The apartments will be delivered clean, including bath towels and bed linen (no beach towels). The change of bed linen and/or towels is not included, either midweek or weekly; any changes upon request of the guest will be agreed with the structure at an additional cost. No household cleaners or personal hygiene products will be provided. In the low season, from October to March, some city services may not be available. Upon arrival you will be asked to sign a short rental contract and pay the tourist tax in cash.from October to March, some services at the beach resort may be unavailable.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. It's recommended to bring your own vehicle since this property is not serviced by public transportation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. L'appartamento molto pulito, dotato di tutte le stoviglie e accessori che servono, il letto super comodo e soprattutto la vista mare dal balcone favolosa. Abbiamo trascorso delle bellissime vacanze. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Gianna (10/5): A peaceful and tranquil sanctuary in Triscina, Sicily. - The stunning view, terrace, safety of complex, accessibility to the beach and peaceful neighborhood made my getaway so incredibly wonderful and lovely. Nora's Flats is such a gem and beautiful sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of many tourist destinations, allowing you to feel truly on vacation and relax. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning and Nora's hospitality goes above and beyond to make you feel right at home. There are small shops for food, pizza, gelato and basic house needs along the main road, and various beaches or 'Lidos' that allow you to enjoy your beach day! As a solo traveler I always want to feel safe and at ease during my stay and I cannot express how incredibly grateful I am to have found this lovely oasis. I can't wait to return! Niente!

Luana (9/5): Beautiful and quiet stay - Nora's flat has been an excellent stay for one week during our trip around Sicily. Eleonora, the owner, and her partner, are such kind and helpful people! The check-in was very well organised, as we were able to autonomously enter the house thanks to the instructions that she previously sent to us by phone. The apartment was clean, spacious enough for two, and with an incredible view over the sea in front of the balcony. Sea is close - 5 min by foot. Close by there is the beautiful Selinunte archeological park, Mazara del Vallo and Marsala, so the position is good to visit the surroundings. The environment and area is safe (and plus, cameras are placed all around the house) and very quiet. For us it was perfect! I definitely recommend, and we will definitely come back again! Nothing!
