Guest Reviews
- Jay (6/5): Staff was VERY nice .plce quite run down I feel like they do what they can. Room was stifling hot w - Didn't know there was breakfast... The restaurant attached to the motel is a Western pizza and it didn't open until 11 AM.. I walked down to Burger King for breakfast. The western pizza restaurant is quite good, And even when there were only a few people at the hotel the restaurant was packed. The room was a good size , But quite run down.. The 2 chairs with the table in the room were stained and disgusting.... I think for the cost of a little green machine the housekeeping staff could do a couple chairs at a time. There's a way to attach a picture I will

Pure bliss.

- Rob Stewart (10/5): -
- Stuart (10/5): -
- Dana (10/5): - Great little find. Separate door to the room accessible from the parking lot. The bed was fantastic. Air conditioning worked great. It was 29c the day we stayed there.
- Josh (6/5): Decent place to crash - It's a decent place but pretty dated and the wifi wasn't great. Showed up fairly late and the front desk person was accommodating and friendly even though he was having system issues.
- Dale (5/5): Fine place for overnight stay, room a bit musty but clean - Location was good, close to main roads Property is getting dated, maintenance is lacking
- Taylor (10/5): Great - Excellent
- Tyr (8/5): - My room has recently been renovated. The Reno is appealing and workmanship is of very good quality.
- Jim (10/5): - This is a solid two star hotel inn. It ranks five stars for a two star if you know what I mean. Comfortable bed less than $100 friendly staff good water, pressure and good food at the restaurant. This may not be the honeymoon room, but it’s a very solid choice for a traveller on the road. I will stay here again if I stop in Kindersley.
- Kelvin (6/5): Pleasant - No lighting on back side of the building

