In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests are required to bring a printed copy of their booking confirmation as well as photo IDs. Please note that we provide baby cribs; but we do not offer baby crib bedding. Our guests must bring their own linen, duvet and cushion cover for their baby . Thank you. There will be an extra payment 30 € for check ins after 23:00. Please note that the security deposits will be collected via credit card authorization by a platform which is called Swikly.
