- Kasthuri (3/5): The hotel management could do slightly better to improve services. - 1.The water heater not working on both rooms during morning. 2. The next door wash room water flow is too noisy until disrupting sleeps 3. Mattress in one of the room is terrible. The metal springs can be felt badly. 4. Wash room door latch is not working in one of the rented room.

However, certain basic amenities need to be improvised :) - Staff are friendly and the price are reasonable for a stay but for the price could be better :) -Blanket too thin. If request for thicker blanket need to pay "RM5" for it - Room very stuffy and dusty. It felt like it hasn't been clean for awhile. - No room ventilation - Certain fittings in the bathroom are broken - Inconvenient to travel around unless you have a car

- Nao (4/5): Disappointing - Staff is a kind. Bed didn't look dirty. Amenity goods are dirty, it seems to had been used before.
- Willytan (7/5): Average but cleaning - The location is quite hard to find but it still can be detected in Waze or Google Map. So far the clothes like towels and bed sheet are clean. Just the wall got some scratches and some of them might a phone numbers I guess. Other than that, all is should be fine. There no have toothpaste, toothbrush and hair dryer provided.

They were very personable and gave me important info about directions and amenities. The first room was a bit too small but I moved to a bigger room and it was very comfortable thereafter, though with a bit of price difference.

- Lily (4/5): For the price that i pay, those above need to be in the room. Staff take too long to register. - Nothing.. No kettle in the room.. No cup, No minimal coffee drinks. Mineral Water in the room were small (xs size), I need to go down at lobby to take hotwater from water dispenser..Toilet not proper clean before, floor dusty, no floor mat.

- Sven (8/5): Very good - Both the owner and the lady at the reception were soo nice! I felt really welcome and appreciated. Sometimes at the cheaper hotels the staff doesn't care and you never see the owner.. This was not the case here, they were very warm and helpful. I had to check in at 3 in the night and check out two days later, again at 3 in the night, this was no problem at all and the lady even came outside to wave me out as I left. ❤️ I stayed in a single room, it is small but had everything I needed, there is a rainshower in the bathroom with alot of water coming out. The Aircon works great but the wifi signal was weak and there is no window. Overal good value for this price I think.
