Daniela (7/5): Zentrale Lage, Fotos versprechen zuviel, schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Zimmer mit Dachterrasse geräumig und schön, aber teuer. Hell und sonnig. Das zweite Zimmer im EG (Poolblick) hatte diverse Mängel. Türschloss defekt, Wasserhahn lose, Schimmel? Es gibt ein Problem mit den Vögeln, die alles schmutzig machen. Dachterrasse und Pool deshalb nicht nutzbar. Die zentrale Lage hat Nachteile bezüglich Lärm Livemusik, Verkehr etc. Wir würden nächstes Mal ein ruhigeres Quartier wählen, das fast gleich nah zum Zentrum ist. Überall alles gesehen, stimmte für uns Preis/Leistung nicht. Hotelpersonal hatten wir anderswo deutlich freundlicher erlebt.

Angela (9/5): - Als allererstes das wirklich herzliche und wunderbare Personal. Dann ist das Hotel von einem guten Architekten umgebaut worden. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl in den Räumen. Der Pool ist klein und schön gestaltet. Die tollen Frauen, die das Hotel betreiben versuchen bei Problemen alles um sie zu beseitigen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Straße parallel zur walkingstreet. In etwa 5 Minuten Gehweite zur Busstation, aber am besten hat uns die humorige und wirklich warmherzige Art der vier Betreiberinen gefallen khop khun kha an euch alle vier

They do not have heat. This is probably common in the area. I stayed in December and for me, the nights were chilly but the days were warm. AViv (9/5): - Perfect location, 30 sec walk to the night market and main area. Room was nice, the bathtub is huge and the view is amazing. Overall good I took the penthouse room with a huge balcony and amazing view and they wouldn't let me eat my breakfast there which was really annoying. There were also ants everywhere. In regards to the view, if you're going to be out and about all day, you don't really need the king room because by the time the sun sets you'll miss all of the views from the room (if that's the reason you got the room)

Toni Bert (8/5): Gutes Hotel in toller Lage - Hervorragende Lage, solides Frühstück. Das Hotel hat seinen Zweck voll erfüllt. Es ist jetzt nichts was unglaublich aus der Maße heraussticht, aber wir waren zufrieden mit der Wal. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön groß :)

Patrick (6/5): Okay für ein paar Nächte, jedoch gibt es Dinge zu verbessern! - Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Innerhalb von kürzester Zeit war man auf dem Nachtmarkt und der belebteren Straße! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Roller-Verleih und alles, was man braucht, befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück war gut. Man konnte jeden Morgen zwischen 5 unterschiedlichen „Gerichten“ wählen (French Toast, Scrumbled Egg etc.). Darüber hinaus standen Toast, frische Früchte und süße Kleinigkeiten bereit. Leider war das Hotelpersonal nicht immer freundlich. Man hatte manchmal nicht das Gefühl, ein gern gesehener Gast zu sein. Der Pool und der Bereich drumherum machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck und luden nicht zum verweilen ein. Das Zimmer war schlecht zu belüften und roch immer leicht modrig. Die Klimaanlage befand sich leider direkt auf Kopfhöhe des Bettes, was nachts gefährlich für Erkältungen war und man somit kaum Chance auf regelmäßige Kühlung hatte. Insgesamt war es auch sehr hellhörig, sodass nachts auch Geräusche aus der Nachbarschaft oder anderen Zimmern zu hören waren.

Bernhard (10/5): Äußerst liebevolle, tolle Unterkunft! - Sehr charmante, saubere, liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Wir hatten ein tolles Dachgeschoß-Zimmer mit viel Platz und sehr angenehmen Bett. Ausgezeichnete Lage, Parkplatz vor dem Haus und ein tolles Frühstück.

Stewart (8/5): Centrally located nice overnight stay - Nicely located close to night market, bars & shopping but just far enough away from noise & chaos. Hotel & rooms were well maintained & clean. Pool wasn’t heated but looked inviting for an afternoon dip. Included Thai breakfast was great, had western options too. Would stay again if I wanted to be located close to the hustle & bustle of Pai. Would stay again, so minor things really The beds were ok, typical comfort for beds we slept in while riding the Mae Hong Son loop. For the price I had expected a bit nicer bed. No elevator to access rooms, stairs only option. Staff offered to take luggage to our room which would be helpful for families & older guests unable to carry everything upstairs.

Quentin (6/5): - Le personnel est très accueillant. L'hôtel est situé non loin de la rue principale et de station de bus. Service de blanchisserie Express disponible. Location de scooter disponible juste en face de l'hôtel. La chambre n'est pas agréable. En effet, le matelas est dur. Il y a plein de lumière polluante la nuit. Qui plus est, la salle de bains n'est pas insonorisée. Et ne donne donc droit a aucune intimité. De ce fait, je trouve que le rapport qualité prix n'est de loin pas bon.
Rachmani (9/5): ממש אהבתי את המלון - מקום מעולה! בהחלט אם אחזור לפאי אחזור למלון, צוות מקסים, נוף מהמם מהחדר, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת! המיקום מטורף, יש שביל של 20 מטר לשדרה הראשית של הברים והשוק לילה ניתן לשפר את נקיון הבריכה ואת זה שלא מנקים כל יום את החדר

Luke (8/5): Comfortable stay great location - The property is located centrally in Pai walking street. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The place is great because it’s neat but not noisy to these shops. I also find that the room is quite clean and comfortable. The price is ok and there are many other competitive accommodations nearby. I can’t say if they are better but definitely cheaper. Maybe the quality is not as good but I can’t tell as I’ve only stayed here. The breakfast was also so so only. I think the quality and spread of food could be improved.