- Taylor (6/5): Pleasant -
- Al (8/5): - good place had a good sleep
- Patrick (10/5): - Really nice !
- Darren (7/5): Good -
- Greg (4/5): - We found the hotel area to be very noisy. Plus it needs to be updated as the doors had to be slammed to shut them and the screen door closed very quickly on your legs. We could hear the other people staying there when they walked in the rooms upstairs. Not a good stay for us.
- Hrapchak (8/5): Very good - Nice comfy beds clean room easy to get in and out of town Nowhere to buy any kind of pop or water just vending machine with munchies up on second floor
- Clarice (7/5): Good - Close to our family. There was no breakfast provided.
- Laureen (7/5): I would stay here again - good value for your money. Not fancy, but adequate! - The room was very spacious and I wasn't expecting the little kitchen area (bar fridge & microwave). Even though it's an older building, it had everything I needed, and was clean. It had rained, and the parking lot was kind of muddy and full of puddles - made unloading my vehicle a bit challenging.
- Jacqueline (8/5): - Ok for a one night stay
- Verified traveler (2/5): Do not stay here if you are sensitive to smoke/noi - The room was not good, dirty bedding, crickets in the room, and you can smell the smoke from smokers very well in your own room, even if its a non smoking room!
Could not sleep because of the terrible smoke smell and the crickets in the fan/wall that wouldn't stop their noise... terrible experience-would never stay here again!
- Adrian (6/5): - Air conditioning was very poor and noisy.
- Julie (10/5): Exceptional - The staff is very friendly and helpful, the outside access doors are great if you’re passing through town and need a stopover, that way there’s no lugging everything up and down stairs There wasn’t anything to complain about really, you get what you pay for, the rooms are decent and the staff is nice
- Julie (10/5): Exceptional -
- fuaz (6/5): - No ac at all in my room
- Melanie (8/5): Great for the night - We arrived late after driving all day. The clerk was very friendly and had excellent service. Unfortunately the room key didn’t work so he had to come let us in. He worked very hard to make sure we were settled in
- Douglas (8/5): - The property is showing its age but was clean. There was a faint smell of cigarette smoke. The air conditioner didn't put out like we would have liked... probably needs a good cleaning.
- Singh (4/5): Good - Just got a place to stay.the guy at front was very helpfull Cleanliness ,foul Smell
- Blake (7/5): Good -
- Blake (7/5): Good -
- Shannon (7/5): Good - The front desk clerk was wonderful!
- Julie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Quinton (8/5): Very good - Staff was excellent
- Barry (6/5): Pleasant -
- Craig (10/5): Kindersley - Good
- Vinny (8/5): Very good - Was convenient for our overnight stay No lift for suitcases to get to upstairs room
- Brian (7/5): Good price ,friendly staff, clean -
- saibin (6/5): - Alright
- Billett (10/5): Exceptional - Front desk guy Bathtub
- Lionel (4/5): - There was no cold water in the morning and my lights didn’t work
- Tracey (8/5): - Close to the amenity we were going to and great supper at the restaurant but when asked to call for a taxi the front desk gave us a number. Should they not be calling and making sure their clients have a suitable mode of transportation like in a city? Have never had to call my own taxi from a hotel ever. Was not a busy place when we stayed and small towns should cater to their clients.
- Carlie (8/5): - Clean, welcoming and affordable
- Eric (10/5): - The room was large and very clean.
- Eric (10/5): - It was clean and the room was large.
- Bonnie (8/5): - Unable to adjust heat..too hot in room. Advised to open window which did not help. Turned’air condition’ on but hard to read knobs. Noisy but cooled room. Showered but tub drained poorly
- Beachbum (2/5): Very poor - Location Unfortunately, right from the check in, the front desk (hard to refer to him as an agent, unshaven, and wearing sweatpants) gave me an awkward stair for interrupting his Burger King meal. To the room. Ugh. I have stayed here a few times now. And no complaints. Until this stay. Every every drawer had remnants of previous guests. 3 chairs. And everyone of them was disgustingly pillow cases dirty. And the sheets looked like they were rolled up and just thrown on.
- Beachbum (9/5): Perfect!!! - Location Not a bad thing to say about this place!!!
- Beachbum (9/5): Perfect for us! - Love the location!!! And the staff!!! Can’t say enough about the front desk lady!! Really no complaints
- Verified traveler (6/5): Decent room for the price. - Generally: the room was ok. The thermostat didn't seem to work so we ended up opening a window to try to cool down the room.... which allowed the traffic noise to intrude. Staff was friendly .
- Jessica (10/5): - Older property but has excellent staff and very clean. Good value.
- Laura (8/5): Excellent customer service! - The customer service was excellent! Due to a winter storm, our stay was extended along with our team who also decided to stay there! Having a restaurant connected was very convenient and the staff and food were great! The rooms were equipped with everything we needed! Affordable and comfortable.
- Clarice (7/5): Good - Room was spacious. Smoke filtered into our room even though we were in a non smoking room. Did not like that. There was no breakfast available.
- Connie (10/5): - It was quiet and clean
- Aaron (6/5): - .
- Mathew (4/5): - Careful staying here if outside Temperature is below -30*C. The water heated pipes froze up. The room would NOT heat past 15*C. Froze for 3 nights. Slept fully clothed plus a jacket liner. Other than the heat, the room was fine.
- Rick (2/5): - Entire hotel, including room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Very hot room and could not be cooled off without opening window which was too noisy because of being next to hiway. Very uncomfortable pillows. Bed was comfortable but blanket was old.
- Casidy (10/5): - Definitely dated but still super cute. Felt very comfortable and the location was great. Super easy to find. staff was so friendly. On my way out with my two kids. The man at the front desk even offered to help me carry my luggage outside. 10 out of 10 definitely stay again.
- stacey (8/5): - It is a decent low budget hotel for sure. Couple of issues for me is the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway and the wifi drastically needs to be upgraded!
- Wayne (10/5): - Very friendly desk person and very helpful
- Jason (2/5): Mouse in room - Mouse in the room. Staff could care less.
- jodi (10/5): - We stayed here while passing through.
The front desk staff was awesome. We checked in just before midnight and he was so quick and friendly.
The room was pleasant with a table & chairs, a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bed was super comfy. I would definitely stay here again.
- MOIRA (10/5): - Stayed in room 112.
Huge room, we were able to park our vehicle right outside by our outer door.
Fantastic pillows, comfortable bed, zero complaints.
Internet was slow, but that was minor.
Over all, the Nova was a reasonably priced and quiet.
- Chih-chien (7/5): Good -
- William (8/5): - Great staff
- Undi (10/5): - Perfect
- Sandra (8/5): Very good - Quiet building. Friendly staff. Easy to get to. It was fine. Just a hotel room.
- Terri (8/5): - It was a lovely older hotel and thankfully the staff was amazing as was able to deal with the expedia people to move me to a ground floor room as there is no elevator and I had a load of stuff to take in and out. There were a few little picky cleanliness issues like hairs in the sink and bathtub but you could clearly see it had been wiped and cleaned. And instead of a conditioner and a shampoo I had two conditioners and no soap. Attention to details. But the bed was very comfy and clean and I had a great sleep! I will be back when I'm in the area.
- Kathleen (6/5): - Likes = Rooms are spacious; beds are comfy; convenient dining table; two entrances to our room (exterior and interior)
Dislikes = tub surround needs to be scrubbed not just wiped; baseboard and floor area behind bathroom door desperately needs cleaning; beer bottle cap along baseboard near bedside indicates that vacuuming person isn't being thorough; dead flies (?) in the light above the sink indicate lack of attention
- Mayura (8/5): - The place was generally quite clean but there was a distinct smell in the room which was incredibly unpleasant. Like the room had not been cleaned. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
