Guest (7/5): well - breakfast was great I didn't like to have to go to the bar for supper as the restaurant close at two in the afternoon. I specifically looked for a hotel that advertised a restaurant as it was very cold out and didn't want to have to leave the building,

Adam kent (10/5): Nice Surprise - We booked a night in Kindersley to break up our drive to Alberta. I picked one of the less expensive options and really wasn't expecting much. Just a place to sleep and head out early in the morning. We pulled up the the hotel and it was as expected, nothing too fancy, a little dated. Then we went to check in and were told that our rooms were at their second - which is a hotel with no signage on the same parking lot (looks like a Best Western). We moved on over there and were greeted with a very quiet, very new, clean and huge hotel. Our room was amazing - very large with 2 comfortable queen beds! Relaxed the evening away, had a great sleep and were on the road bright & early. Great hotel for a great price.

Kids won't be thrilled - no pool, and the restaurant that stays open late doesn't allow minors. But you're paying about half the price than the new boxy hotels, so can you dig it?

Cliff (4/5): Disappointing - Location The hotel is very dated. Very few electrical outlets to plug in devices, none in the bathroom. You had to unplug fridge or microwave if you wanted to plug in coffee maker. Toilet was loose on the floor. Heating system was difficult to set to a consistent temperature. Outside access from other than the front entrance did not have a key access.
Debbie (4/5): Dissappointed - The bed was comfortable. Had to ask for a plug to the bathtub. They brought a broken one to us, so we had to use a facecloth. There was a burning smell in our room off and on throughout the night. They had a luggage trolly, but it was awkward trying to get it in the building and out of the building as there was no handicap button to push. The blackout curtains had spots that were missing, so daylight came through them. Only 2 outlets in the room. Glad we brought an extension cord with us so we could plug in our cpap and bipap machines. The room really needs some upgrades. Don't know how it could have a 4 star rating.

The beds were quite comfortable though. The little hairdryer was really good . The staff were helpful. I hope that building is due for an upgrade because it realy needs it. Just my modest opinion.
Donna (10/5): Absolutely want to return- felt more pampered than the motel chains! - The hotel space was more than amazing!!! Wide wide halls and well furnished. The woodwork in the room was very beautiful. Lots of space in our room. Nice furniture- great king sized bed. All the creature comforts that the others lack. Granite counters. The room was easy to regulate for temperature. All for a reasonable price! Only that card keys lock the door of departures- EXACTLY at 11am. No exceptions.
Garry (1/5): Worst hotel stay i’ve ever had. - The food in the lounge was good and waitress was nice snd very good at her job. Room had a musty smell. Left bathroom fan on all night to hopefully suck some of that smell out. Was up alot of the night and sick n the morning.

Lawrence (2/5): - So I booked through Expedia and when I checked in after work I went to have a shower there was no hot water. I went to the front desk and she told me to run the water longer...... 45 minutes later still no hot water so I had a cold shower. Day 2 after work guess what, no hot water but this time I get told the boiler was down and someone was on route to fix it. Still no hot water when it was time to sleep so day 2 of cold shower. Woke up the next morning with a note under my door the water would be off from 11am to 6pm. I was fed up I work hard and a sweat hard and no hot water in a hotel is unacceptable. Messaged Expedia to voice my concerns and the best they could do was no charge for unstayed nights but no comp for 2 days of cold showers. I'll never use Expedia again....... EVER they don't look out for thier customers

Davidson (1/5): It was meh! - The new building was nice and clean and the staff were friendly for my first night the second night I was in the old building and it was terrible. The room was tiny, dusty, food left in the fridge from previous guest and the room just smelled bad🫤

The lobby was dirty and ceiling tiles were missing, it looked like barely a 1 star.The hotel did not have our reservation completed, we looked at a room, and decided we would never stay there. However we were charged the full amount as if we had stayed. We phoned hotel desk and were told nothing they could do about it, but it was an Expedia problem. Phoned Expedia, and they said they could do nothing about it. I told Expedia that the pictures on their website match their "newer" hotel, and that the hotel we were offered was not the same, false advertising. They didn't care

Ashley (6/5): - I was a little confused as when I booked online I didn't think too much at the time, but there are actually two buildings. There was a $10 difference. I chose the one which the room looked bigger. It happened to be the "other building" which was fine, it was clean, just a little odd. Check in at one and then drive to the other which was not locked or have staff there, was a little eerie is all. Felt slightly misrepresented. Good experience otherwise!
