.m. so if you wanna sleep, that's not a good place for that, you couldn't close the door unless you use the bolt or the padlock and no windows in the room, overall it wasn't that cheap that they can ignore this issues.
p.s. not enough hot water for a shower
- David (8/5): Welcomed every time we came back to be in the cool . - The staff & resident Cat were exceptionally friendly The live music up until midnight. Right below our room. I am suggesting that it would be a good idea to know before booking. Just in case you’re early to bed.
- Peter (4/5): Next door bar’s music is unbelievably loud - one of better places, I stayed in terms of facilities and room amenities, Next door bar music at night is unbearable, even with earplug, it, unbearable.
Everything else is great, but if you can’t get good sleep at night what is the use
Wall plugs by the bed, it’s overly used that the plug/adapter hardly stays intact.
- Rebecca (9/5): Superb - Lovely bedroom, very spacious. Bed was really comfortable The noise, however we expected some noise as we knew it was above the bar so wasn’t too much of an issue
- Robert (7/5): Good -
- Yanko (4/5): Disappointing - The room was nicely decorated The bed felt like a wooden board, the AC was very weak and the room has no windows for ventilation
- Ian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nosourcecode (6/5): Pleasant -
- Brian (8/5): Nice place - Nice room. Very clean. Good restaurant. Noise from the neighboring bar was really loud at night.
- Wolfgang (8/5): Very good - Beautifull stile, facilities perfect, super good equiped. Extreme noise from the street and the disco beside, but that stopped at midnight.
- Finn (10/5): Exceptional - Great staff, great cocktails and food, excellent location on the corner of the main busy walking street. Awesome live music but not too loud so you can still relax in your room.
What a great place in a great town!
Highly recommend for a couple or single. The shower was I bit cold, hopefully you guys can fix that but really everything was great and made up for it..Plus a cold shower isn't the worst thing in Thailand.
- Harry (9/5): Very unique boutique hotel at the end of the walking street. - Place was beautifully decorated, very cozy, European, artistic. Nice restaurant.
- Joseph (8/5): Very good -
- Jason (8/5): Very good -
- A (7/5): Good - Great location for getting around. Very clean. Big spacious room. Nice balcony. Very very loud. Our room was right above the bar next door so no chance of sleep before midnight and then people talking until about 3am every night. Ear plugs helped a bit but sadly it did ruin our experience a little. If you’re planning to stay out late every night then it’s a great choice! Other rooms might be better too if they’re further away from the bar.
- Neil (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (7/5): Good -
- Jimu (7/5): A Band in Your Room - The location and the staff were great. For the two nights that we stayed, a band in a nearby bar played until midnight. It was like having a band in my room.
It is partly my fault because I did not search the room reviews closely. I relied on the initial reviews that Booking. Com posted.
- Fernando (5/5): Passable -
- Rehman (8/5): Good room, amazing staff, good for a short trip! - Location is right in the Pai Walking Street which is what you need if you want to get to know the local culture. The place itself has the bare minimum necessities so don't expect the world here. But it does have a bed, great wifi, amazing restaurant downstairs so that's awesome. Staying so central, there was loud music until 1am over the weekend. But that's expected by choosing to stay that central - so no worries about it.
- Alicja (10/5): Exceptional - We had an incredible experience staying at Soi One Boutique Bedrooms in Pai! The location is perfect.
The boutique bedrooms were not only cozy and comfortable but also uniquely designed, adding to the charm of the place. It felt like a home away from home, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the room's decor.
The staff at Soi One Boutique Bedrooms were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They were always ready to assist us with any inquiries.
In summary, we highly recommend Soi One Boutique Bedrooms to anyone seeking a tranquil and charming retreat in Pai. It's the ideal choice for travelers who want to experience the laid-back vibe of this lovely town in Northern Thailand.
- Martin (7/5): Good -
- Maya (9/5): Gorgeous room in the centre of Pai - The rooms at Soi One was absolutely beautiful. Spacious, stylish and with a small balcony. Centrally located on the most lively street in Pai. The restaurant downstairs is also really nice to sit at with a wide variety of food on their menu. It was very loud being right next to a bar. I put earplugs in and went straight to sleep. But I wouldn’t recommend if you needed a good nights sleep.
- Ruby (10/5): Beautiful unique rooms - The room was absolutely beautiful, clean and the staff were lovely!
- Kurin (7/5): Good - Good location, friendly staff, unique vibe Insulation wasn’t that great, so the aircon didnt work as well (had to have it quite low) and the noise from the street was incredibly loud (fine if you don’t mind it, just be prepared for some late nights here)
- Sato (10/5): I love your hotel. - They have comfortable shower, amazing ornaments, nice views, nice restaurant. I had a wonderful stay. There is a little bit smells bad in a bed. There is not information for customers inside entrance.
- Jonathan (2/5): Very poor - The room was.big. easy access to Pai. The room opened out on the restaurant, which was not stated anywhere on Booking. This mean it was really noisy until midnight and then noisy again very early. Not a place to stay if you want to sleep well!
- Rafael (8/5): Very good - Ubication A few noisy
- Avery (10/5): Exceptional - perfect stay
- Anthony (8/5): nice stay - - staff friendly - but shower and bed not good - position shower not strong water flow- bed very hard
- Avery (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maksim (10/5): cozy but noisy - Clean and cozy room. Restaurant in hotel good prices and delicious. Noisy bars nearby at night. Broken shower.
- Avery (10/5): perfect - amazing location and super friendly staff, we stayed for around a week and we’re always really comfortable.
- Alessandro (8/5): Very good - perfect location, big nice room there is no reception, the rooms are part of the restaurant downstairs
- Sian (10/5): absolutely would stay here again the bed was soooo comfy. - very central and the staff were lovely and the food in restaurant downstairs was amazing
- Shani (9/5): great location stay - amazing location right on Main Street. lovely restaurant just downstairs that do hugeeee half price pizza at certain times. room was really unique and large, bathroom also lovely. recommend for a couple or friends looking for a nice stay loud music till early hours of the morning, wasn’t a problem for us but may be if you’re looking for a chilled trip
- Itai (8/5): Very good - Very nice accommodation in a nice place, well designed There was a leak, but they fixed it
- Lau (7/5): Good - we like the place coz it really just beside the night market. the Live Band is nice. but when is time to sleep it too noisy that we are not happy with.
the Live Band should stop at 10pm dan carry on with soft music will be good. if not will be to noisy to get to sleep!
- Kenneth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sven (9/5): For people who would like to stay and crowded center of Pai. - Very kind and helpfull staff. The rooms have much space and are very clean. Directly in the center. The food is also very good. As the location is directly centered at the walking street and many bars are located, you will hear music after mid night.
- Elliot (8/5): Very good - The location is amazing and nice rooms the noise but that’s the price you pay for such a good location
