• 604parkj (10/5): Our Fancy Hotel in Bangkok - I stayed many times in this hotel when I have visited Bangkok. This time I brought many friends come to stay many rooms. They enjoyed so much. Good Restaurant downstair and there is a rooftop you can enjoy the scenery upthere. The reception staffs are very good and very polite. Our rooms are super clean and neth.
• Yadao (1/5): Worst Experience - Location only In photos different and in reality totally different the room was soo soo bad no complimentary water bottles, no refrigerator, aircon not cool enough, bad linen overall Nothing was good bad experience. Will never go back.
• Rushilkumar (1/5): Very bad experience. - Property was so Old. No lift in the hotel. Very old bathroom can’t even fit one person. No room service. We stayed 3 nights there. No one clean ever our room. Bed sheet was very old never washed before us. Stains on bedsheets. Blanket was very small with just big blanket cover. Very dirty place. Ever very we found ANTS in the room even on the bed. Toilet and bathroom was so old that not working properly.

• Sasidisaya (1/5): We left to stay at another place. - - It’s very old. The place emitted a haunted mansion vibe from the first step. From repurposed old house furnitures, bad lighting, mouldy toilet ceilings. The lady, probably the owner, also tricked us into paying more by saying there was an error in the system and that we had to pay for a more expensive room. Worst experience ever.
• Sam (9/5): Superb - The host is so good, when I said I had no lunch, she showed me the nearest supermarket, and while I was confused where it is, she drived me there and waited until I finished shopping. Her staff was also like that, they supported me a lot when I stayed there. Thank much, hope to stay next time

Otherwise we always prefer to - Location(because of the area) and staff (lady , boy, chef), foods Not as per the photos or described. Rooms are too tired and need a renovation badly. Can’t open the windows coz outside view not pleasure . For the 3rd floor no lift. Better mention as B&B hotel instead star class hotel.

• Shalisa (4/5): Just a place to sleep - Good location. 7 eleven near by, can walk to the malls. Room: AC room, Clean sheets, electric kettle, gave 2 bottles of water and tea bags with cups, working fridge, flush toilet with toilet paper, working shower. Gave a small soap and small bottle of shampoo. Not sound proof, can hear everything happening on the street and next door. Found a roach, few mosquitoes and ants. Leaky toilet tank. TV not working.
• Thurein (1/5): Not good but good location - AC, relatively cheap, staff did help pay taxi fare through scan pay which I later pay back in cash d driver couldn't give change. No lift and I had to climb two flights off stairs, i also booked for my father and 80 y.o. grandfather and they couldn't offer a room at lower floor, cockroach, hotel in an alley way, there's literally true siam hotel there that looked quite impressive - i would stay there next time instead, i stayed over a week and they did house keeping x1 - to be fair they asked if i wanted house keeping a couple of times - i said no as didn't need at that time and they stopped asking, so no replacement of soap, toilet rolls, towels etc, very limited English with younger staff lady - old lady spoke better

• Emery (3/5): Booked online and regretted upon arrival - There was not too much to like but was fairly quiet. The staff of one seem quite accommodating. There was no elevator so had to bring own luggage up 3 flight of stairs. The rooms were small and outdated with no view. Was not centrally located to anything and need to walk to get taxi. Toilet could not flush and had to fix ourselves with plunger.

• leipzigp2024 (10/5): Great Hotel with a Superb service - Stayed with my friends after New year Celebration 2024 Nice staffs at the reception staffs upon check in and she escorted us to the room where had a strong Wifi and very nice beds, There is a nice bistro on the ground floor and rooftop provide the Italian food Pizza and pasta by chef Dan very delicious with a homemade stuff. We will be back for sure.
• margotn844 (10/5): I will come back - Wonderful family owned hotel, perfect for individually travelling person. I stayed there for 5 nights. Paul speaks very good english, staff is very friendly, everybody tried to make my stay as comportable as possible. The Location of this Hotel in City Center, nearby BTS Victoria Monument, Shopping Malls, Pratunam. etc. is outstanding and furthermore (side street) very quiet. Rooms are big, very well furnished, absolutely clean and have all amenities. If you book a room with balcony there is also a luster outside to exhilarate your stay. Bathroom should be refurbished. There is no elevator but luggage will be carried up and down by staff. I felt very save. Bar and Restaurant at first floor offer very good food and drinks. I really enjoyed staying in this very charming hotel. Online booking was very easy. Recommendation !

• Lj (1/5): Bad - Nothing. Everything. No lift to carry on luggage and bags..the aircondition is not so cold. The wifi is so weak,cannot do online transaction quickly because its always connecting. 1 night 1 room cost 876 baht yet everything is not good

No WiFi in the room, no sheets, but a duvet that didn't look very clean (same as sheets), TV and lamp but none of them plugged, horrible white lightbulbs. The room could be great, but little details are not being taken care of. The staff was super smiley, but poor English and unable to address problems.

