• Ashna (6/5): It was good - Hotel is in a good location and they provide shuttle to and from the main areas. They even gave us adapters to charge our phones. Staffs were nice and friendly. Room was nice but walls and AC were a bit dirty. But they cleaned them after we requested them. Need to have more options for breakfast

In one of the nights we stayed there was just a noisy neighbor/guest who kept banging his door open and shut in the middle of the night. It could be heard from our room. But other than this, all good!

• noria2025 (8/5): quiet boutique hotel - nap hotel is tucked in the back of pratunam area. it is good for families who want to be close to the shopping area of pratunam but want to still enjoy a little privacy away from the chaos in the main clothing shopping area. the breakfast was simple but was well made. they have a few options to choose from. would recommend on our next visit

• cittavaga (8/5): Cute little hotel - the hotel was quite old compared with their neighboring new hotels. however, the service was impeccable. very attentive to their guests. the room is rather small, but enough. the hot water is working well. its just one of the room that i book have broken ac, which they change the room immediately (lucky that they have a vacant room as the hotel is full booked). the tuktuk service 24/7 is also icing on the cake as they always ready to drop you off anytime

I love the way the tuk tuk driver can drop us to the main point that we would like to go. And really suggest to them to speed more wifi connections due to it didn’t working well and it was hard to used while we need.

• Lim (4/5): Not worth to stay - The hotel provide shuttle for us. 1. the air-conditioning have problems, very noisy and drip over the night. 2. when we informed the staff about the air-conditioning problem, the start to blame us and say it's our fault to make this happened. 3. i'm not sure there's correct or not, i'm staying this hotel with another two friends and i hv booked a deluxe double room, the staff ask me to pay another 300thb/day for extra charges even i didn't request any additional bed or other bedroom utilities. 4. the room is too dark 5. the location is too far, and the price abit pricey compared with other hotel.

The aircond need to change or service, making loud noise. 2. Windows soundproof need to improve, can hear clearly birds and tutuk noises. 3. Door soundproof also need to improve, can hear clearly outside activities. 4. Have hanger near bath to hang towel.

• boxerspanties (2/5): Ridiculous fine by the hotel - We were super happy with our stay until the day we checked out. I’m a smoker myself and hotel reminded to not smoke countless times. As I’m not someone who litters around, I usually collected my finished butts and throw it together in the bin. During one of the day when I went back to the hotel, I threw the butt in the bin and the hotel actually accused us for smoking in the room just because they overturned our bin and saw the cig butt. We explained nicely to the staff at first and they insisted that we can’t check out until we paid the fine. It’s damn ridiculous. So smokers, please don’t throw your butts into the bin even if you didn’t smoke in the hotel. You will definitely get fined 1000TBH LOL

• pranavir2022 (6/5): . - We stayed here in January 2023. Check in was hassle free. The hotel itself is located on a quiet lane in a busy area. I was looking to do some shopping and in terms of location this was unbeatable as it’s about a km from Platinum mall and not too far from several others. The size of the room was as advertised and satisfactory for the tariff offered. What wasn’t great was the super noisy A/C which would come on and go off sporadically and blew cold air directly at our heads so we got no sleep at all the one night we stayed here. Toiletries were also subpar and there was only one plug point by the bed which was a bit inconvenient if there’s more than one person in the room and there’s a few devices that need charging. The Wifi also kept dropping out in the room, Probably wouldn’t return or recommend.

We booked at the superior king room and the reception kindly upgraded to apparently to a larger room but still the room was TINY! The beside table, bathroom, everything is basically in mini version. Even the hotel lift is teeny tiny. It could barely fit my partner, I and our two luggages. It almost made me feel claustrophobic. And our room also features the most ridiculously designed sink that splashes water everywhere. I wish I took a video of this. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

• Andrew (9/5): Superb - The room was big, clean most importantly. Staff were generally pretty helpful as well. They also included little things like umbrella and adapters. The bed is a little hard and the sound proofing is a little thin. But still acceptable.

