- Verified traveler (10/5): - Ascella wines is very special place with gorge views and the owners, Barb and Jeff, were very hospitable and welcoming. They made the trip very enjoyable. The place is very clean and comfortable. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - After only staying 2 days I have definitely factored
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very Pleasant country homestead. Beutiful locations
- david (4/5): Ok but not suited to our needs - The "cottage" is located in a beautiful secluded area of the vineyard overlooking the beautiful Hunter Valley.
The cottage is outdated and could do with a good clean up.
2 days prior to our arrival I called the owner who was lovely and acknowledged the presence of our 6 month old baby and confirmed. Unfortunately upon our arrival we had no appropriate bed for her. There must have been a misunderstanding but this made us checking out a day early.
We were greeted with a breakfast hamper which was lovely but would recommend people getting their own breakfast. It was a genuinely nice gesture however not sufficient or suitable for breakfast. We were also given a tub ofbfrsh strawberry yoghurt which we were told was a little bit out of date. I'm not fussy but it was almost a month out of date. For dairy products this is a "bit" much.