Unable to open the the main gate at 8:00 pm first day of arrival being no body present & taxi driver helped me phone call to employee then it became possible to open the main gate, even it was only 8:00 pm when I arrived.

• Peter (1/5): I refused to stay as it was unsafe a not fit for occupancy - there is nothing to like about this property The electrical in the room was dangerous( I received a shock off the fridge on arrival), broken air conditioner, no water in the shower, it was old poorly maintained, smelled, no elevator(I’m old and I had to drag a 30kg bag up three flights of stairs). When I looked at the room I refused to stay because it was unfit for occupancy.

• Myomin (1/5): the experience is disaster. - Location is good. Peaceful place in downtown area. The property is old and lacks of proper maintenance. Our bathroom basin dropped while washing my face. The water pipe broke. A lot of water in the room and helpless for about 45 minutes.

• Mahesh (1/5): Hospital beds - Owner of the property is a good personality, but due to her age I think she can't manage the property well. Beds are outdated, bathrooms are very basic,no lift to take your luggage, non English speaking staff,feels like a hospital beds.

• CM_PUEN (10/5): Fantastic Stay - I stayed this hotel for the first time in Platunam area and I found this hotel has a charming propety with a European style and delicious food. Thw receptionist are smart and they are willing to help for any particular service and they would more than happy to go out of their wat to make the guest sastify as much as they can. I would love to stay there again.
• Kungja (10/5): AWESOME HOTEL!!!! - I arrived to this hotel at 10am. then the reception staff was friendly and nice allowed me to check in early in the morning without charge. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was huge and clean tidy. The hotel is situated near BTS Airport raillink and Shopping malls Kingpower and Platunam Siam Squaren etc.

There are a lot of the fantastic staffs. Check in experience was great and memorable stay, The breakfast items were delicious and variety. The hotel is situated in the city center and the huge shopping malls. Highly recommended.

• 687keneh (10/5): Hidden Gems in Bangkok - Great location nearby Airport Raillink and Shopping malls are called Platunam area and Siam. Hotel looks beautiful and clean. The staffs are friendly and very hygiene. They have an outdoor coffee shop in the garden where you can sit and relax. The food was delicious. The breakfast has a variety of European and Thai item. We will come back again.

The coffee shop in the hotel drive the perfect drinking and meal. The hotel situated in a city center. We can celebrate the honeymoon during stay. I love this hotel where is a charming hotel spot.
• O490XS_ (10/5): Great hotel in Bangkok - I stayed with a group of my friends for attending the meeting at King Power hotel. I met the nice receptionist who took care of us. She gave me and my friens the awesome rooms and the rooms are huge and clean. The breakfast was great. The hotel located near the BTS train station and Shopping malls. Happy to return back to Oriental Smile again
• Chao1234 (10/5): Best of the best - I stayed with my fiancee on my short holiday. The cool receptionist escorted us to the room. the room was big and comfortable. It has a large balcony as well. the bathroom has a bathtub. It was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was fantastic and delicious. The hotel location is near the mass trasportation such as the BTS and MRT including Airport RailLink. We enjoyed shopping at that time we were staying there. We will surely come back.
• Pariprana (4/5): Unhealthy experience - Hotel itself is hidden next to noisy construction work going on big building which have taken away all the charm of hotel. Receptionist cum staff cum cook cum service person was one single old lady who happened to be the hotel owner also and she gave very poor services and on our complain of blocked toilet her response was horrible.Her attitude was like school principal 😂😂😂. Very bad and ugly place and also ugly attitude of a staff/ owner/cook. Breakfast had no option except bread while on website they mentioned B & B ( bed & bread 😂). Don’t choose unless you have no option. A smile can make your customer happy but No wait she was principal 👎👎👎👎👎.
• Aey0998831404 (10/5): Family Hotel - Nice ambiance from the front door to the room with European Colonial Style with an awesome service from the hotel staff. The room is huge and clean. The room has a large bakery. The hotel is located in the city center and near the shopping malls and King Power. The Wi-Fi internet is very easy to connect and very efficient. The breakfast experience was great and delicious.
• johnwickkkkkkkkkkkkk (10/5): Vacation - I had a chance to stay in this hotel for a short stay in Bangkok. First I met the owner who is very sympathy and keens to assist us for everything. Our room was on 4th Floor with a peaceful living away from the noise from the road at the night time therefore, I was able to have a rest all night long. The breakfast was wonderful nice coffee and nice croissants from France. Our room was big and clean. the TV channels have 100 channels with movies. The hotel is located near King Power and shopping malls and City Park where you can go for a walk in the garden and do jogging.