Will likely return because of the friendly staff. thank you nap hotel

• nnancyle (10/5): NICE HOTEL WITH A GOOD PRICE IN BANGKOK - We are so happy about this place. Room: can book directly with the hotel, price is good and so surprise that they do not need deposit. The smelt at the reception make you feel like home and so comfortable when you are back from outside. They also have nice corners for taking photos. Buggy: support anytime to the meeting point where you can go for a walk to malls and market. Maybe 7 - 10mins to Platinum, Central world and others. Staff is super friendly and ready to help, especially the lady often work from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and the bellboy. The housekeeping staff also nice and everybody do their job well. To sum up, this is my second trip to Thailand so I know this area, its convenient and good location to stay. My family ( first time) but they are satisfied about the room and the service from the hotel too. Negative: small elevator just enough for 4 people with luggage. Should have staff who drive buggy on the bellboy's day off. Tip: the deluxe room is bigger, I really love the concept and the lights here and if you have a budget you should book the high room (our second room to stay 3 nites)

Eventhough they offer free buggy service 24/7 - The hotel room we got was a connecting room ( we booked for 4pax ) the rooms were a bit bit small, but were stil comfortable. The receptionists was very very informative & helpful in every way, and they got good english too. The water pressure of the shower was low. Sound proofing was bad. The room has awkward pillar that take up space but that cudnt be helped. Location was a bit of a walk but the hotel offer 24/7 free buggy service though, yet i wish it is more convenient.
• 467sharony (8/5): Nice place to stay in BKK - Great location, not too near to the busy main road, but everything is still within walking distance. Rooms were clean and new, friendly staffs at the front desk. There's free buggy service to bring us in and out to 5 strategic points (mostly massage centres), but still able to make use to reach the main road and BTS.

Breakfast only from 5 different choices, and they didn't even understand and won't to give 1 extra sausage and toast bread for Us! Tuk-tuk service is nice but not a big deal and doesn't help so much. TV channels should be changed and more for children! Cleanless was ok but under the bed they didn't touch at all! Wasnt easy to find the hotel over all. Staff helpful and smile but must prove the english! We had early check out and after asking they made take away breakfast! Bad comfortable Hand sanitizer was placed for guests!

• DelZek8 (10/5): Good location, 24 hour free shuttle service, clean and comfortable - This is my 7th time in Bangkok and 1st time staying in NAP Hotel and it did not disappoint. I read the reviews and were quite apprehensive at first to be honest because some said the shuttle drop off is quite a distance from the places you would want to go but honestly, I don't really mind the walking after a whole day of eating tomyum and mango sticky rice! Plus, it's not that far anyway...and the shuttle service is available 24/7. All you need to do is call them when you are about to reach the pick up points. Hotel itself is very instagramworthy.. room and toilet are clean, comfortable and they provide free water and chips daily in your room. Front desk and shuttle guy speaks relatively good english so it's easy to communicate. Shuttle guy can even speak mandarin. Area is close to Pratunam Market and Platinum Mall where all the cheap stuff are so we didn't mind going there daily to find bargains. Massages, spa, salon, restaurants are aplenty in the area. After a whole day of walking, you get to wind down and have your foot massage for 200-250 baht per hour. Drop off point 2 is where all the massage places are so you get to relax there before calling for shuttle pick up. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because they don't have halal options, but Al-Maedah restaurant is just a walking distance away near Pratunam market, so food is not a problem. Would definitely stay here again.
• Nad-GGG-786 (10/5): Awesome hotel. - Ignore all the bad reviews I've stayed in 5 star dubai hotels and this is a super clean friendly hotel. People are complaining about the noise get a life its a small hotel - my room was directly behind the reception and I got the perfect sleep. Bed was huge, room was a perfect size free snacks and the breakfast was set menu which was bang on. I would definitely book again, the location was a little hidden but I preferred that nice and peaceful. The shopping centres were just round the corner 10 minute walk absolutely crucial location. Only stayed 1 night at the hotel as I was travelling back to the UK the following day but loved the place. Nad UK December 2019

Despite it being slightly further from the streets, hotel provided shutter service which was convenient for my parents/elderly. But there could be more stops for the shuttle services nearer to the streets. Other than that, everything is good! :)

Plenty of food and massage spots nearby. Very friendly staffs and understands English and Chinese. Can even WhatsApp call to request shuttle pick up from their designated spots. Will definitely choose them again if I'm staying at Petchburi area.
