Sahan (4/5): - Breakfast was very fine but the staff forgot to gave us at the time we asked for and lately they come and asked us if it is include to our package. Very disappointed at that time. The room was not very clean there are some dirty marks in sofa and the bed was not comfortable.

It was a miserable experience. My Uber driver asked me why I had stayed there saying it was a hotel for couples not tourists.

Geeth (4/5): Loud music at night, could not sleep. - The room had a balcony overlooking the river which was nice. The location close to Colombo was convenient. There was an event going on below us with heavy music blasting so loud so we couldn't sleep at all till 12AM. Not recommended if you want a peaceful sleep. No toothbrushes or toothpaste were provided.

Georgemcooper (1/5): Terrible. We will report to the tourist board. - What breakfast? We ate down the road We were overcharged, which was not resolved until we checked out. The Restaurant was out of use and meal charges for in room were exorbitant. There was no Bar. There were functions on each night and the noise in the room lasted to nearly mid night and was totally unacceptable. The A/C didn't work and we had to change room The volume on the TV was so low and distorted we couldn't hear it despite the set being changed. My wife burnt her hand on a faulty kettle which had to be changed. Wi-Fi stopped working 2nd day.
