• Saki (2/5): - 無料のボトルウォーターやコーヒーが毎日飲めるのはとてもよかった。 まずチェッインしたら二人で泊まってるのに部屋にタオルセットが1つしかなくて、そのひとつもとても汚かった。わざわざフロントまで行って交換してもらいました。 2日目、朝ホテルを出て夜に帰ってきたら勝手にルームクリーニングが入ってた。ルームクリーニングする場合は頼んでください。と書いてあったので、私達は頼みませんでした。なのに勝手にクリーニングが入っていて、財布も置きっぱなしだったし、下着もベッドに置いたまんまだったので勝手に下着を触られてルームクリーニングに入られました。とても不快です。フロントに伝えたところ、クリーニングの依頼があった。と言っていたが私達は依頼していません。ちゃんとした謝罪もなくもう泊まることはないです。

Very cold ac don’t stop blowing in unit even when we put the heat on and our sheets looked dirty and we couldnt get more when when requested and they tried to charge us to get a extra shower towel when they only gave us 1 coming from America for business this was terrible choice

Free water, two juices and coffee alongside a microwave in the lobby, service upon request Some little moldy spots in the room, but no comparison to other hotels and accommodations in Seoul
• calum (9/5): 9 out of 10 - The front desk staff were really helpful, they lent us chargers, ordered our taxi to the airport, gave us towels and other supplies when we asked. The room wasn't as I expected from other reviews. They weren't spotless but they were decent enough for us. The room was spacious as well with kettle, fridge, TV with netflix, a table and chairs and sufficient plugs. We were on 5th floor so had good views also.the hotel exceeded my expectations from the reviews I read so was pleasantly surprised. Only negative thing to add is the waterfall shower head was a bit loose. So when moved, it actually came away from the threads but luckily was caught so no injuries. I think the hotel should have maintenance checks often on top of cleaning.

The air conditioner was broken in summer, no room change due to full booking, only a fan provided, no compensation or partial refund. 環境整潔，CP值高，訂房資訊清楚。但入住時間是22:00（訂房網有標示，要提早入住需多付費），夏天冷氣壞掉無法用，客滿不能換房，只提供電風扇，沒有補償或部分退費。 호텔은 깨끗하고 예약 정보도 명확했습니다. 그러나 체크인은 22시에만 가능(온라인에 명시되어 있지만 불편), 여름에 에어컨이 고장, 만실로 방 교체 불가, 선풍기만 제공, 보상이나 환불 없음.

• BoardingPass293516 (6/5): Disappointing Stay - I went to visit my daughter who is doing a study abroad at Yonsei University so the location was great. It is 20 minute walk, 10 bus ride or 6 minute cab ride. There are guys who are in their 20's who manage the front desk and they are incredibly helpful. Complimentary juice and water are provided. Regarding the room, the bathroom was a nice size. With that being said, I would not stay here again. You could actually feel the springs in the mattress. There is very little cushion between the springs and you. The sheets are polyester, not cotton. There are no nightstands, dresser or closet. There is desk, without a desk chair and fridge. The space where a desk chair would go is where I put my luggage. There are two occasional chairs in the room that I used to put my clothes on. There was a small table between the two chairs that I moved to use as my nightstand. The hotel has one central unit of heat and air. So the whole hotel has to have air condition or the whole hotel has to have heat. There is a remote in each room that allows you to turn it on. One night I turned on the AC and there was heat coming out. I went to the front desk and they said it was a heat day so there would only be warm air coming out. The depth of the fridge was equal to a water bottle. You can not store left overs in the fridge, just drinks.
• Mathilde Bach (4/5): Dårlig oplevelse - Vores værelse var i dårlig stand. Sengetøjet var beskidt, også efter det blev skiftet. Aircondition virkede ikke så vi kunne hverken varme eller køle rummet. Afløbet i badet virkede ikke så hele badeværelsesgulvet blev vådt hver gang vi var i bad. Også generelt var værelses ret beskidt. Det eneste positive ved dette hotel er beliggenheden, men der er så mange hoteller på samme gade - jeg ville helt klart tjekke dem ud først

Spacious room with large bathroom and shower. very friendly staff. the reception will always help. due to one problem had to prolong the room. did everything quickly and left the same number. when I left helped with moving. moved to a house near the hotel. therefore the taxi refused to take the order. staff took all the luggage and helped bring it to the right floor. Thank you so much again 🤍

Strange guys (not dressed of hotel staff) who don't speak English well are always at their smartphones. Elevators smell terrible. If I don't change my hotel to another my opinion about Korea could be nightmare because of this hotel. No breakfast, no late check out, no any services. Awful

• Gabriel (10/5): Better than I expected. - The check in was quite fast and the lobby looked nice. A fast check in it always good. The room was also better than I expected. I think the people on Kakao Maps are crazy. I saw a 1 star, so I got scared. This is the second time in a row this happened, and it turned out much better than I expected. The room looked quite nice. Plenty of pillows, good aesthetic. Free water and assorted drinks. Awesome. However I did have some problems. The bathroom/shower set up was odd. You can see people through the bathroom door if you want. That is quite awkward. There are see through glass portions. There is also no door to block off the separate shower sink portion. That whole set up is super odd. And there is one major problem; no actual control over the heating. This is sometimes a problem in hotel rooms, where they are too warm to sleep comfortably. Wasn't much i could do. Opened a window. Tried the AC even but it just blew hot air no matter what I did. No remedy. So even though the bed was comfortable, I slept really restlessly. Please consider this in the future. That aside i enjoyed my stay and people on Kakao Maps are legitimately crazy