Rutger (9/5): - Very friendly staff, very helpful in finding your way around Pai. Location was super, close to the main walking street, just far enough to not be suffering from noise, close enough to walk to there. Pool was a little small, good enough for a refresher, but not suitable for long term leisure (better to go to the large public swimming pool)
שירי (7/5): מקום מאכזב - את המיקום קבלת הפנים היתה קרה, במיוחד לאור הנסיעה הממושכת לפאי. המיטה הנוספת שביקשנו להוסיף בחדר היתה קשיחה מאוד והילדים לא הצליחו להרדם עליה. לדעתי לא היה שם כלל מזרן אלא חתיכת עץ ועליו ריפוד. אך יותר מהכל, הפתיע והרגיז אותנו במיוחד שנאלצנו לשלם על שמיכה נוספת כי היה קר לאחד הילדים שלנו. בוודאות לא נחזור למקום כזה!

Tanya (8/5): The hosts were absolutely lovely and our room was clean. The property is only minutes from walking street. - Convenient location, privacy of our room. Breakfast was minimal, pool didn’t appear clean as the water was murky. Our room suffered poor air circulation, needed A/C at all times to breath.
Zeve (9/5): Amazing if you can afford - Expensive, and the pool was a little dirty, but the staff are great, the room was nice and felt clean, the bed was very soft and comfortable, air conditioning was great. Only draw back was the price.

Yasemin (3/5): Would not recommend! - Only good thing about this hotel is the location, it‘s right around the corner of the walking street. The staff was friendly. The room did not look like the pictures at all! The hotel over all is quite run down, might have looked like this 15 years ago. The room was dirty when I arrived (huge spider web&spider above my bed, toilet was dirty), very damp (has mold in the shower and also in the room) and just over all not in a good state (old and dark). Shower was leaking, the drains didn’t work properly and smelled bad. I told the staff I am not happy with the room I‘ve got and that I would like to change if possible. There was only one free room after two nights (upstairs, cheaper than what I‘ve paid for my room) and I was told I‘d need to decide to swap rooms without seeing the other one that night. I then contacted booking and made a complaint. Got 2000 baht back from booking (not even half a night!!) and the manager then tried to force me to either check out or give them the money. Never has such an experience before. Would not recommend staying there as it‘s not worth the money at all! I’ve paid nearly 17’000 baht for 4 nights which is definitely european price if not higher for the (low) standard. Breakfast was also not very good. Pool was looking misty and not clean.

Nicole (7/5): Nice stay, great location but slightly overpriced. - Fantastic location near the walking street. Clean room, nice staff and good breakfast. Separation curtain to divide bathroom area and bed. Great air-con. I feel it was a bit overpriced, at least for our king room with pool view. The room’s furnishings need some attention such as tears in the bedsheet and leaky shower door soaking the floor. The pool area felt a bit neglected and the water was too cold to make use of.

Rooms are very comfortable well equipped and supplied daily with two bags of snacks water and two soft drinks Hotel also had very good internet and staff are very pleasant The hot water it tends to run out fast

Hadar (7/5): Good - Great location on a quiet street, just 1 minute from the walking street. Very kind staff. Great room, big comfortable bed. For smokers, the experience is not great since there is no designated smoking area at the hotel at all, not even the outside spaces. We had a leak in the bathroom sink, and although the staff tried to fix it a couple of times, they were unsuccessful. We had to put a towel on the fosset to avoid the sound of drops falling during the night. Breakfast was ok, but nothing more than that. You have to take off your shoes past the reseption. Not too bad but a bit annoying.
Yvonne (9/5): Lovely place, convenient for the heart of town. - Great location in the heart of the town, but not too noisy. Nice spacious room with plenty of room for our belongings. Lovely view from room (mountain view room). Staff very helpful and friendly. Bed was comfy, shower was just about warm enough. There was someone with a loud motorbike started early every morning, otherwise it was a quiet place. Breakfast was nice but limited options. Shower didn’t drain well.

Ericap (9/5): Excellent location for exploring Pai - Rooms were a good size and nicely appointed. We had a nice view to mountains from our room. Staff were helpful. Limited breakfast options however, I would 100% recommend trying thd noodle soup. We didn't use the pool. Excellent location less than 100m from the walking street. Considering this location, it was still very quiet. Streets are very narrow but, with care and patience, we got our hire car in and out to explore Pai each day. Nothing.
