- Brian (1/5): I booked another hotel and left that hell hole. - Nothing. The room smelled like someone was smoking crack in it. Disgusting stains on the sheets. Shady people hanging around the property.

- Sarah (1/5): We didn't feel safe to sleep or request different accommodations. - I liked the mobile check-in. There was trash on the floor, residues on carpet and other surfaces, the bathroom hadn't been scrubbed or cleaned in a very long time, and there were several spiders in the towels.

- Amanda (5/5): Would not stay here again. - The location is great with some food options close by. -We were woken up in middle of the night by someone from the office knocking on the door trying to figure out some notes left by the previous shift. She had the wrong room. -The heater didn’t heat the room as it was strangely tied into the AC unit that continued to blow cold air. Room temp got to a high of 66 degrees. -A used towel from previous guest was still hanging in the bathroom door. -The floor near the bed on one side was sticky in one area. I DO NOT want to know what it was. Ewwww -The staff on shift when we arrived need a lot more training. Nice kids. Just need more training.

- Janice (4/5): Very uncomfortable and disappointing . - Managers. Dirty everywhere. I had to wipe off food from the walls. The light over the bathroom sink was full of bugs which fell on you when you stood there. The second room was better but still not clean. It had food crumbs all over by the door and in the corners. The bath rooms were not clean.II would have canceled but booking .com does not alllow that without full room pay for origin length of stay.

- Ray (1/5): Miserable, since this is a wyndham hotel, I am considering never staying at another bearing their n - They offered ONLY coffee for breakfast EVERYTHING. Stayed at this property 10 years ago and NOTHING has changed BUT THE NAME. I would be embarrassed to put my name on this hotel if I was Wyndham. Questionable electrical outlets, only two (2) in the main room. Only place to sit was the bed or a tiny table for 2 under the TV, with an ottoman just thrown in the room. There has been NO OR MINIMAL general upkeep of the facility. The only updating to the hotel was the front desk facade

- Walter (10/5): Absolutely excellent and very affordable! - I was initially hesitant about staying at this hotel, especially since it was one of the few options left with vacancies in town. However, I’m so glad I took the plunge! From the moment I checked in, the experience was exceptional. The gentleman at the front desk was not only polite but also incredibly professional. He went out of his way to find me a first-floor room, which made my stay even more convenient, especially as someone unfamiliar with the area. Upon entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised by its immaculate condition. It was not only spacious but also remarkably clean—far exceeding my expectations. After unpacking, I ventured out to explore the area, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance to a variety of fantastic restaurants and charming shops. While the exterior of the hotel may give off an older vibe, the interior is a hidden gem. The quality and cleanliness of the rooms rival that of high-end chain hotels, yet I paid only a fraction of the price. It’s truly remarkable to find such value! In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. My stay was nothing short of fantastic, and I will undoubtedly choose to stay here again on my next visit. Everything was great!

The room was in bad shape, paint falling off, in the hand sink the water would pool, the bathroom had no ventilation. The bed was not comfortable

The train was exceptionally loud as well as the street vehicles. Waking up with a 12” female hair on my face….it was a boys family trip. Pubes in the shower- before we used it. No chair for the table in the room. Empty snack vending machine.

The bed was horrible, the freezer was frosted over and wouldn't freeze a bottle of water. trains are very close by and blow their whistles (3 times between 4:30 & 6:30 AM.

Spider webs hanging from ceiling - hair in tub - air vents completely black with dirt / dust - needs paint - floor installed poorly - hole in ceiling - room smelled of smoke - air conditioner crazy loud. Unit included a "kitchen" but did not have a single plate, glass. pan, etc... - ceiling separated - filthy tub - filthy floor. The room was very dirty - staff refused to move us to a new room at anytime during our stay because, "rooms are preassigned" - we asked several times for clean sheets - did not happen until the last day of our stay. Room in poor repair - hotel should not carry the Travel Lodge logo...

- Philip (4/5): Needs a makeover - Room was a good size. Easy parking. Bed squeaked. Bathroom wall damaged. Within 100yards of the railroad. Trains used their horns 24/7. Electric sockets limited. Bedside light only on one side of the bed (and not plugged in which is irritating when you’re nearly 70). Essentially the place needs refurbishment. It’s not of the quality I expected from Wyndham/Travelodge.

The manager amber was very helpful too. We were surprised by the noise of the trains. But this was out of their control. We’d stay here again.