• Verified traveler (8/5): 金額相当に過ごしやすい。エアコンだけ注意 - 日本語は一切通じません。 英語が少し話せれば何となくいけます。 最初見つけにくいですが、地下鉄の新村駅からかなり近く看板も大きくあるので、アクセスは良いです。 受付は予約した名前と日にち、パスポートを確認されてカードキーを貰うスタイルです。 フロントは24時間対応みたいなので、とても有り難く、部屋の飲み物も飲み放題もとても魅力的です。 ラブホテルとしても使われてるのかもしれませんが、(そういった音は聞こえません)旅行者が多く利用しているホテルでした。 部屋の清潔はまずまずです。 水回りはあんまりですが、ベットメイクは綺麗でした。 部屋も金額相当。 個人的にはクーラーの温度調節機能が壊れていて、かなり冷やされた部屋になってました。エアコンを切る事が部屋では出来ないので、フロントに直接切って下さいとお願いすると直ぐに対応して下さいました。

• Verified traveler (8/5): Royal suite - We were upgraded to the royal suite with jacuzzi. The room was spacious and comfortable, jacuzzi tub was huge. Overall a nice stay.
• wohlrabj (6/5): Great location - Conveniently located near Sinchon Station. Also about a mile to the river, so easy access to the running trail there. Near many shops, restaurants. Room was small. There is no storage- no closet, no dresser. Had to live out of our suitcases so room felt cluttered. Bathroom had glass wall so be sure to love the one you’re with. Only gave us 1 towel so had to ask for another. On the positive side-Great toiletries & plentiful complimentary drinks
• Adrian (10/5): - Great location in Sinchon area, wonderful food outlets. Hotel's very clean and great amenities. The main road is closed at weekends for loads of street entertainment/buskers which was excellent. Seoul feels really safe, clean and inviting even through the night.
• Chris (6/5): It was OK! - Asked for a room for three. When I arrived to the room, there was one bed. They said I can use a pullout bed for an additional 10,000 won. Besides that, the room was clean, great view and in the perfect spot if you want to walk around the area. Bands play all weekend outside the window on the street so if you want to go to bed early, think again!

• Sanghee (4/5): 방음최악!!!!! - 방음 최악!! 신촌이라 조용하지 않을거라는 우려를 하면서도 예약을 한건 13만9천원의 숙박비를 지불하는 관광호텔이 기본적인 방음은 유지될거라는 믿음이 있었기 때문이예요.국내외 많은 호텔을 다녀봤지만 이렇게 좁고 방음이 안되는 호텔은 처음이었어요ㅠㅠ 좁은방을 크게 보이려고 모든방에 거울을 달아놨는데 적정위치가 아니라서 화장대로 쓸수도 없구요, 옆방 문닫는 소리,옆방 욕조에 물받는 소리까지 다 들리는데 미치겠더라구요ㅠㅠ 싸구려 날림공사에 디자인만 감각적으로 해서 사진만 예쁘게 찍어올린 상술에 속은듯한 느낌...거리공연의 엠프 소음은 새벽1시가 넘도록 이어지고ㅠㅠ 결국 잠을 설쳐서 다음날 중요한 일을 최악의 컨디션에서 진행했다는ㅠㅠ 직원들 친절교육도 안되어 있고,가격대비 최악입니다. 밤새 즐기며 노실분들만 만족해 하실듯

• phatviraa (8/5): Friendly staff and convenience location - I have stayed at room 205 from 22 to 27 June,2017 .All staffs at reception counter very friendly and helpful.I am very very very impress that there is one staff sent me to airport bus stop and help me to drag my huge luggage.The hotel location very convenience, close to subway (Sinchon station) and close to shopping area.There are mini refrigerator which full of free tasty beverage to service beside the counter.I will stay there again If I have chance to go South korea .

• Tagecrew (2/5): Never Again - I had lived in Seoul a few years ago and knew this was a new hotel. I was travelling with friends and Lassa was in the area I wanted to show them. The hotel labels itself a "boutique" hotel. It might qualify as a businessman's hotel but even then I wouldn't feel safe there. I booked a room for 3, site says they have 2 person rooms but can get an extra bed. Upon arrival they said they only have 2 person rooms, no extra beds. They charged us for the extra person. We dropped off our bags, cleaned up and went out to eat dinner. A few hours later we returned and found the towels replaced, without us asking. Nothing seemed to be missing but it struck us as very odd that someone came into our room in the evening without us requesting it. The room was "soundproofed" but we still heard people in the halls and all the street noise. The side room with the shower had no door and the door to the toilet was frosted glass so you could still see the person inside. This is a love hotel that is trying to pass itself off as something more. We didn't feel safe here and left after the first night despite losing our deposit if we did so. The staff did not try and get us to stay.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Convenient location and comfortable bed - Stayed in this hotels for 2 nights alone. The check-in was quick. The room was clean and comfortable, but not a fan of the transparent bathroom door. I tried to turned on the air conditioner, but it kept blowing hot air instead of the cold air I wanted. Called the front desk and they turned on the cold one for me in a minute, love their quick response. The only awkward thing I think is every time when I walked into / passed by the lobby, the staffs would greet me. I know it was a nice gesture, but I am just not that comfortable with that lol
