They didnt had the courtesy to even fix it or provide a better room. Its a homeplace in which terrace space is converted to partition rooms.

• Kumar (1/5): Pathetic Guest House OYO Gem 92!!! - There is not to like about this property First of all the rooms were dirty and no pest control done for years. All the toilet taps were either moving or broken . Toilet was unclean. Beds were really bad and u cannot even sleep on them for few hours. Rooms were smelling and Property Manager was rude. The pictures online Vs actual were totally different. Plz avoid this property even if they give u for free

• Jayendra (1/5): Do. Not. Go there. - Nothing. The place promised 2 beds but had no such provision. I did not like a single thing about the place. First of all the room were as dirty as they could get. We booked two beds for three people but they told us they only have one bed and could do anything. The staff had no idea how to do anything. They were not able to provide a single clean item, no clean bedsheets, no clean room, no clean blanket, even the AC was busted. The room was stuffy and had no ventilation.

• Mona (5/5): Affordable and safe, but not clean and spacious. - The staff was helpful, and they assisted us with the booking. Pretty transparent and shared the reality of the place and stay. The hotel is also located in the central area, accessible to shops just in case you need anything. It is quiet and safe. The images shown on website are old images. The current state of rooms is pretty damaged.. ceiling coming off, lots of cockroaches, bedding not clean and smelly. They have created partition in one big room and created 2 small separate rooms. In one of the rooms, we found condom in the drawer, and in another, wine bottles and immense smell of alcohol. Housekeeping staff cleans, but when you ask them to, not on a regular basis. the spacious rooms are when you pay more, but if you have paid on the economic side, you would get an okayish room.

I also changed the room cause of the dirtiness in the room This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced...They have nothing there nor any kitchen, any type of facility. The room Telephone is also not working at all. And also there was a hidden camera in the room. Do not book a room in this hotel even by mistake. Totally Waste of money and Mind
